Philz coffee is my favorite coffee spot in OC! I can't rave enough about it. Their coffees always get me wired and locked in. The coffee is delicious when served sweet and creamy and the staff is always nice to adjust your drink if you don't like it. I typically order the Iced Mint Mojito as its fresh, sweet, delicious and comes with fresh mint! This time I opted for the new seasonal Cashew Cocoa. This drink was also delicious, but a little too sweet for me, and if you don't like cashew milk I would opt for a different beverage. The pastries are on the sweeter side, so keep that in mind if you order the almond croissant or cinnamon roll, but the flavor is there. The blueberry muffin was probably my favorite as it was so moist and paired well with my coffee. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This Orange establishment is nice and offers games (like most Philz') so you and your friends/family can play, while enjoying a coffee or pastry.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The company even offers used coffee ground to take home for your garden - a full recycle moment! The staff is always pleasant and friendly, and each barista usually has a name tag in front of their station. If the place is busy (and it can be busy) you can also order online for a quick grab and go! The coffee, staff, and atmosphere keep me visiting the delicious Philz Coffee. Thank you!

Convenient quick and go coffee shop that's open early enough for me to grab before work. I like how I can order it in the app and it'll be ready for me to pick up when I get there. Not much to say about actual customer service since I just grab and go. When I first tried Philz years ago, I would always go for their Mint Mojito because it combines a perfect mix between creamy and sweet with a touch of mint. Then, I moved on to their Honey Haze with the philtered soul cold brew because again it had that sweet taste that I like. From then on, anything with the philtered soul cold brew is my cup of tea (or shall I say coffee in this case). This visit, I tried the Tiramisu, which came greatly recommended. I heard people say to try it medium creamy and medium sweet, which was perfect for me. I have a sweet tooth, so it wasn't overly sweet and not watery-- it was just right. I also tried their pistachio croissant that had pistachio-almond cream and pistachio topping. It was good for a quick bite alongside my coffee. My next coffee try will have to be the Cashew Cocoa, so will definitely be back soon.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Good neighborhood spot for coffee and some quit work space.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Friendly staff that explain what's in each drink. A decent selection of pastries. All along I thought they only had brewed coffee. Little didn't know.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The location in Orange is cute, on the smaller size but still what you'd expect from Philz.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Good friendly neighborhood service and delicious drinks. I got a mocha tesora iced and it was just as I get back in SF. It's consistent which is what I expect and want which was great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Limited seating and parking but a nice place to stop by if you're hanging around the area dining or shopping.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I have been meaning to come and visit this place for some time now, got a gift card for my birthday recently and took the chance to finally give it a try! This place was so cute and did not disappoint, the overall environment and customer service was great!! I'm fully caffeine free right now and they had delicious options for me! I ordered the Berry Bloom and they even had samples at the register to try. My husband had the Arabic brewed coffee and said it was good but he should have added an extra shot of espresso as it wasn't as strong as he had hoped. We also ordered pastries, the chocolate and almond croissants, I wish the chocolate croissant had more chocolate in it but it was still good! One thing I loved that not most places do is that they used the same cups for either cold or hot drinks. I love how sustainable that is! Not only for the staff but for the environment. There really is no need to change to a clear cup for the cold drinks. I thought that was really neat and different.

Came here for pastries. The place is fairly busy in the mornings but the staff handled it pretty well. They are quite helpful if you have questions. They kept the place clean as well. I got a plain croissant, blueberry cream cheese pastry, and cinnamon pastry. Plain croissant- Served warm. Nice and flaky. Perfect if you want to add cheese and cold cuts. Blueberry cream cheese pastry- This was my favorite! The cream cheese center is rich and custardy with hints of blueberry. The pastry is crisp and flaky. Cinnamon pastry- Love the cinnamon sugar swirl and icing sugar topping. A nice sweet treat! Great experience overall.

Mint mojito & mocha tesora. Such excellent coffee drinks. I love that the coffee taste comes through and the drinks are creamy & chocolate-y. This location is what I imagine a cute neighborhood coffee shop to look like. I've come several occasions mostly around the 9am-ish time & can always find seating. Definitely a great place to catch up with friends. Baristas are friendly & drinks don't take too long to come out. Some to-go parking in the small lot. Honestly I park at the free metrolink parking area & walk over 'cause I don't believe in paying for parking to get coffee or food. My only hope is that Philz will offer a loyalty program one day as they have lots of competition.

Always a fan of their iced mint mojito, regardless of the location. It's sweet, refreshing, and I absolutely love the hint of mint on top. Definitely recommend getting it sweet and creamy!

Finding a table can be tricky, especially when Chapman is in session since the seating fills up quickly. I also like that they have their coffee ready on tap and add specific customizations depending on what you order. I always get the Lovebirds, which only comes in large. It's a coffee oolong milk tea, which is a pretty unique combination. I like how it's strong, more coffee-forward, and less sweet than what you'd typically get at a boba shop. I do like coming here, but I have to have a good reason to spend time in the Circle when I know I'll be paying for parking. Otherwise, it can be a little hard to justify for just a coffee run.

This is a family-owned business that provides a more than suitable area for working on your laptop with WiFi access, or simply enjoying your favorite hot or cold caffeinated beverage, oh, and I must mention that they have premium blends as well for the coffee aficionado! Spacious indoor area that doesn't feel cramped and the exposed ceiling vents, the jazzy beats that is playing at a perfect volume and plenty of potted plants give it a balanced chill industrial vibe. Staff is all nice, and they move pretty quick considering how busy they tend to be. On the drinks front, I usually get their cardamom latte, which is great, but I've noticed as of late they've been underserving on their drinks which is a bummer (the shrinkflation is real I guess). They also serve some various baked goods which are fine, but not great. Overall, Play has a lot of potential to be great, but they've got a ton of stiff competition in the area. I ordered the lavender haze and loved it, while my friend got the pacific peach and she loved it as well! The pizza bagel was the best I ever had! The music and vibes are top notch, highly recommend!

UPDATE! I'm thrilled to share that after my post, the owner…read moreof Rekindle, Rebecca, reached out to me and has been absolutely wonderful. It's not often today for the owner of a business to reach out directly to a customer - she did and it was a very positive engagement. There are time that even the best business has a hiccup and something goes wrong. What makes a huge difference is how the business responds, and therefore, Rekindle gets five stars. I'm certain my next visit will be fantastic - I'll be posting an update in the near future. Wow - So Disappointed! Rekindle was at the Taste of Orange this year and I enjoyed one of the Italian sandwich samples they were handing out. It was fantastic! We met the owner - she was very charismatic and charming. Today we stopped by to grab an Italian sandwich, and I just cannot believe they served me bread that was so old and dry - it would have been perfect for croutons, but definitely nothing like what we had at the Taste of Orange. The bread was so dry I had to dress it up with some olive relish to eat it - I don't expect when I pay $31 for a sandwich and chai iced tea latte to get home and have to start working on my sandwich. I accept some responsibility for this, because honestly, who goes to a coffee shop for a sandwich.
