Fun, fun, fun! I have used this company three times now and myself as well as the kids have never been disappointed. Their selection of characters seems to been limitless and they continue to add more every year. My brother and I have used them for our littler ones theme birthday parties such as Star Wars (Storm Trooper), Minnie Mouse and Shopkins. Let me tell you, that Storm Trooper really has some moves on him (LOL)! They supply their own music (boom box) and entertain the little ones with dance songs. As a parent of two, it is nice to sit back and let someone else take control of the party. Just recently, we recommended Cartoons International to a good friend of ours. He requested "Elmo" from Sesame Street. Elmo was a hit! From the minute that he walked into Popolo's Pizza, he had kids following him to the birthday party. We allowed some kids to enter and so that they could return to the parents with business cards (marketing 101). I recently seen on post on Facebook that "Cartoon International Characters" went to Valley Children's Hospital with an array of characters to entertain the sick kiddos of the Central Valley .This right here hits home for me! Both my children have been at Valley Children's hospital for minor and major issues. For the owners and employees of the company to donate their time to sick children at a hospital is 5 Stars in itself! God Bless! When Party Characters for Kids cancelled on me the day before my baby's birthday party I was devastated, because all the kids including the birthday girl were told they will be meeting Mickey and Minnie Mouse during her birthday party. I spent all morning calling everywhere for a replacement. No one was available until I got a hold of International Cartoon Characters. Robert and Paw Patrol cast made for a fun and very memorable event for my 10 year old granddaughter, her numerous friends and their parents. She was extremely excited even to the point of up early the next day to watch the videos over and over. They made the party an event with the activities and did not merely just show and walk around. They were interactive and engaging. This was our first party with characters and I did my research before contacting Robert. I had high expectations and they certainly exceeded them. Please don't waste your money, if i could take it back I would! We hired the mascot but he was just standing around most of the time! The kids were over him real quick wasn't doing much to entertain which was what he was suppose to do. The costume was torn and the person in the costume was a teenager. I got the package that came with face painting, and the paint was cracking on the kids face and my son starting getting itchy right away. She uses cheap paint. I gave one star because at least they were nice and polite. Would not use again nor recommend them to anyone! read more
