No donuts could everrrrrrr compare to Krispy Kreme!! I love how they will also give out glazed donuts just while waiting in line! The service is always fast and friendly and a clean set up! I personally don't like any of the other donuts they offer, (I've tried so many!). The glazed are elite!

The classic Krispy Kreme donut is honestly an iconic thing but it has since lost its luster. Maybe it is this location that is mediocre but the donuts were cold, we waited for over 30 minutes after ordering from the kiosk at the back of the shop, and the service could have been better. The donut has the same light fluffy texture that everyone knows but it tasted like it has sat out for a while and it was not what I remember as a kid. If you want this donut you are better off just buying the box from other locations, grocery stores, or Costco. Lots to improve on for this location.

Got that Snoopy Christmas donut! I was so excited for the Snoopy donuts. Those are gone now. They had Snoopy for the holidays, which was very cute. The Snoopy donut was enjoyed by my nephew. I gave him that one and he loved it. I also got some original glaze donuts. Krispy Kreme is the cream of the crop when it's comes to donuts. You won't find a better glazed donut anywhere else! Service is always great!

I only visit supply chain donut shops when there's a promotion or coupon. They usually offer promotions toward their dozen of original glazed donuts. Parking: This spot is located outside of the Outlets at Orange. They have their own parking lot, but it fills up quick. There's usually a long line at the drive thru when they have a promotion. Thankfully the line is organized. Service: Majority of their workers are young, so don't expect much. Every time I've visited, the workers are simply quick and efficient. They get the job done. Ambiance/Environment: If you've ever been to a Krispy Kreme, then you'll know it's the same layout. It's fun watching the donuts being made and glazed. Donuts & coffee: I always get their original glazed donut. Sometimes I'll try their seasonal donuts, but it's extremely sweet. Their coffee is okay. Their lattes are excessively sweet, so I recommend adjusting the sweetness level. Pricing: Highly recommend downloading their rewards app to receive points, promotions/coupons, and a free box of three original glazed donuts on your birthday.

Craving donuts this morning while at a UCI appointment across the street. Using the App, I placed the order for ASAP pick-up and ordered when I left the parking lot. Donut order was ready when I picked and the two coffe drinks (one hot and one cold) were made fresh when I arrived. Service was very friendly! Donut selection. It's been a while since I have been to a Krispy Kreme. They have so many Novelty Donuts (Snoopy, X-mas) and the others are very basic. We ordered a 6-pack, some filled (Chocolate Custard, Cinnamon Apple, Raspberry) and two basic (glazed and chocolate frosted). In general not much of a selection vs a local donut shop. The filled donuts were just okay, not very flavorful and didn't hit the spot. I was craving a Boston Cream, and the Chocolate Custard filled was not even close! Their best Donut is still the glazed, best one to order. Coffee Drinks. Huge selection of iced and hot drinks I ordered an Iced Caramel Coffee with Milk and my husband loved it. I ordered a hot Mocha Latte, free with App reward points, it was just okay, needed more Chocolate. Note the iced beverage was made manually and the hot latte was made by an automatic machine! App. It needed an update, which I did before I put in the order. When I entered the order, I needed to wait on my husband's iced drink order. The App logged me out and when I.logged back in, the order was gone! I had also added my debit card into my profile as the default payment (prior login) but when I went to order and pay only Google Pay was available! Alson.adding an additional item to the order after viewing the cart order waa difficult. Definitely user unfriendly!.The App is the worse I have ever used to place a food order! Next time I am skipping the App! Certainly this isn't on this store but management should know as it is part of the customer experience. Apps ate usually easy and convenient for the customer and efficient for the staff. If customers don't use the App, defeats having one.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!! Enjoy your favorite donuts today. Try the new shooting Shamrock donut with gorgeous green glazed and that distinctive light and fluffy texture inside. So soft warm and tender. Just perfect for any happy occasion this beautiful week. They make everything fresh and tasty every hour by hand and old school machine style. No Robots allowed here. A beautiful place for real human beings to enjoy a true delight of the wonders of mankind. Make it a Krispy Kreme fresh handmade donut today. We love your smile.

Located at The Block, it's one of the stores on the outskirts and not with all the other stores. There is a drive through so you don't have to get out of your car. Service was quick, you can see them making fresh donuts. The workers gave us a free donut while we were in line since it was a little busy. It was nice and warm!

I was heading out of town for the weekend, but wanted to stop by Krispy Kreme for a coffee and a donut for the road ahead. This Krispy Kreme in Orange is located in the Outlets at Orange. It's on the east side of the outdoor mall on the northwest corner of City Drive S and Justice Center Way. They have a drive thru that circumnavigates the donut shop, and I'm pretty sure I would have been serviced faster there than inside the shop. I like going inside to see the donut making process behind the display case of donuts. When I came in on Friday morning, there were a couple of customers waiting to order, and it took almost 10 minutes to finally get rung up for my order! There didn't seem to be that many employees working at the time, but they kept preparing boxes of Original Glazed donuts for either pickup orders on the counter or at the drive thru. But they unfortunately didn't pay too much attention to customers waiting at the register. I had a reward to use on my Krispy Kreme account: a free Passport to Italy donut with any purchase. It was set to expire that day, but the first employee I spoke to interpreted that as a Buy One Get One Free. Well, not quite. I wanted my "any purchase" to be a brewed coffee instead of a second donut. It didn't really matter though because she went off to fill more boxes of donuts and pretty much forgot about me. Even though I was annoyed with the extended wait, it did give me ample time to decide which of the Passport to Italy donuts to choose. They had three to choose from: Cannoli Inspired, Tiramisu Inspired, and Limone Delight. I probably would have gone for the Limone Delight since it appeared the least sweet, but I chose the Cannoli Inspired instead. When in Rome I guess? lol After the other two customers were serviced, a different employee, Geraldo, was ready to take my order. There was already a Krispy Kreme takeout bag with the Cannoli Inspired donut on the counter, which I assumed was mine since I told him I wanted that donut. I also told him I wanted the Classic Brewed Coffee. He asked if I wanted Medium, which is the only size listed on their menu, so it confused me at first. I was intent on getting a Medium because I didn't want *that* much coffee, but I wish they would also specify that Large is available as well. I forgot to ask how much of an upcharge it was, but I believe at Krispy Kreme, it's a nominal 20 cents. It took a while to pay because it was difficult to get the register to scan my rewards barcode. Geraldo was a little crude in his demeanor, saying "straight" when he really meant "portrait as opposed to landscape". I mean, my phone was straight, but he didn't mention anything about orientation, so service could use some improvement there. He also wasn't too appreciative of my business, but did get my coffee ready about 30 seconds after I paid at the register. There are a handful of tables inside for you to enjoy your sweet treat(s). I don't know why, but about half the tables had one or two Krispy Kreme hats on them, presumably to greet dine-in customers. I sat at a table with a hat, which I'm keeping just for keepsakes lol. The Cannoli Inspired donut looked pretty sweet at first glance, but it didn't taste as sweet as it looked. I enjoyed the donut and was glad I got it for free with purchase of the coffee. However, is it really worth $3.19? Hmm tough question. I thought it could have used a little more cannoli flavor, so if I'm presented with this offer again, I'd probably think the Tiramisu Inspired donut would be a better choice. The Classic Brewed Coffee was your traditional brewed coffee that you could get at any other coffee shop. Geraldo did ask me if I wanted cream & sugar for my coffee, and I simply said two creams. I thought he'd add it in for me, but he added the little creamers in another Krispy Kreme bag, identical to the one that held my Cannoli Inspired donut. He also included a coffee stirrer in the bag, which I somehow missed and went to get one at the rear counter close to the order kiosks. And speaking of order kiosks, there are two of them in the rear of the shop. One has a sign for credit/contactless payments only, but the other doesn't. I don't know if that means that other kiosk can take cash, but just be prepared to pay by credit card if you prefer to order via kiosk. I didn't see the kiosks until after I ordered, but I would have been willing to give either kiosk a try had I known beforehand. I paid for a Medium coffee, but thought the cup was a little larger than a Medium. Did they actually give me a Large instead? If so, pleasant surprise! Even if not, just know that the Medium coffee is a reasonable size for the price point. Overall, it wasn't too bad of a visit to this Krispy Kreme, but the extended wait and the indifferent service left much to be desired. It's not a bad option for sweet treats in the Outlets at Orange, but I'm sure there are better options in the actual outlet mall itself.

I ordered a dozen original glazed at the drive thru. Pretty confused about what I received. I'm unsure if these are the wrong donuts or a bad batch? It tasted pretty stale. Unfortunately, I did not wanna make the 25 minute drive back.

Seeing the donuts being made is always so much fun - we love taking our kids here because of that reason. AND on ST PATRICKS DAY they dye all of their original glazed donuts green and handout free donuts for their guests who're wearing green too. It's a fun family outing and always delicious and MADE FRESH! Pricing is pretty great & affordable- they also have a rewards program! Only downside to the shop is that they don't have any "CAKE DONUTS" or a lot of the classic donuts that you'd typically find at another donut shop. BUT their donuts are always tasty and are good when warmed up - but once they're cold, they're not as enjoyable.

Got a dozen of the original glazed here. Did this through the drive through and the staff was quite efficient with getting my order out quickly. Nothing beats the original glazed I gotta say. The dough is light and fluffy and you get the right amount of sweetness with rhe glaze. Will definitely come back!

It's been forever since I've been here. I came because the Hot Light was on. Their signature glazed doughnuts were being made fresh. You can watch them being made. I went with a three pack. I got chocolate fudge brownie, chocolate iced, and chocolate iced Kreme filled. They give you a glazed doughnut fresh from the line when the Hot Light is on. I had to ask for one since Angela didn't offer me one. The other girl was passing them out. The glazed was the best. The others were nothing special. I would rather get them from a mom and pop shop.

    1. The donut was simple and comforting! I do like the strawberry filling! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes with a spacious interior! 3. The staff was friendly and timely with my order! It was ready right away! 4. There are indoor and outdoor areas! There are good number of tables! 5. Parking is easy! Spots are double-lined and not compact! Note: There is a drive-thru option! A mere 1.3 miles away, I find this eight year old coffee shop that has its name origins from the German word for bread. I also like that they have their coffee ready on tap and add specific customizations depending on what you order. I always get the Lovebirds, which only comes in large. It's a coffee oolong milk tea, which is a pretty unique combination. I like how it's strong, more coffee-forward, and less sweet than what you'd typically get at a boba shop. Instead, we accidentally wandered into what felt like a Janis Joplin tribute concert. The music was blasting at nightclub volume--not exactly the relaxing start to the day we had in mind. But surprisingly... that wasn't even the worst part. The food was incredibly disappointing. I ordered the breakfast burrito, and the potatoes were still raw--hard enough to remind me they were once part of the ground.. My husband ordered the French toast, which looked suspiciously like it took a quick detour from Trader Joe's frozen aisle before landing on our table. There's nothing wrong with frozen French toast... unless you're charging $14 and calling it brunch. Another friend ordered the granola with berries. After a few bites, he gave it a skeptical look, pushed the bowl away, and decided breakfast simply wasn't worth the gamble. The coffee was decent , but honestly wasn't worth fighting the neighbors for a parking spot!

I honestly had a little bit of a cultural shock--in the best way!…read more As someone who absolutely loves matcha and coffee, I was surprised that I had never heard of this place before. It has such a unique vibe. It's located around Downtown Santa Ana, and the sign isn't very big, so it can be a little hard to find. Honestly, I'm glad I came with my friends because if I had come by myself, I probably would have missed it and gone home. The atmosphere is definitely different from your typical Orange County coffee shop. I heard the owners are from New York, and I think you can feel that influence. It has a very urban, sophisticated feel, but at the same time, there's something warm yet slightly cool and edgy about the space. It's hard to explain, but it has a personality of its own. The coffee bar is completely open, so you can watch the baristas make your drink and see every little movement they make. I wanted to try so many things on the menu, but I had already had two cups of coffee that day, so I decided to go with matcha instead. What really impressed me was how detailed they were when taking my order. They asked about the sweetness level, syrup options, type of milk, and even the type of cup I wanted. Since I was staying to enjoy my drink there, they served my matcha in a beautiful glass. And watching them make the matcha right in front of me was such a treat. It wasn't just some sweet matcha powder mixed with milk. You could really taste the quality of the matcha, and the drink was clean, smooth, and delicious. Santa Ana is a little far from my home, so I don't come here very often. But this place made me want to come back someday, take my time, and just enjoy a cup of matcha without rushing. Definitely a place with its own character. Would I come back? 100% YES.

I believe their espresso leans toward a lighter roast, coming through bright and expressive, while the milk drinks are dialed in with that smooth, silky texture that makes you want to savor. That said, the drinks don't always scratch the itch for me in the way I might expect but it might just be that their speciality drinks aren't quite what I typically look for. Nonetheless I do still think they have a strong coffee program and a team that clearly cares about craft.

Matcha and coffee... what a perfect combo!…read more I was in the area with my friend, and this shop was on my bucket list for a while. When I arrived, I was surprised by the long line. It started inside the store and extended past four other stores next to it. However, the line moved pretty decently (prob 15 minutes to get to the front). The workers were really nice... they walked out to hand-deliver each drink to customers outside. So sweet of them! There's no seating available for those looking to study here, but they do have a bench inside where you can sit while waiting for your drinks. Our order: Matcha Two (4/5): Very rich in matcha for sure, but I don't think this one was made for me. I like it more when it's infused with the berries or fruits, so maybe I'll try that next time. Not bad tho! Salted Saigon (5/5): Perfect for coffee lovers like me! Just enough sweetness in the coffee and a hint of sea salt creme on top. Nice pairings. Would def. get it again. Blueberry Matcha (5/5): My friend got this drink, and she really loved it! She said it was a total banger, and she would come back for this LOL. Definitely a must-visit spot for coffee or matcha!

They are located in the same plaza as Brodard, Vox Kitchen, Rol Handbar, etc. in Fountain Valley. This location is open later than the other Airoma. They use ceremonial matcha which makes a huge difference. I ordered the strawberry matcha latte (74% sweet) after trying one previously in LA. I paid and waited for my order to be ready. After a few minutes, I received my order. I shook it up and tried it. Delicious! Even better than I remembered. My husband who doesn't usually enjoy matcha, tried it and liked it. He does not dig the earthy taste, but this drink changed his perspective. Airoma made my husband a believer in matcha. We do not usually go out too often for matcha, but when I'm in the mood next, this place will be a must visit. I'll have to try their egg coffee in the future too.

I actually keep hoping that they open another location over near Cerritos/Artesia. There was a line leading outside of the building, but it moved pretty quickly. I ordered a pandan latte and I'd say it was just as good as their original location! Not overly sweet with a really tasty pandan flavor. Lots and lots of parking in the plaza. And service was very quick. There's very minimal seating on the left hand side of where you order. I wouldn't say this is the ideal shop to work in and hang out and chat, but that's fine.
