First of all who doesn't like Ice cream! but best of all the customer service. I've lived around here for a while now and I always went to Joes Italian Ice, I only walked into Baskin once and fell completely in love with the flavors and the customer service. The young girls at this store were so nice and made conversation with me, ever since that day I am a regular customer that comes frequently they have my order memorized and basically have it ready before I even come in through the door. I have got to say this place is a lot more welcoming then Joes. I especially love the morning workers Ariana, Art, Marlene and Belen who welcome me with a smile and generous greetings. read more

There are a couple of Baskin Robbins in my area, but this is by far my new favorite. This location is newly remodelled and can I just say... what a difference? Now thanks to the new upgrades.... this place has flipped! It is now clean, organized and the people who work here offer awesome customer service. Art helped me out and he was so helpful, made sure I liked my ice cream and offered me multiple samples. Such a nice guy! Also, their waffle cones are some of the freshest I've ever tasted. I went in a few days ago to pick up an ice cream cake, and the employees were so friendly and accommodating. There are social distancing measures in place (barrier between the employees and the customers, all employees are wearing masks and gloves, the surfaces was sanitized at least once during my five minute visit), which made me feel a lot more comfortable. Art was incredibly lovely to chat with while I waited for my cake decoration, and I will certainly return soon! read more

When I entered the store, I was uplifted by the smiles of the employees. The employees were very friendly and they offered me different samples and recommended several flavors. My kids decided to get the 2 quarts for $9.99 and they brought home mint chocolate chip and rainbow sherbet. They loved it so much that they begged me to come back every day. I love this location because I can always rely on a great treat and customer service. read more

Krispy Kreme, you should be ashamed of what you're putting out as a premium-priced product. Smaller portions, higher prices, and flavors that taste increasingly manufactured and chemical is not an improvement in any conceivable way. At this point, these don't taste like freshly made donuts. They taste like a deep-fried loaf of artificially flavored crap dressed up with seasonal marketing.
