I like this place, the food is pretty good. There are a few issues though, the primary one is the service is pretty slow. The last time I was here, there were only 3 other people in the restaurant, but the whole process took pretty long. Also, apparently this is a shady neighborhood because someone got assaulted outside of the restaurant while we were eating, so we got to enjoy several police cars, paramedic and fire engine with full lights during our dinner. Will I be back? Yeah, probably.... At least I know fire and rescue is nearby in case something goes wrong. I give this place a 3 1/2 stars! read more

Bad day? Rude Aggressive Lady, wow we weren't expecting that. We should have known the minute we walked in and she was just sitting in the kitchen yelling at us instead of coming out to greet us. We had to repeat that we wanted to dine in 3 times before she just waved her hand and said we could sit down. Note - the restaurant was completely empty about 1:20pm. Things settled down and we got menus and drinks and I started to order and she walked away. She went behind the counter and just fussed around. Finally it looked like she was going to come get our order. Nope she had to go to the restroom, open the door and stand in the hallway to put on lipstick. Ok, no problem, she's just making sure she looks nice. Nope, she goes back behind the counter and starts snapping her prep gloves and standing there. I said that we were ready to order and she didn't seem to hear me so I waited. More glove arrangement and fussing around and she finally looked up and all I did was raise my hand and smile at her. That was it apparently she'd had enough. She yelled "I heard you" and got an angry face on "I be there...." Loud and Rude. I looked at my wife and said well guess we did something wrong and time to go. The lady went nuts yelling at us. We went to get in our vehicle and she came to the door screaming as she locked the door. What the what just happened? After running it over and over in our minds we just couldn't think of anything. Can only recommend going there if you're a gambler and like a massive side of drama with your drinks. read more

Their food is a hit or miss, especially the yellow lentil soup. When it's done right and not too watery, then it's amazing. Sometimes they don't simmer it enough and it lacks flavor and depth. I've never been inside but maybe one day. read more

Honestly, the food is excellent. The customer service, not so much. We called ahead and were told 35-45 minutes. We arrived early (20 minutes in) and ended up waiting over an hour for our food. We could have dined in, in less time. We checked in every 10-15 minutes and kept getting the same run around of "almost done, waiting on this" etc. The entire experience was very frustrating, especially since we only had 2 entrees, an appetizer and a dessert. read more

Me and the wife had dinner this evening 9/21/2025 ordered item #34 Pepper beef steak, beef was rubbery food warm just salty. #46 Thai chicken fried rice, nice and hot from the stove tasted flat, no basil in it it called for basil fried rice. #38 Pad Thai it was served hot from the stove, to much sugar in it way to sweet, very little egg to show, the bean sprouts to over cooked, should have been placed on the egde of the plate in it's raw condition like Pad Thai calls for. I have spend many weeks in Thailand but this isn't Thai food, I would call it something else? Quantities were fine, servings on large white oval ceramic plates looked very good. I will never comeback again, I have been at much better restaurants before. read more

Food tasted good but VERY disappointed in the portion sizes. I didn't even take a pic but I got the lunch special to go , spicy basil with tofu. The actual meal portion was literally the size of my palm and had exactly 4 pieces of tofu. They just raised the prices to $11.00 and the size was worth like $5. Super disappointing that I paid 18$+ tip for a lunch and Thai tea only to have to go eat more food somewhere else . read more

Food was pretty expensive... overall the food quality and taste just wasn't there. It seemed like everything was just cooked with soy sauce and the beef was overcooked so it was super rubbery. Disappointing Thai food overall read more

Good food, nice staff. Clean facility when I went in to pickup food. The also understand mild or a 1 for spicy level.

Phoenix on the outside, Thailand on the inside, I loved the vibe at Krachai. I went for lunch on a weekday. It was quiet inside, but the smells smoke volumes. I ordered yellow curry. It was delicious, rich, and plentiful. It did appear a little on the oily side, but was one of the better curry's I have had. Id come back again. read more

Everything from food to service was great. I look forward to returning and trying more items on the menu.

Had a grubhub delivery with one dish ordered mild and received it spicy. Restaurant owner reached out and wanted to make things right. Mistakes happen and great service is what can make a difference. New dish was perfect and no complaints. read more

I like the Tom Yum Soup and Yellow Curry which taste so great and very flavorful. The Egg rolls were amazing, also the Orange Chicken. It was so far so good. Restaurant was barely half full and it took 40 minutes to get our food and they messed up so bad. Asked for a level one spicy on two dishes and they gave me level 2-3 spicy, is that a joke? They're service took way too long and it was overpriced. Pass on this place and the worker had an airpod on, no wonder she didn't hear what I asked for. read more

Delicious and quick service! I went here around lunchtime on a Sunday, so it was pretty slow. My boyfriend and I shared three appetizers: shrimp spring rolls, fried tofu, and chicken satay. All three were flavorful, delicious, and fresh. For our meal, I had the papaya salad and my boyfriend had the roasted duck. My papaya salad was one of the best i've ever had; the dressing was perfect, the fruits and veggies perfectly ripe. My boyfriend said the flavor and richness of the duck made him feel like royalty eating it. We came across this place on accident and I'm so glad we did. read more

I've been going here for years. This place has the best thai food in town hands down. I usually don't do reviews but I appreciate them taking the extra time to accommodate my family and i last week. My mother in law sometimes can be a handful and got upset w the wait. the owner took the time to come and speak w us directly and went above and beyond by also giving us free desert.. the little things mean the most and I really appreciate you guys being so patient. I will Def be coming back. The food was amazing as usual too. read more

Mediocre food, below average service. Best to avoid and go elsewhere. Took over 45 mins for food to come. There were just two tables occupied. Ordered Thai spicy and then had to put on extra chilies to make it edible. Not worth the time and money. Service was really poor. Had to ask for refills twice. Best to avoid. read more

Watched the chef use the restroom, and not wash his hands..... I'm concerned lol. Other than rhat the food was great but, hopefully he was going on break or something?! Now i'm being accused of lying..... unsure why you would immediately resort to this, as a business. No, we watched him walk into the restroom, heard him flush the toilet and walk immediately out.... Your bathrooms are visible from the lobby, and chef came out with complete dry hands..... we then watched him head right back to work..... health department doesn't visit the bathroom..... :edit: every review on the "negative side" is responded to with terrible attitude from the owner.... How about fix the issue instead of accuse your customers of lying or being competition?!?!? LOL can't take any feedback... read more

Dropped by Krachai Thai for an early dinner on a Friday evening because the Thai food cravings would just not go away. I knew that I wanted my usual spicy thai eggplant with tofu, but also had a craving for noodles that only pad kee mao could satisfy sooo as expected, I got both :P Thankfully, I had a friend with me who was down to help me eat my meal. I ordered the eggplant 3/5 spicy and went all in 5/5 for the pad kee mao. Now, I have a giant spice tolerance so I actually enjoyed the pad kee mao. However, I have to warn you that it is extremely spicy so definitely don't order a crazy high spice level if you can't handle spice! The eggplant and tofu was good, but could have used just a bit more flavor in my opinion. The tofu wasn't seasoned and didn't really seem to pick up the flavor of the sauce very well so it detracted from the the dish a bit. Overall, still a solid eggplant and tofu though! The pad kee mao was great -- and spicy -- but needed just a touch more salt to be perfect. Service was friendly and our food came out at a good pace. Drop by if you have a thai food craving and are in the area~ read more

I ordered the green curry "not spicy" and an order of the red curry "spicy ". There was absolutely no difference with the heat intensity of either dish. The brown rice was delicious and the crab wontons had no crab. I'd like to give them a try in house once COVID is over. read more

I had the worst experience at this place. I always use to go to this place never had issues with anything but today I placed order and the food I got was uncooked and the level of spice I received was insane I couldn't even eat my food! I got fried rice with level 4 spicy and drunken noodles with same spicy level. Rice was uncooked and noodles were so spicy that I couldn't even eat them when I mixed it with plain rice. I called the restaurant and the guy I was talking to was rude had no customer service, was impolite and ill-mannered, I told him I live 15miles from the restaurant and he's response was "bring the food, and will make you new food" he wants me to drive back 30mins to bring back the food and wait there another 35mins or all while they prepare my food waste all that time and still I get no apology. One of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I've ever had at any restaurant. I will wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not worth the price and no customer services at all! read more

So today I UberEats ordered from this establishment as a back up to another favorite Thai place that was unfortunately closed, so hence the order from Krachai. Delivery was made with no issues, until we plated our order only to find a BUG in our food! LUCKILY, none of my family ate one bite of this meal which was immediately reported to UberEats and my order was fully refunded. Utterly disappointed and disgusted with this place that will hopefully receive a visit from the ADHS soon! NEVER again will I contribute to this business and I hope those who read my disturbing review also will never have the same quality as My family just received. Tony M. read more
