This place is bad. We stopped in to grab a quick lunch on the way out of town and will not come back. Not only was my salad missing half of the requested toppings, my fiancés sandwich was also missing half of the toppings. No one mentioned they were out of anything either at the time of ordering. The ham was also in thick chunks which was weird. It's usually been sliced previous times we've been here. I can live with a subpar salad however I watched the employees up front touch lunch meat and bread with no gloves and then proceed to touch other items behind the counter in full view of customers. That's gross and they should wear gloves when handling food. read more

My first time at a Which Wich and it was pretty good. I walked in and thought that we had to self-order using a kiosk but was happy to see that they have a classic paper ordering system. We order which which pretty often and it's usually pretty great, but the past couple times have been a little disappointing. Last time I ordered through the app and my chips didn't come- not a huge deal but there's basically no customer support to get a refund so I just ate the charge. This time my BLT came with so many chunks of bacon FAT that it was just straight up unappetizing, I started wondering if there was any actual bacon or if I was just eating fatty ham. Needless to say I guess I need a break from this place. Hopefully next time is better. read more

Placed a $60+ online order for my team. When I arrived both associates were on their phone and didn't even look up for several minutes while I waited. They handed me 4 empty cups. I asked if they knew what the drinks were and they said no. They said check the receipt. One employee came out and told me what the drinks were but didn't help me fill the 4 and just went back to his phone. Granted I always get the make your owns. I just like to pick my own ingredients and it has a bunch. You can literally put everything and come out with a humongo sandwich. A large is really big. Enough for 1 hungry oerson totally shareable for 2 lighter eaters. The bread is always nice and crisp when toasted. I like that. Their ingredients were always fresh and tasty. I like their lettuce, tomato, onion, mushroom, roast beef Dijon:) always get that and it satisfies. They make it on the spot and courteously too. Like this location. I ordered a sandwich via Uber eats. I live alone and and wanted to make the most of my meal to make it stretch further since I ordered a large sandwich. In the special instructions for the sandwich, I wrote "cut in half and wrap separately and I'll love you forever! If not possible, it's ok!" I rarely ever get/look at receipts, especially with delivery. But I happened to look at my receipt this time and saw this. i walk into this location relatively frustrated anyway, as the location by my house was unexpectedly closed today. when i arrive, there are only two other people, NOT BUSY AT ALL, great! i do my normal business of filling out how i want my food made, checkout goes good. i pay for everything (INCLUDING THE EXTRAS I HAD SPECIFIED, mind you), wait, go home with my food. i finally go to eat, and i'm greeted with this. 90% lettuce, hardly any meat, surely NOT the double meat OR the bacon i had paid for. and YES! i DID open the sandwich, because i had to in order to lighten the absolute load of lettuce on this thing. no bacon in sight, maybe a couple slices of turkey. i was never informed they were short or out of anything either, so there's no excuse. just insane. realize, at my normal location i am typically met with a good hunk of meat, as it's arguably the most important part of the sandwich, so this is genuinely shocking. i have no idea how this happened, but surely i will not be returning to this location for a long, long, LONG while, if ever. read more

I've been to this location a handful of times, and the food has always been consistent. My only issue has been the inconsistency of service. My last two recent trips have been drastically different. Once was a weekend during lunch and another was a mid afternoon during the week. My weekend visit was great. The order was taken swiftly and food was made quickly. The store was clean, and the staff was professional. My weekday trip was totally different. Lots of clutter behind the counter. The guy playing music in the back louder than he should have and service was kinda slow. The guy taking orders was great, but then only one guy was there knocking out orders. Ordered online while having to stay late at the office one day. I was excited to see all of my options for the veggies and being able to get them for free. Such a great thing about this sandwich chain. I did however notice that when you order through a delivery service even if you pick up, you pay extra for some things and the menu is different. Love this place! While I was disappointed that they no longer served pastrami, (I've been craving pastrami for a week now), their Buffalo chicken sandwich was #delish! Which Which is a sandwich shop that has a TON of options, which is amazing. When you walk in, there's a slew of brown bags on the wall to your left. It's a pick your own adventure storyline, starting with the protein (and yes, there is a veggie bag). I usually go for the seafood option and pick a whole grain bread, then go down the options list checking off the things I want. Do note that some options do have an extra charge. At the bottom, write your name and walk up to the cashier, who will typically ask if you want to make it a meal by adding chips and a drink, or a cookie, both options carry the theme of school time lunch with a brown bag motif. They will then string your bag(s) with all your choices on a metal wire and someone behind the tall counter will make your sandwich, eventually placing all your foods in said bags and call out your name that your items are ready. Sounds like it would be an efficient operation and pretty speedy considering when I got there, there was a brown bag being pulled off the line, an order was taken over the phone, and I held the door open for the lady who ordered before me, because who says chivalry is dead? We both waited around 15-20 minutes, which at a sit down place wouldn't be a big deal except this is that fast casual. So if you're in a rush, I'd make like the caller and put in an order over the phone. The food itself is what I've come to expect from a Which Which, all the topics I asked for were in my sandwich and the veggies tasted fresh. The tuna salad is made with plenty of mayonnaise, so if that isn't your jam then avoid it. Simply put, this is a middle of the row sandwich shop. Ordered the Philly on wheat and some French Fries, which I don't recall them having before. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. Pricing was higher than expected, and I didn't find the food to be a good value. The fries were soggy, and everything was heavily salted. It was hard to pick out any flavors in the sandwich other than salt, which makes me wonder if they were trying to hide something like inferior meat. I won't be going back again. read more

When you first come in to Which Wich, you'll probably feel like you're asking yourself, How How?, as in, How does one order a sandwich around here?" There are rows of bags along the wall, and a bucket of red pens, and you're supposed to pick out the correct bag and a red Sharpie and mark it up like an English teacher on a rampage. Then you give it to the cashier, pay, and they make your food. The first few times I tried this, the very kind young cashiers helped me fix my bag order so I could earn a passing grade and get a sandwich, all the while saying nice things like, "It's okay, this happens all the time." Which made me feel somewhat better, although my kids had already turned in their orders, filled their drinks, and sat down by the time I got it right. Feeling kinda slow and left behind, right here. I finally figured out that there are certain bags you use, based on the protein, or lack of it, that you want for your sandwich or salad (because you can order it as a salad, too, gluten-haters). The food is fresh and pretty decent as far as sandwiches go, with generous portions, which is why my kids keep dragging me back (or maybe it's to watch me completely flub my order AGAIN). But the main props go to the young people working at this location, because of their helpful attitude and work ethic. So if you go in and have no idea what you're doing, no worries. This review is for my experience today. I come here fairly often on my lunch break because they are typically pretty fast even around lunch time. Plus the sandwiches are tasty. Unfortunately today they just couldn't keep up with the lunch rush. I placed my online order at 11:45am with pick up ASAP (est 15 min). I got there a little after 12 to find the rush and it was obvious they were backed up. As directed by the cashier for online pick up I went toward the back to see if it was ready. I told the lady, "is The order for Allyssa ready? It was an online order" and her response was, "I'll get to it soon". And without a prob I went and sat down to wait patiently. 15 min pass and more and more people are standing at the pick up area waiting for their food and I keep hearing what sounds like my name. So I come up and ask if they called Allyssa. The cashier was back there and said, "yes, it's about to go through the oven"... what? but i didn't request it being toasted. He walked off pretty quickly and I ask again for my order and no one responded. So then another woman comes up and requests her food, a name similar to mine, and again they say my name again thinking that was the name they said. So I go back to the counter and I ask again. And lo and behold. They hand me a bag that was sitting behind them the entire time!! I was listening for my order the whole time I sat and waited... My food was handed to me at 12:20. My question is how long was it sitting there and why didn't the woman ever turn around to look at what she already made?!? She clearly didn't care to pay attention to my request. In a situation like this the staff seriously needs to work on their communication!!! Maybe customers wouldn't be so upset if they weren't left standing around clueless 20 min past their pick up time. Hot marginal bread slathered with goopy condiments (mayo soaked into hot bread is a horror thought), then lukewarm meat, then cold veggies is a nasty mess. I asked that my sub not be toasted, and they said it "has" to be toasted. The bread wouldn't hold up. First trip to Which Wich, and I am definitely unimpressed. The process was interesting, and that isn't a bad thing. All of the box-checking was ensuring that I was getting my perfect, custom sandwich, right? Right??!! As I waited fifteen long minutes, stomach grumbling, for sandwich perfection. After all, we were the only ones in the restaurant, so having to wait that long must mean I was getting a perfectly curated sandwich. A meat and bread stack filled with harmony. In the end, I was crushed. As I hopped in the passengers seat of the car, I anxiously awaited home so that I could enjoy my sandwich. As I rushed in the door, tore off the sandwich's wrapper, and took that first, long-awaited bite, my heart sank. Bottom line: If I order a "bac-hammon" (their ham and bacon sandwich), and you give me a sandwich without any bacon on it, I am going to think your process may be very flawed. I had been to Which Wich before. This is another typical Sanwich place. Their "Gimmick" is you place your order on the bag that your sandwich goes into. I go in and order the Wicked combo. It is supposed to have 5 meats on it and 3 cheeses on it. The heavyset woman who took my order made me feel like I was wasting her time. You could see her eyes roll when I did not realize I could have 3 cheeses on my Wicked sandwich. I place my order, put my name on the bag and sit down. 3 minutes later my name was called but they called me "Milt, which is not my name and they the Margaret Cho look-a-like behind the counter started ragging on the lady who took my order like she was playing a bad joke on her. She finally calls my name. I joke with her that I have been called worse. She gives me a half hearted smile and gives me my food. Overall the sandwich was good. I was a little disappointed because I have gotten a sandwich at Firehouse subs and they have put more meat on their sandwiches than this 5 meat Wicked. The break is ok. I am not a big fan of the soft on the inside, hard on the outside type of bread. I will agree portions are small. You should be able to choose sandwich sizes when you go like Quiznos. Again this place hits the $10 threshold for lunch time faire. (It seems like every time you goto lunch at a sanwich place or even a hamburger place, it is at least going to be $10 which seems to be the magic dollar number.) I do miss the Philly Connection. They had a descent Cheesesteak using similar type bread but it worked because the meat was juicy and got soaked up into the bread. Other than he service was less than desirable, this place was not bad. I would probably go back, but not to this location.
