Got that Snoopy Christmas donut! I was so excited for the Snoopy donuts. Those are gone now. They had Snoopy for the holidays, which was very cute. The Snoopy donut was enjoyed by my nephew. I gave him that one and he loved it. I also got some original glaze donuts. Krispy Kreme is the cream of the crop when it's comes to donuts. You won't find a better glazed donut anywhere else! Service is always great!
I only visit supply chain donut shops when there's a promotion or coupon. They usually offer promotions toward their dozen of original glazed donuts. Parking: This spot is located outside of the Outlets at Orange. They have their own parking lot, but it fills up quick. There's usually a long line at the drive thru when they have a promotion. Thankfully the line is organized. Service: Majority of their workers are young, so don't expect much. Every time I've visited, the workers are simply quick and efficient. They get the job done. Ambiance/Environment: If you've ever been to a Krispy Kreme, then you'll know it's the same layout. It's fun watching the donuts being made and glazed. Donuts & coffee: I always get their original glazed donut. Sometimes I'll try their seasonal donuts, but it's extremely sweet. Their coffee is okay. Their lattes are excessively sweet, so I recommend adjusting the sweetness level. Pricing: Highly recommend downloading their rewards app to receive points, promotions/coupons, and a free box of three original glazed donuts on your birthday.

Craving donuts this morning while at a UCI appointment across the street. Using the App, I placed the order for ASAP pick-up and ordered when I left the parking lot. Donut order was ready when I picked and the two coffe drinks (one hot and one cold) were made fresh when I arrived. Service was very friendly! Donut selection. It's been a while since I have been to a Krispy Kreme. They have so many Novelty Donuts (Snoopy, X-mas) and the others are very basic. We ordered a 6-pack, some filled (Chocolate Custard, Cinnamon Apple, Raspberry) and two basic (glazed and chocolate frosted). In general not much of a selection vs a local donut shop. The filled donuts were just okay, not very flavorful and didn't hit the spot. I was craving a Boston Cream, and the Chocolate Custard filled was not even close! Their best Donut is still the glazed, best one to order. Coffee Drinks. Huge selection of iced and hot drinks I ordered an Iced Caramel Coffee with Milk and my husband loved it. I ordered a hot Mocha Latte, free with App reward points, it was just okay, needed more Chocolate. Note the iced beverage was made manually and the hot latte was made by an automatic machine! App. It needed an update, which I did before I put in the order. When I entered the order, I needed to wait on my husband's iced drink order. The App logged me out and when I.logged back in, the order was gone! I had also added my debit card into my profile as the default payment (prior login) but when I went to order and pay only Google Pay was available! Alson.adding an additional item to the order after viewing the cart order waa difficult. Definitely user unfriendly!.The App is the worse I have ever used to place a food order! Next time I am skipping the App! Certainly this isn't on this store but management should know as it is part of the customer experience. Apps ate usually easy and convenient for the customer and efficient for the staff. If customers don't use the App, defeats having one.
Seeing the donuts being made is always so much fun - we love taking our kids here because of that reason. AND on ST PATRICKS DAY they dye all of their original glazed donuts green and handout free donuts for their guests who're wearing green too. It's a fun family outing and always delicious and MADE FRESH! Pricing is pretty great & affordable- they also have a rewards program! Only downside to the shop is that they don't have any "CAKE DONUTS" or a lot of the classic donuts that you'd typically find at another donut shop. BUT their donuts are always tasty and are good when warmed up - but once they're cold, they're not as enjoyable.
Located at The Block, it's one of the stores on the outskirts and not with all the other stores. There is a drive through so you don't have to get out of your car. Service was quick, you can see them making fresh donuts. The workers gave us a free donut while we were in line since it was a little busy. It was nice and warm!
It's been forever since I've been here. I came because the Hot Light was on. Their signature glazed doughnuts were being made fresh. You can watch them being made. I went with a three pack. I got chocolate fudge brownie, chocolate iced, and chocolate iced Kreme filled. They give you a glazed doughnut fresh from the line when the Hot Light is on. I had to ask for one since Angela didn't offer me one. The other girl was passing them out. The glazed was the best. The others were nothing special. I would rather get them from a mom and pop shop.
Anyone that says this Krispy Kreme's location suck has not gone to other Krispy Kreme's especially in the central coast lol. You're spoiled here! Fresher donuts, no flies or smells of chlorine and no old donuts and no weird designs and no misplaced eyes or decorations. You can see the small doughs in the queue and actually see them rise and then get fried and go down to the side to get glazed.
I was heading out of town for the weekend, but wanted to stop by Krispy Kreme for a coffee and a donut for the road ahead. This Krispy Kreme in Orange is located in the Outlets at Orange. It's on the east side of the outdoor mall on the northwest corner of City Drive S and Justice Center Way. They have a drive thru that circumnavigates the donut shop, and I'm pretty sure I would have been serviced faster there than inside the shop. I like going inside to see the donut making process behind the display case of donuts. When I came in on Friday morning, there were a couple of customers waiting to order, and it took almost 10 minutes to finally get rung up for my order! There didn't seem to be that many employees working at the time, but they kept preparing boxes of Original Glazed donuts for either pickup orders on the counter or at the drive thru. But they unfortunately didn't pay too much attention to customers waiting at the register. I had a reward to use on my Krispy Kreme account: a free Passport to Italy donut with any purchase. It was set to expire that day, but the first employee I spoke to interpreted that as a Buy One Get One Free. Well, not quite. I wanted my "any purchase" to be a brewed coffee instead of a second donut. It didn't really matter though because she went off to fill more boxes of donuts and pretty much forgot about me. Even though I was annoyed with the extended wait, it did give me ample time to decide which of the Passport to Italy donuts to choose. They had three to choose from: Cannoli Inspired, Tiramisu Inspired, and Limone Delight. I probably would have gone for the Limone Delight since it appeared the least sweet, but I chose the Cannoli Inspired instead. When in Rome I guess? lol After the other two customers were serviced, a different employee, Geraldo, was ready to take my order. There was already a Krispy Kreme takeout bag with the Cannoli Inspired donut on the counter, which I assumed was mine since I told him I wanted that donut. I also told him I wanted the Classic Brewed Coffee. He asked if I wanted Medium, which is the only size listed on their menu, so it confused me at first. I was intent on getting a Medium because I didn't want *that* much coffee, but I wish they would also specify that Large is available as well. I forgot to ask how much of an upcharge it was, but I believe at Krispy Kreme, it's a nominal 20 cents. It took a while to pay because it was difficult to get the register to scan my rewards barcode. Geraldo was a little crude in his demeanor, saying "straight" when he really meant "portrait as opposed to landscape". I mean, my phone was straight, but he didn't mention anything about orientation, so service could use some improvement there. He also wasn't too appreciative of my business, but did get my coffee ready about 30 seconds after I paid at the register. There are a handful of tables inside for you to enjoy your sweet treat(s). I don't know why, but about half the tables had one or two Krispy Kreme hats on them, presumably to greet dine-in customers. I sat at a table with a hat, which I'm keeping just for keepsakes lol. The Cannoli Inspired donut looked pretty sweet at first glance, but it didn't taste as sweet as it looked. I enjoyed the donut and was glad I got it for free with purchase of the coffee. However, is it really worth $3.19? Hmm tough question. I thought it could have used a little more cannoli flavor, so if I'm presented with this offer again, I'd probably think the Tiramisu Inspired donut would be a better choice. The Classic Brewed Coffee was your traditional brewed coffee that you could get at any other coffee shop. Geraldo did ask me if I wanted cream & sugar for my coffee, and I simply said two creams. I thought he'd add it in for me, but he added the little creamers in another Krispy Kreme bag, identical to the one that held my Cannoli Inspired donut. He also included a coffee stirrer in the bag, which I somehow missed and went to get one at the rear counter close to the order kiosks. And speaking of order kiosks, there are two of them in the rear of the shop. One has a sign for credit/contactless payments only, but the other doesn't. I don't know if that means that other kiosk can take cash, but just be prepared to pay by credit card if you prefer to order via kiosk. I didn't see the kiosks until after I ordered, but I would have been willing to give either kiosk a try had I known beforehand. I paid for a Medium coffee, but thought the cup was a little larger than a Medium. Did they actually give me a Large instead? If so, pleasant surprise! Even if not, just know that the Medium coffee is a reasonable size for the price point. Overall, it wasn't too bad of a visit to this Krispy Kreme, but the extended wait and the indifferent service left much to be desired. It's not a bad option for sweet treats in the Outlets at Orange, but I'm sure there are better options in the actual outlet mall itself.
Got a dozen of the original glazed here. Did this through the drive through and the staff was quite efficient with getting my order out quickly. Nothing beats the original glazed I gotta say. The dough is light and fluffy and you get the right amount of sweetness with rhe glaze. Will definitely come back!

This month they were featuring Peanuts themed donuts and of course we had to get some! They were super cute and actually tasted great! We have tried filled donuts from Krispy Kreme before and had not cared for them because the glazed are definitely where it's at, but these were good. Highly recommend for a cute surprise for the office or family. Service was good and they were super busy!

These Dolly Parton donuts just launched today, and the marketing was so well done that my friend had to run out and buy some for us immediately! He picked the Banana Cream, Peach Cobbler, and Chocolate Cream Pie, but skipped the pretty pink one that seemed more basic in terms of flavor. I had the Peach Cobbler and it was delicious. The donut was fresh and soft. The filling had a lot of cinnamon and spice flavor. The topping had a nice texture. I haven't tasted the other two but from my friend's reviews, Banana Pudding pie was amazing with the best banana pudding filling. The chocolate cream pie had chocolate and vanilla buttercream frosting that my other friend loved. read more

I came here on a weekend and it was very busy as usual. Parking can get hectic at times so beware of peak hours. I wanted to try the cinnamon rolls they were serving at the time so I got some of those. At $4 a piece, I was a little disappointed. The portion was fine but these felt like a throwaway item they decided to make for the fun of it, I think the original glazed donut is still the way to go. Lines can get long on the inside but it's also always fun to see the donuts move on the belt so it makes the wait more bearable. I wish they still gave out a free donut if you're waiting in line. Overall pretty average experience, I'll stick to the original next time. read more

This Krispy Kreme branch is located along one of the outer borders of the Outlets of Orange mall. You will not find them inside the main shopping area. While waiting for my Mother n'law to be finished with her medical appointment, I waited at this Krispy Kreme. I'm one of Krispy Kreme's loyal customers, and I have their Krispy Kreme App on my phone. Decided to redeem some of my points. For 250 points, you can get one of their classic donuts. So I chose their Custard filled Chocolate donut. It tasted delicious, but it needed more custard filling. Service with a smile is always appreciated, and the young lady (Natalie) who assisted me provided that. 5 stars for the customer service!! The shop itself was pretty clean. So the new cinnamon roll isn't cooked all the way through. It's kind of raw dough with cinnamon and it was cold. I mean, I'm talking refrigerator cold when you go to Krispy Kreme, you should never have a ice cold doughnut. Didn't get my free warm doughnut. Not happy with the service today. 07/11/2023 Been to this location soooo many times, but never reviewed it, as I stopped going long before I became a Yelper. The Hot Light sign was on, so I thought I'd stop by as I was on my way from dinner. Got two glazed donuts, thinking it would be piping hot and delicious. Was I wrong! It was not hot. It was mushy and squishy when I bit into it and it was much sweeter than I remember. Utter disappointment. I used to love the simplicity of this donut, but now I know that I've fully graduated from this beloved institution. I'm happy to leave it behind. No issues with customer service. But had to mention, when I paid in cash, one of the teenager girls saw the dollar bills I've paid with and acted as though it was their first time seeing a US dollar bill. Really?? read more

I stopped by this Krispy Kreme yesterday morning because I wanted something to eat. My wife was shopping at the Outlet nearby so I figured she can shop and I can go get a donut. I parked at the Outlet parking lot and just walked to this Krispy Kreme. They have a drive thru here so if you don't want to go inside then just go to the drive thru. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all. I was the only one inside and was going to redeem my points for the Glazed donut. When I told the worker I just wanted the glazed donut, he said it's a free sample. So I didn't even have to use my points which I highly appreciate. The donut was good and fresh. read more

My online order was supposed to be ready at 12:07, but when I picked it up, both drinks were iced even though one was supposed to be hot. The staff argued with me and insisted I had ordered incorrectly, which I hadn't. On top of that, my custard-filled item had no filling, and they went back and forth about that too. The original glaze will always be a favorite, no matter what new gourmet donuttery pops up. And you usually get a free fresh one as you wait in line. The weekends & evenings lines can get long, but always worth it! Signing up for the rewards app will earn you points at every visit, and you get a free dozen original glazed for your birthday. I love to visit when they have their limited time specialty flavors. This month was all Chips Ahoy! I had to get a couple of them, both Kreme filled and delicious! Been to this Krispy Kreme location a handful of times for their signature glazed warm donuts! I always get a dozen of the glazed donuts. Be sure to come here during hot light hours (posted on their website) because that is when you get the FRESHESH donuts possible...right of the donut conveyor belt!! When you get it during hot light hours, the glazed donut is glistening and has a very light glazed crispy exterior and a doughy, airy interior followed by the sweetness from the glaze. It's definitely fried to perfection. 90% of the time the glaze is just the right sweetness for me, but the other times the glaze was a bit thicker and too sweet. Moreover, I enjoy watching the donuts get made, from the dough making to the proofing, frying, and glazing it is SO satisfying to watch! Lines could be long at peak times but just try to avoid peak times. Once you take a bite into the donut its all worth it! read more

I don't get donuts too often. and since I was nearby, I decided to grab a few. I did a preorder, and was able to do the drive-thru. It was super quick, and I literally drove right through. It was during the week, but also the perfect time to go. I'm in the habit of doing pick-up orders now, and another donut place I've ordered from is usually out of stock when I grt there, even though I prepaid and pre-ordered, and that's always so frustrating. I don't know why the app can't notify you that something is out of stock. I don't know if that's a common issue, or just that particular app, so it was really nice to actually get what I ordered ahead of time. I finally got my jelly donut! For whatever reason, I feel like jelly donuts have become so elusive since 2020. They are nowhere to be found in any grocery store now. Krispy Kreme Donuts are probably my fave donuts. I love that they also have a rewards peogram. I just wish that they were closer to me! read more
Went through the drive through today (Fri the 13th) and they had 2 dozen donuts for $13!!!! The line was all the way out to the lights (streets/entrance). Craziest ever!! Arrived 845pm. My work had an event that featured Krispy Kreme. I'm not much a donut eater, but I did try the glazed "cake" style donut. It was much too sweet for my liking. I'm used to this style having more of a cakey, pound cake type of taste. This tasted like pure sugar. I took the rest home to my grandpa, and he enjoyed it. I cannot comment on the service or ambiance since I am not the one who picked these up. The donuts are pretty, but I prefer a mom and pop shop. read more

I HONESTLY love this donut shop HANDS DOWN. Their donuts are soft, airy, and sweet. They have different occasions donuts once a month such as halloween, st. Patrick's day, and other special occasion holidays. The service was fast & employee is nice and friendly. The store was clean, spacious, and lots of seating on the inside and outside. The security guard was nice and gave free donut for the people who couldn't receive their free dozen. Krispy Kreme has some good freebies on having free dozen donuts or national donut day. I would definitely come back here and try their other flavor donuts. read more

I must give thanks to the hard-working crew of this Krispy Kreme location on Valentines day! Not using my head and going the day before, I went at 9 AM in the morning to get the specialized heart shaped donuts. BIG MISTAKE! There were at least 35 cars in line in the drive-through, there were at least 30 people in a line who had ordered online, and at least another 50 in the line that I got in with those of who also waited till the last minute! Many, many people had ordered 3 to 6 dozen which didn't help it go any faster! The crew was fantastic, super friendly, very stressed, but didn't show it! This is my local Krispy Kreme. I typically stop by here for coffee if I need to run errands for the day. I do appreciate the complementary conveyer belt donut. During lock down, they would give away donuts if you showed proof of vaccination. I generally love Krispy Kreme donuts. They're best eaten when fresh. They have unique holiday and event related donuts throughout the year. I'm a frozen coffee person 365 days of the year. The frozen mocha is my go to. It's more on the sweeter side than the bitter side of mocha. It's pretty heavy but will keep you going for the day! read more
