I HONESTLY love this donut shop HANDS DOWN. Their donuts are soft, airy, and sweet. They have different occasions donuts once a month such as halloween, st. Patrick's day, and other special occasion holidays. The service was fast & employee is nice and friendly. The store was clean, spacious, and lots of seating on the inside and outside. The security guard was nice and gave free donut for the people who couldn't receive their free dozen. Krispy Kreme has some good freebies on having free dozen donuts or national donut day. I would definitely come back here and try their other flavor donuts. read more

I must give thanks to the hard-working crew of this Krispy Kreme location on Valentines day! Not using my head and going the day before, I went at 9 AM in the morning to get the specialized heart shaped donuts. BIG MISTAKE! There were at least 35 cars in line in the drive-through, there were at least 30 people in a line who had ordered online, and at least another 50 in the line that I got in with those of who also waited till the last minute! Many, many people had ordered 3 to 6 dozen which didn't help it go any faster! The crew was fantastic, super friendly, very stressed, but didn't show it! Thanks for your great efforts that helped make Valentine's Day, 2024 a success! read more

This is my local Krispy Kreme. I typically stop by here for coffee if I need to run errands for the day. I do appreciate the complementary conveyer belt donut. During lock down, they would give away donuts if you showed proof of vaccination. I generally love Krispy Kreme donuts. They're best eaten when fresh. They have unique holiday and event related donuts throughout the year. I'm a frozen coffee person 365 days of the year. The frozen mocha is my go to. It's more on the sweeter side than the bitter side of mocha. It's pretty heavy but will keep you going for the day! read more

So I'm usually pretty happy with this location but today, I got a chocolate iced custard filled. It's my favorite. But I was sorely disappointed when I was about half way through the donut and still no custard!! That's never happened before so I'm going to chalk it up to a fluke. Service has always been nice to me and I apways get offered a fresh original glaze when they're being made hot. It can get really busy and the drive thru line can get really long, but it moves as fast as possible. Krispy kreme donuts tend to be on the sweeter side but they are donuts and I'm definitely not here to watch my calories. read more

#722 I wish I had some photos from today's experience. I had promised my son some donuts for letting me drag him everywhere. I somehow lucked out; the place was empty. Dolly, Hector and Joanna were all so nice--in fact--so were all of the workers. I drink too much coffee but ordered a basic latte and iced latte (no sweetener) as I am trying to be healthier (not so much in a donut place; agreed.) My iced coffee was just as good as Starbucks' iced coffee and of course less money! My son chose a chocolate sprinkled donut and I was even honored a plain birthday donut. While nothing was hot, my son was happy with the donuts, I was happy with the coffee and this place really deserves 5 stars. Sure, they are a chain, but they turned what otherwise was not a great day into a good day! They are still my favorite basic donut shop! Kudos to the workers for making it a great day! read more

Service at this location is great. The drive thru itself isn't the easiest to get to because of the parking situation, but thats the only thing they could work on. The people at the window show a nice positive demeanor, and they don't try to upsell too much. I always love a nice fresh Krispy Kreme, and this location should be on your stop at list. read more

If I can leave a 0 star I would. I asked for the pumpkin medium iced coffee. They asked if I wanted whip. And an assorted 12 donuts. When I paid. Guess what. No whip and they didn't inform me. I had to tell them that they forgot it, and that's when they informed me they didn't have any. Why ask in the first place? Rep should have stated "by the way there is no whip cream avi at this time." Once I opened up my box, not one classic donut, and the rest seemed to be old, not fresh. In the end they didn't add my points, ask for a refund on my coffee, and left. I was in the drive through for over 10 mins holding up a line, and it was just not it. If you can avoid this area. Please do so. Not worth the headache. read more

This location has as a poster of a cinnamon roll on the window that reads "served any time". Be aware it is not true‼ We visited this spot around 8:30pm and requested a cinnamon roll. Was told they did not have any more for the day but when I asked what were the rolls being prepared , I was told it was a cinnamon roll order for Amazon. Not a happy customer! read more

Came to this location in orange since my son had to go to guitar center nearby and my girlfriend and I had been craving Krispy Kreme for a while! Got the seasonal chocomania dozen which put me out over $22.00. I thought it would be worth it because what they advertised looked amazing! I've never been so disappointed by Krispy Kreme. These donuts were so far from fresh. They were stale and missing that crisp bite that you get when you bite into a Krispy Kreme donut. Without that they're just any other subpar donut. The service was okay. Did the online order and our donates were ready pretty quickly. I will never come on a weekday again, seems like you only get fresh donuts on the weekends. read more

This is the best place to get your donut fix. Be aware that this location gets really busy. Drive they lanes always full and the lineup inside can be long. But your wait will be worth it. Donuts are freshly made, as you watch them come off the racks. Perfectly glazed. On my visit on St Patrick's Day, the donuts were green. Festive for the occasion. Same great taste and fresh. I loved getting a free sample donut as well. Thank you Krispy Kreme. Honestly, just take my money. Lol. read more

I have tried so many donuts in my life from so many places and Krispy Kreme original glazed is the best of them all! Nothing beats that. It's classic It's timeless It's a treasure It's good old-fashioned ultimate perfection when it comes to a simple donut at its best Whenever I'm in the area, no matter what, I stopped to get me half a dozen original glazed Krispy Kreme donuts. Every once in a while, it's a challenge to write one of these reviews. It's usually pretty clear whether they're good or bad, but here is like playing darts blindfolded. The location is very good, lots of parking. Relatively large site with plenty of tables. Clean and the food is Krispy-Kreme-fresh. I am usually there off-hours, so I can't comment on crowds during busy times. The staff is usually depressingly vacant, sometimes downright stupid, but almost always uninterested. They don't care if you are there, if you buy anything, if you see what you want, if you have questions, if you have never been to a Krispy Kreme before, if you have a request, if you enjoy your purchase. How can staff like that make the experience one I can recommend? I have been here a few times because I was shopping at the outlets, but would never even think to make a special trip. They're even on Too Good To Go & a significant discount wouldn't be enough to get me there if I weren't already on-site. Example. On my last visit, in 09.2025, I asked for milk w/ my coffee, not creamer. Do you have low-fat milk? "Yes, we have half & half." OK, this isn't a good sign. She didn't seem to even comprehend what skim, 1% or 2% was & there was no point in explaining. Since half & half is better than creamer, I agreed. She held the coffee in front of her, about 4' away from me, turned away from me (toward the counter) & asked if what she put in was enough. I won't know until I SEE the cup. I was so annoyed, I just sat down to eat, but soon realized that no, it was not enough. So, I returned to the counter & another staff member put LOW-FAT MILK in my coffee. I looked at the -- let's be generous and say IGNORANT -- staffer who "helped" me first & said, "SHE found the low-fat milk." The 2 of of them looked at each other as if I were going to be the topic of conversation for the rest of the shift, as in "I had the Nut Job of the Night." Heaven forbid a customer should get pathetic service and object. So, they are not interested in doing an acceptable job, let alone a good one, and when the customer gets frustrated, they define the customer as (probably) unreasonable or worse. I have been a customer service manager for decades and always tell my staff during training: if you don't like working with the public or don't like serving, please find another job. I say that to this team, as well. read more

Extremely Disappointing Service and Discriminatory Treatment I recently visited this Dunkin' location with high hopes for a simple treat for my children. I ordered assorted mini glaze donuts--specifically requesting two chocolate, two strawberry, and the remaining to be original. Instead of confirming my order, the employee, named Dolly, mixed everything into a large donut batch without asking me. When I pointed out that the mix was incorrect, Dolly rudely replied in a way that implied I must have wanted it, even adding a dismissive "What do you want?" Her tone and choice of words left me feeling not only disrespected but also discriminated against because of my Asian background. I then spoke with the manager, expecting a sincere apology for the mishandling and disrespect. Instead, the manager merely asked if I wanted a discount. I made it clear that a discount was not enough--I needed a proper apology for the poor service and discriminatory behavior. Regrettably, the manager only looked at me and did not offer any response. I asked for the employee's name, but none of the staff would disclose any names. The manager gave me the name 'Dolly,' though I'm not sure if that's accurate. I'm posting a picture for reference. According to other reviews, I discovered that this employee, Dolly, is rude. I will take screenshots of the manager's handling and the review as evidence and send them to corporate headquarters. read more

Located near the Orange outlets, parking is limited so you might need to park at the outlets and walk over. The donuts here outshine the usual Krispy Kreme fare, offering a truly satisfying treat. Drive-thru service is quick, but the staff can appear overwhelmed by the traffic, resulting in lack of customer service. Although brief, the service is efficient. My go-to is the original glaze dozen - an irresistible choice; once you start, you can't stop at just one! read more

"GIVE IT BACK!!" Krispy Kreme had a World Kindness Day & were giving away a dozen donuts to the first 500 customers. I had my senior parents in the car & went through the drive through. We waited behind a long line of cars instead of standing in line. We ordered & asked for 3 dozens because I told the guy who took the order that we had 3 people in the car. We drive up & he hands us three boxes & and he was super sweet & KIND to us. I was about to drive off (wished I did, but I'm not that type of person). All of a sudden another female (appears to be a short Hispanic female in her 20's) yells at us, "You can't have that! Give it back!!! She wasn't even nice or kind when she said it too. I thought she was joking & I said, "Are you serious?" She rudely said it's one per car. The other employer kept saying 'sorry' and the look of shock on his face was exactly the look on all our faces. She COULD HAVE been nice & said 'we're so sorry, we can only do one order per car,' but she was RUDE RUDE RUDE to us & to her colleague who took our order). I ended-up giving back the other boxes & it was so humiliating & embarrassing. All she had to do was let the other employee know for the next customers that day, to only allow one per car. The offer was the first 500 customers & it should not have mattered in my opinion if we were standing in line or waiting in a car. Plus, my parents are seniors. We were going to give some of the donuts to some youth we volunteer with or some staff at Orangewood Children's Home across the street, but were now limited. We ended-up cooking a meal for the youth. So disappointed. I regret not asking for her name. What KK did was a very kind gesture, but that employee ruined it. The day of kindness was more a day of rudeness from that employee. read more

The service here is beyond unacceptable. The manager, Sanjay, and the employee Olive are absolutely useless and have no idea how to communicate with customers or even with each other. They were practically on top of one another behind the counter, awkwardly telling each other to move while drinks piled up. My friend placed an order on the kiosk, and we waited 30 minutes with no updates and no name called. When I finally went up to the counter and asked Olive about it, she straight up ignored me. No "give me a moment," no acknowledgment at all just flat out rude behavior. The manager, Sanjay, wasn't any better. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he was busy serving people in line while completely ignoring the customers who ordered through the kiosk. There were several people waiting for donuts, and none of the employees were even making them. If they're short-staffed, they need to hire more people, because what I experienced was the worst service I've ever had at a donut shop. The employees and manager need serious training on customer service and efficiency read more

I came here late Friday night. I love how it's open 24/7 but the line in the drive-thru was pretty long. It took me about 20-30 minutes to get to the ordering window. But for the amount of cars it moved pretty fast. The neon signs on the building were nice to look at while we waited. When we got to order, the employee Issac was friendly. I got the chocolate sprinkle glaze and my wife got the original glaze. I don't think you can never go wrong with a Krispy Kreme doughnut.. or is it donut. Idk.. anyways it tasted soft and sweet and satisfied my craving! read more

I love place my over the day before and just walking in and picking it up. (Note, they have delivery service too). I usually get mini donut orders, for event since they're such a good size. Also, when the "Hot Now" sign is on that's another plus. I get my super fresh donut. Delicious! For being Wednesday at 630am, it was a little busy, but nothing to freak out about, it is a donut shop, it's probably expected. Even so, the employees were well behaved and pleasant. Came early to this location just to get their special Scooby Doo doughnuts. Early as in 0600... I drove up and already saw signs a lot of their special donuts were unavailable so I was pleasantly surprised they had the Scooby Doo donuts (20.99). Also took advantage of my birthday reward which was the free 1/2 dozen. I've never been inside the store just drive thru but coming early has its benefits no crazy lines. The store is clean and everything is made fresh. Staff is always friendly, patient and helpful. read more

Yesterday 5/2/24 KK Had a free dozen original donuts offer for people that had the KK app on their phone.... I rode with a co-worker at lunch to get our free donuts... Waited 45 minutes in line.... Got up to the window and was informed they were only honoring 1 offer per car.... My co worker got his free donuts (he was driving his car).... I waited the same 45 minutes and I got nothin! We asked the worker at the window if the people who were waiting in line to go into the building if they were being limited as well.... He said people in the restaurant were being given one free dozen for each person in line that had the app on their phone.... So why limit the people in a car in the drive thru line?.... As long as each person had the app on their phone what difference does it make? I'm a big fan Krispy Kreme donuts and coffee but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.... Actually it left no taste in my mouth... I didn't even get one donut out of the deal! read more

Been coming here a few times a year over the past 2 decades! It's usually consistent in quality. The drive thru line can get long and sometimes unbearably long during promotions (like get a free dozen with purchase). Love how you can see the doughnuts being made on the conveyor line! And "hot now" sign on means free glazed donut sample! The customer service is okay for the most part and sometimes the staff can be very warm and friendly! read more

A mere 1.3 miles away, I find this eight year old coffee shop that has its name origins from the German word for bread. Evidently, they have a plethora of baked foods mainly consisting of flour, water and often yeast displayed in full display next to the counter. I asked one of the staff if the shop makes their own bread and she said a local artisan bakery supplies them. They look amazing and they even have gluten-free options! This is a family-owned business that provides a more than suitable area for working on your laptop with WiFi access, or simply enjoying your favorite hot or cold caffeinated beverage, oh, and I must mention that they have premium blends as well for the coffee aficionado! Spacious indoor area that doesn't feel cramped and the exposed ceiling vents, the jazzy beats that is playing at a perfect volume and plenty of potted plants give it a balanced chill industrial vibe. There are tables outside too that's perfect for early morning or late afternoon when it's not too hot. I ordered the Vanilla Latte hot and asked that they fill up my insulated mug instead of the cardboard cup. Even with the steady stream of patrons, I received my expertly prepared brew by their hirsute barista, who gave me "beard envy" (I can only sport a goatee) :D The crew are friendly, conversing with the regulars. I can tell they enjoy working here! I don't come to Orange very often but would definitely grab coffee here again if I'm in the area and would highly recommend this place. This place is doing something right and by mere observation, I can tell they will continue to do so for years to come! Kudos!

One of the baristas accidentally dropped something, creating a loud noise, and she was visibly frustrated and seemed like she didn't wanna be there which affected the overall atmosphere.

I also like that they have their coffee ready on tap and add specific customizations depending on what you order. I always get the Lovebirds, which only comes in large. It's a coffee oolong milk tea, which is a pretty unique combination. I like how it's strong, more coffee-forward, and less sweet than what you'd typically get at a boba shop. I do like coming here, but I have to have a good reason to spend time in the Circle when I know I'll be paying for parking. Otherwise, it can be a little hard to justify for just a coffee run.

I got an iced coffee for the next morning and a jasmine tea for that evening -- both were exquisite. The tea was refreshing and the coffee is so flavorful, strong without being bitter and lots of delicious notes. The guy working behind the counter was so kind too -- appreciate his thoughtfulness once he found out I would drink it next morning, he held on putting ice in so it would stay concentrated til the next day. I need to go back and buy a pound or two of coffee -- or maybe they can open one closer to me in LA too :)

As they were chatting I heard her say "I ain't got time for cold brew" and look directly at me. Then they split up and she went to stand at the other end of the counter while the 2 people she was chatting with came behind the counter and started sharing pictures or whatever. It just came off rude. I love this place and these are our favourite beans but just really crappy feeling as a local customer.

The guy working said to the people in front of me that they sold out. It was my turn I asked if they had it and the guy said that they had a line since 3pm and that they sold out of the keg. We ended up getting two beers since we went anyways but that's when things didn't add up. He kept telling all the other people that started to show up the same thing. These are reasons why it didn't add up 1) empty seats inside but had a line since 3pm and beer was released at 4pm 2) I don't think the people going for younger would just order one beer and not try other RR beers? 3) only one guy working beer counter and having to clean the tables and make sandwiches? 4) 12 oz pours of beer and keg with about 1984 oz would make it 166 beers. No way they sold 166 beers in an hour with one person working the bar and shop empty in an hour. They could have posted on their instagram or socials that they sold out but failed to do so. I'm sure a lot of people all night were disappointed to see that they didn't have it or post anything about it.

I'm left wondering if it's even necessary for me to elaborate further on the disappointing changes I've noticed in the donuts. It's become all too apparent that while prices continue to rise, the size and quality of the product are shrinking. This feels like a double blow to loyal customers like myself - a move that comes across as deceptive and unfair. I've started to notice that my donuts are consistently smaller than they used to be. It's as if I'm receiving half of a donut for the same price I once paid for a full one. This reduction in size is not only a poor value but also leaves me feeling shortchanged. I'm paying the same amount of money yet getting significantly less product in return. To make matters worse, it appears that the leftover scraps of dough are being repackaged and sold as "mini" donuts at the full price. I've noticed a small amount of dough remnants at the bottom of the box, seemingly gathered and resold in this misleading way. This practice feels dishonest and disrespectful to customers. Rather than admitting that the full-size donut can no longer be provided at the same price point, we're instead being sold inferior products and expected to pay the same amount. As a customer, this trend of reducing the amount of product while increasing the price is incredibly frustrating. It erodes the trust I once had in the brand and makes me question the value proposition. I'm left feeling cheated and undervalued, like my loyalty and continued business mean little. This "bait and switch" approach is not a sustainable way to treat customers and will likely drive away those who feel wronged by these practices. I urge a reevaluation of these business tactics. Rather than trying to maximize profits by deceiving customers, focus should be placed on providing a fair product at a fair price. Transparency and honesty in pricing and product sizing would go much further in building trust and customer loyalty than these current practices. As it stands, I'm left feeling disappointed and questioning my continued support of a brand that seems more interested in profiting at the expense of its customers than in providing the quality product I once knew and loved. read more

This chain is my absolute favorite Donut Chain, and favorite donuts for that matter, anywhere on Earth! This location is easy to get to (unlike Burbank) and it seems more efficient over all. But pretty much both locations are more or less the same. The only downside is that you have to drive into the "Block"'s parking lot. I really don't care for that mall much, its often dirty and there are teenagers being stupid everywhere. (Darn kids, get off my lawn lol). I'm normally a huge fan of Custard filled donuts, (and I love them here) but the Cream filled donuts are even sweeter and to die for! I was here today. They have awesome pricing if you like coffee bean. Yeah they serve coffee bean!! You can get a ice blended coffee with two donuts for 3.50. At coffee bean you can only get the ice blended coffee for that much. And the coffee tastes just like coffee bean. Tried placing an order for the double dozen deal valid today for $13 at 8:15am, was ready to pay and place the order but i got an error message saying double dozen for $13 not available. Then when I refresh the page you can't even place the deal in your cart. Then I call Krispy Kreme but put on hold for 20 minutes. The website still promotes the double dozen for $13 online but you can't buy online I think you have to go in person. I'm at work so no doughnuts for me unless I go later to store. Assuming they don't stop the deal by that time. read more

Good quality donuts but not much of a variety if you want a variety of donuts! I went to this donut shop in orange call Friendly Donuts!! I just felt in love they have new donuts every month or every WEEKK! They have CRONUTS TOO and they make 2 batches everyday because they run out super fast!!! The glazed donuts are especially their favorite types of donuts, and they always ensure that their service is quick. It is always busy, no matter what time of the day, and their is always a line no matter what the location is. Personally, I am not a fan of pastries or doughnuts. However, I do make exceptions roughly twice a year, particularly on chilly evenings when a doughnut paired with a hot cup of tea is enjoyable. Absolute worse service I have ever had. My friends and I went through the drive thru & the man was very rude about us asking for a minute. Once we pulled up to the window we were greeted by a girl named Rita. Rita was very rude, had terrible hospitality, and even cussed in front of us. This is the best spot to pick up hot off the press donuts that melt in your mouth and give you a crazy sugar high. I cant eat more than two without feeling a bit overloaded, but still love to come here late after dinner for a quick and easy fresh set of donuts. Sooo Yummy !! I am a regular Krispy Kreme customer. I love this place, but one of the managers is so rude. Like if I see him working I pray that I don't have to interact with him. The other employees are so nice.
