I walk in there and waited for almost 15 minutes to get my order taken I can see the girl just standing by the door using her phone until 2 more people walked in and the ring on the door sounded she came out and took my order ! , they don't give u exactly 1 pound they add the extra stuff you order first and then they add the crawfish and weight it because the 1 pound of crawfish was really .5 I passed by Heb to buy an actual pound and payed less money for it and it was way more over 20-22 crawfish at this place I only got 12 lol it's all a scam read more

Went here for a quick lunch decided last minute that I want this. It's right next to Chick-fil-A, not from this area but it was quick and easy the wait times is not bad. Order my food online I ordered the 2 chicken tender and 3 shrimp, got in the car and tasted my food it was delicious tenders and shrimp were seasoned right and French fries was seasoned well also. My first time here because it is my daughter's favorite place to go. When we arrived I had to go to the bathroom quite urgently and they said they had just cleaned the bathroom in preparation for closing in 1.5 hours and for that reason it was closed. I have a problem with places that want you to spend money there but won't let you use their public bathroom. I ended up walking over to McDonald's as they advised and did not get food. My daughter ordered the blackened fish and crawfish which was to her liking. Very poor Customer service! read more

Horrible service!!!!! I placed an order through door dash , 2 pounds of crab clusters and red beans and rice . I spend 93$ not including tip or delivery fee. After waiting 40 min I got my order and it was wrong !! So I called immediately and was told no more orders are to be taken over the phone . Because they are closing early, I explained how I got the wrong order . The gentleman told me to give my name he checked and confirm it was their mistake but I would have to call Uber . I said no sir please I don't wanna call again I want to just place it with you and pick it up. I will pay for it and deal with Uber later. He told me he wasn't able to take any more orders again . I said but my order was messed up this was all I had to eat . So am I just suppose to be hungry. He told me he's sorry but yes. Got some crawfish, crab, and shrimp delivered. It was delicious and arrived via Doordash sooner than expected. A little messy but good overall. They do not really provide any equipment to crack the crab which is why I'm docking one star. That being said, we ended up not needing any equipment for the crab. The shell broke fairly easily and the meat came out smoothly. However, if you have braces I hope you have someone with you who can either bite the crab for you or has a crab mallet at home. One person in our group couldn't do spicy food so we went with mild. The mild was in fact mild. For the price, I would recommend to others and would order again. read more

"Raving" being the low par, low bargain customer service which is, in fact, being assessed by the FOH workers. Overall, thank you Miranda for your kindness. I have a few issues with this establishment: ***They do no provide you with a mask or hand sanitizer upon entering the establishment, therefore increasing the risk of COVID-19. --To go into detail, I entered the establishment without a mask and quickly covered my face with shirt. I was distracted talking on the phone when I instantly remembered I left my mask at home. After I covered my face, I asked an employee if they had any extra masks and she continued to state how I needed a mask. Mind you, while I'm asking about the mask, another employee chimed in and say it's against the law...which I knew. That's why I asked for a mask in the first place. I then proceeded to ask if an employee could walk my order to my car since I did not have a mask. Still, they could not walk my food to the car because I did not have a mask AND they also did not provide curbside Pickup. You know what's not understandable? Why do you not have any masks upon entry? To expect everyone to afford a mask is ignorant. But you know what's even more ignorant? To prepare an order not knowing if a customer is going to have a mask. That's money falling out of YOUR pocket, not mine. Long story short, I had to buy a mask from a nearby gas station and rush my way back. *** 7Spice offers 4 types of gumbos. This is understandable for people who have allergies. But again, my question is, why can I not have a mix of all 4 gumbos? I asked to see if I could have a mix, being the CREOLE person I am and even OFFERED to pay extra and I was still denied the request. Therefore, the authenticity of 7Spice being a Creole/Cajun restaurant is fake. Gumbo has sausage, chicken, crab, shrimp and crawfish (in some special cases). This review is for the cashier ANA R at the Wayside location. I walked up to the counter to place my order....the cashier, Ana R. never acknowledged me in any way. She went back and forth between the counter and the back doing I don't know what. She FINALLY took my order, and, once it was done, it sat on a stand for, at least ten minutes, before she finally told me it was ready. It wasn't hot, of course, so I told her I wanted it heated up. Never had any issue with ordering from 7spice before until I went to this location for the first time. I waited 45 minutes for my order. The seafood that I ordered was over cooked and lacked flavor. If I could give 0 stars I would ! I came in on 2/4/21 I had ordered my food through the website. I arrived 10 mins after my food was suppose to be done cooking. My food wasn't ready and they said it would be another 12-15 mins ... They gave my food to an door dash driver, she went back in after touching my food & returned it back to the employee. I got off to see if my food was ready. I paid for it and waited about 2 mins to see him pick up the same bag the door dash driver had just brought back and hand it to me. My box was open and touched.
