Everything dirty , empty tables and still no food after 1 hour

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I have came here for a long time and never had a problem the 2 times I been here , there waiters are so slow and really don't know what they are doing , they look so clueless , and they take forever for everything, never once asked if everything is okay or anything, they used to have such moving girls and productive people and now it just makes people made including myself and making us loyal clients don't come back and go to another one honestly. This table next to me , waited a hour to get there food & they got ate it and waited 30 more minutes for the waitress to give them there check & since she never came they left without paying smh

Shrip ,crawfish, sauge curry. Peach green tea

Had a crawfish and shrimp curry. Listed under the appetizers for 11.99 It is very much a dish more than an appetizer.. The sauce was spectacular a hint a sweetness but just the right amount of spice for the heat. Topped off with some Thai basil and mint. You can get it with chicken if you prefer. I washed it all down with a homemade peach green tea. A perfect refresher and palate cleanser. It looks like a hole on the wall from the outside,do Not let that fool. It was delish.i will be back for more. The service was attentive, and prompt. Felt like eating at home in your kitchen.

First time trying and it was a hit for me! Staff was very friendly and helpful when asked questions. I had the Crawfish Cajun Pho and added shrimp and it was so good. It was full of flavor and didn't disappoint. Will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends!

Crawfish was disgusting! Overcooked, no flavor and 9.99/lb. Such a disappointment! Stay clear away from this place! It's a waste of money!

Feels good when an establishment takes pride in their customer's feedback and puts a plan into action. Honestly, part of me was hoping that last time was just a fluke or an off day. This time around, everything from the service to the food was great. We had a 12:30 Sunday reservation for two and opted to sit inside this time. We ordered the cast-iron cornbread, chargrilled oysters, and a cup of gumbo each to start. For entrées, I had the Gulf Fish, while my husband went with the crawfish Florentine. Everything came out beautifully timed, almost like a perfectly paced three-course meal, which obviously made the whole experience feel elevated and relaxed. Our waiter was knowledgeable, attentive, and on top of everything without being overbearing. I also tried the prickly pear aid (non-alcoholic), and it was super refreshing, definitely worth ordering if you like a little tartness to cleanse your palate. Overall, this visit felt like a completely different experience than last time. It delivered the elevated experience a place like Eunice promises and what I was used to originally. Looking forward to celebrating my birthday here in June!

Unfortunately, the overall dining experience was disappointing due to both the service and the food quality. Our server was very slow throughout the evening. After ordering cocktails, it took approximately 20 minutes for them to arrive. We then ordered our meals... I had the burger and fries, while my girlfriend ordered the shrimp and grits. Both dishes were noticeably over salted. After finishing our meals, we waited an additional 15-20 minutes just to receive a dessert menu. Eventually, we decided not to wait any longer and went to Dessert Gallery down the street instead. While the atmosphere and appearance of the restaurant were excellent, the slow service and food issues negatively impacted the experience. Based on this visit, I would likely not return.

The vibe is great, the decor is awesome, the food delivers consistently, and service rarely takes a day off -- it's just a solid place to go when you're up for some great southern comfort classics. Cocktails, delicious. The daily food specials make it refreshing. The oysters never disappoint. We've rarely had to wait long on any ordered items and servers are all top notch. My only minor complaint is some of the larger groups visiting can sometimes forget there are others in the restaurant. We don't need to hear your entire conversation about the latest office gossip.

*this review is only for crawfish, not their regular menu (which is amazing) *…read more We went here during crawfish season because they've been advertising their $8/lb crawfish, and we trusted that it would be great given the quality of their regular menu. We went on a Saturday for lunch. Hopefully this was just a one-off, but if you're looking for good Cajun boiled crawfish, this is not it. We started off with 6 lbs (group of 4) of their regular crawfish. First off, they put the Cajun seasoning on outside/shell (!!), which is a cardinal sin for Cajuns. They also minimally seasoned the boil, so the meat was lacking salt and flavor. We ordered 3 more lbs with the "wet sauce" (garlic butter), thinking the lack of flavor may be attributed to this being the first-ish batch of the day. Nope, the second batch was even less seasoned than the first. The sauce was good, but it didn't make up for the unseasoned meat. The crawfish were a good size, at least... Come on guys, I expect more from a Gulf Coast seafood restaurant!

Inside it's a nice restaurant with an upscale feel to it. I ordered a house salad for $9 to start and the Pasta Rosa entree for another $28. The salad arrived first with a generous amount of romaine lettuce with diced tomatoes, cucumber, shredded carrots and chopped eggs on top. With my chosen ranch dressing it was a good tasting salad. The Pasta Rosa dish had sliced Parmesan strips on top of penne with shrimp, crawfish and sausage for the protein with mushrooms and a tomato cream sauce. This meal initially tricked me. My first impression was that while there was plenty of protein the taste of the tomato cream sauce was lacking some flavor. I expected more. However as I kept eating and getting beyond the top layer of the food the flavor increased significantly. I think that the proteins caused the sauce in the lower half of the dish to create more punch. This dish got better and better and I changed my mind. It turned out to be a very good tasting and filling meal. Finally the table service was very good too. P.S. I also tried part of another appetizer which was the bar b q shrimp for $16. They were tasty. I like Rouxpour and would return. My only negative is that their prices are a little on the high side in my opinion.

YEAH, they understood the assignment. The gumbo is finger‑licking good -- argue with somebody else about it. I get the seafood version minus the sausage, and I clear that bowl every time. The Chargrilled Rockefeller? That's the one you call your mama about. Big, flavorful, perfect. And the deviled eggs... listen. I don't even like deviled eggs, but these? My mouth is literally watering thinking about them. Smooth, creamy yolk, perfectly seasoned shrimp on top -- a combo I didn't know I needed. The crab cakes? Chef's kiss. Packed with fresh crab, and that aioli is doing exactly what it needs to do. The only miss for me was the crab and asparagus -- it just wasn't giving. No flavor, no cohesion... just no. The crème brûlée is delicious, but I'm still wishing they made beignets. Now the drinks? Top 2 and not number 2, do you hear me? The Mexican Martini and the Texas Blueberry Martini -- TEA. (Yes, the little tea‑finger gesture is happening.) And the staff? Amazing. I actually found out I was laid off while I was sitting at happy hour, and the way they comforted me... You would've thought they'd known me for years. They turned one of my hardest moments into something warm and memorable. I'll never forget that. Rouxpour has my whole heart.
