Lunch delivery order for work! Always nice pastries! Ordered Beef stroganoff but it wasn't the usual Beef stroganoff, it was crepe but with rice in it. Different but filled my tummy. Can't review ambience but hoping I get to try dine in one day!

Located in the large shopping complex with plenty of parkings, this French themed cafe has decent choice of comfort food. Along with hot beverages, pastries, the place also has many options for soups, sandwiches, pastas and crepes. They have plenty of seating both in patio and inside. I have found the staff helpful each time I have visited this place. The food is just average, so decent for quick stop and munch type of place.

I need to update this review due to another experience with excellent service! On a Sunday afternoon, I entered for a snack before a movie. Having just had dental surgery, my food choice was VERY limited. Monique identified the treat that met my dietary specifications, so very kindly; she was very sympathetic to my situation. My cafe mocha was prepared by Arthur, who was also so kind and friendly! Arthur assisted me to a table since carrying a hot drink and a dessert was precarious! This is amazing service! Once again, 5 stars!

Plenty of parking, and enjoying a French Cafe after shopping in the strip mall. Food was ok. Great for desserts. Nothing fancy, but quaint for cafeteria style experience. Team members did bring our meals to our table. Bonus, having our own room ($50.00 dollar spend) not a problem 8 of us. Walking into the bathroom and listening to a gal teaching French . Very clever...

Great fast casual restaurant. Food comes out quick and the wait staff is always helpful. Family friendly place with a cute field where kids can run around.

It's the weekend and time for a new experience.

I'm not sure why this restaurant is marked lower, but my experience today was very good. It's a nice-looking cafe. It is set up with both indoor and outdoor seating that is appealing to the eye. The service was excellent from the ordering until I got my food. The cashier explained my options when I ordered, and the food arrived at my table within 10 minutes. I ordered the Chicken La Madeline with 2 sides plus a small salad and an iced tea. The chicken was cut and tender. The broccoli was steamed. The green beans were Sautéed with bacon and almonds. Both the broccoli and the green beans were crisp and fresh. My side salad was tasty as well. The iced tea was fresh and did not have an after taste as tea gets after sitting too long. The cafe offers specialty coffees as well as pastries for the sweet tooth. The prices are fairly reasonable as well. So, if you have not been to La Madeline's, I think you should try it. You might even enjoy your time and experience as I did.

My entire plate was covered in water. I ordered Chicken la Madeleine and everything was soggy and barely warm.

I've been to many La Madeleine locations over the last decade and have always had a consistent experience, until this location. We walked in during dinner time and it was a ghost town at the counter, it took over 5 minutes for the lady behind the counter to pay us any mind as she was putting away dishes. Which is fine if she was busy, but at least acknowledge that we are there instead of just looking at us and then completely ignoring us without saying a single word. Then we went to order and they were out of basically everything behind the counter. That's also okay, but there is a certain way to speak to customers and this place doesn't get it. Finally we were the only ones in the cafe, literally, and it took 20 minutes to get our food that came out soggy and luke warm... this location is horrible and the staff just does not care. The store is also super dirty and there was trash all over the floors. Very disappointing experience that is not consistent with the la Madeleine brand.

Refunded them all.. glad I'm greedy and had taste before I left

Based on the decor I can tell they're not trying to be a "trendy" bakery and remain true to their identity as a neighborhood business. They still had a good number of pastries available but I did get the last strawberry danish of the day (pictured). I also got the almond croissant. Their pre-made bread loaves all looked appetizing as well. I thought both pastries had good texture but could have used more filling/flavoring.

She even gave my toddler a complimentary macaron. Sweet. I am usually pretty adventurous with trying new pastries/snacks and it generally works out well. Unfortunately, I did not like most of the things we took home that day (my husband agreed). A taro egg ball thing -- not fans. A gelatinous rice blob inside a bamboo leaf (believe it's called Zongzi) -- also didn't work for us. Finally, the beef puff (which seemed like a safe bet) fell short of expectations. It's my fault -- I ignored that part that said "beef floss." It had a stringy/processed texture that I just didn't like. I just wasn't a fan of the flavors/textures -- but obviously that's subjective. I did enjoy the garlic bread we also thankfully bought -- it was soft and flavorful. If you're not familiar with the foods, I'd recommend making sure you get a few "safe" items like the cream bread or garlic bread. Ultimately, even though I wasn't crazy about most of what I tried, it was a cute little shop with a nice lady running it.

You can customize your sundae with filling like organic red sweet beans, Nutella or custard and toppings like Oreo dust, fruity pebbles or rainbow sprinkles. Lucky for me, nothing was sold out today. I ordered the Oreo ube mochi donut and ube milk tea to-go. I ate the mochi donut later that day and it was probably my least favorite item from my order. It had the chewy mochi texture however I didn't get enough of the rich ube flavor. It had somewhat of a bitter aftertaste and the Oreo overpowered the ube.
