Workers were nice but didn't do anything exceptional. Was looking for a place to do some work/study. WiFi works totally fine, but there are limited outlets. Not a huge fan of their seating and chairs. The most comfortable spot is the large middle table, but there are no outlets. Areas with outlet accessibility are either super tiny tables, tables that are too low for comfort, or the wall countertop area (but the seats don't have backs to them). There is also no restroom (you have to use the public one outside), so coming alone to study isn't ideal for when duty calls. There is also a sign for NO outside drinks, foods, desserts, etc. I was there from ~11am to ~3pm. I'd say the atmosphere was louder than I'd like (lots of people talking very loudly throughout my time there), and the music playing was more upbeat (making it hard to focus). In terms of a study spot, I most likely would not come here again. In terms of food/drink, I wouldn't recommend this place. However, if someone suggested it, I wouldn't totally object. Overall, not a bad experience, but just not ideal to my preferences.

We were also there with a baby who needed to go down for a nap, which made the long, unexpected delay even more difficult. I ordered the strawberry peach smoothie and I even asked for it to be less sweet/50% and it ended up tasting like diabetes in a cup. Way more sweeter than even my friends drink???? which they didn't even ask for any adjustments either. Clearly they don't honor what the customer wants and most if not all is just cheap syrup. Everyone was nice in terms of customer service except the owner. She has the audacity to tell everyone in the crowd "everyone having a good time? Anyone angry?! GOOD! Because today is a big day so everyone should be happy no angry!!" Try standing in the 90 degrees of heat for 4 hours first. The pure pressure to just say that to make everyone "have a good time" is crazy. Yeah it's a big day but doesn't mean you did a great job for your customers to be happy out in the sun like that. Poorly managed and could've provided shade and more water to people who were waiting in line in the heat. The drinks were a huge disappointment and honestly the menu itself was a red flag. Instead of trying to maximize everything to be cheap, try updating the look of the menu at least please because the menu itself looked really ragged up and dirty despite it being laminated. The AC was non existent, even my car blew cooler air which is crazy, for a place that has held many pop up events, they seems to just want to maximize everything instead of actually taking care of their customers. Props to the artists and helpers for trying their best to make the event fun, but in regards to the cafe specifically, I would not recommend. The pop ups are heavily carrying this cafe. I'd rather go to Quickly than to drink anything from here. Stop glazing this place with the 5 star reviews because it's obvious why, the pop up carried it. Not the food/drinks itself. I would rather not spend my money to a place that is cheap with their customers.

I truly hope Kitch Cafe continues to thrive, as the Amerige Heights Town Center was in need of a great brunch spot! Below are some recommendations that may help enhance the dining experience and attract even more customers: Streamlining the Ordering Process: A common theme I've noticed in reviews is difficulty in finding tables after ordering. To improve the flow, I suggest implementing a system where patrons are seated first before placing their orders. This would help eliminate confusion and make the overall dining experience more seamless. Soup of the Day: Consider adding a rotating "Soup of the Day" to the menu. Options such as a cheese & bacon soup, clam chowder, butternut squash soup, tomato soup, etc. would be a great addition? Offering these soups as part of a combo with an entree could entice more patrons. Enhancing Dinner Service: It seems that Kitch Cafe may have scaled back dinner service, as I have noticed the dinner crowd hasn't been as strong as the brunch crowd. However, if they decide to reintroduce dinner service, it could be beneficial to offer an exclusive selection of beers and wines, paired with a wider variety of pizzas. Additionally, introducing more dim lighting to match the nighttime vibe would enhance the ambiance. This approach could help the cafe maximize its inviting interior and outdoor patio spaces, creating a more relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for evening diners. In my humble opinion, these small adjustments could go a long way in boosting both the daytime and dinner service, increasing foot traffic, and ensuring a loyal customer base. Best of luck to Kitch Cafe--I'm excited to see how it continues to evolve! read more

With the popularity Kitch Café has gained on social media, I decided to visit and see what it had to offer. Breakfast Burrito 2/5 The breakfast burrito was basic and lacked any standout qualities. The pico de gallo inside made it overly wet, which made it messy to eat. The flavor was bland overall and I would not order it again. Nutella Soufflé Pancakes 2/5 Within minutes, the Nutella cream had melted completely from the heat of the pancakes, leaving me with plain soufflé pancakes in a pool of melted cream and soggy Oreos. This was disappointing. For soufflé pancakes, I would recommend visiting another café where the cream maintains its texture throughout the meal. Service 2/5 No staff member checked in on our table after delivering our food. Three different servers passed by multiple times without stopping to ask how our meal was or whether we needed anything. We eventually had to flag someone down for small requests. The employee at the register, however, was friendly and welcoming. Ambiance 4/5 The café has a charming and inviting interior. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, as well as two public restrooms. The space includes bar seating and booths. The color scheme is warm and comforting, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Overall 2/5 The food lacked flavor and execution, and the service was inattentive. While the ambiance was appealing, it was not enough to make up for the overall experience. read more

I'm always on the hunt for a brunch spot that balances style with substance, and Kitch Cafe nailed it. I went for brunch with a friend and from the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the sleek and modern decor - clean lines, beautiful lighting, and a really inviting ambiance. It felt effortlessly chic. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. We had the shashouka, which was rich, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. The toast that it came with was perfectly crusty and soft, making it ideal for dipping into the shashouka. The Kitch avocado toast was another highlight, elevated by the spicy pickled cucumber and tomato that added a fantastic kick, think Asian twist on a traditional avocado toast. We also enjoyed the veggie avocado omelette, packed with fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly moist and not dry. The matcha soufflé pancakes was fluffy, light, and airy, with just the right amount of matcha flavor. Seriously, they melt in your mouth. To top it all off, we had iced vanilla lattes with oatmilk, not too sweet and well balanced. Overall, Kitch is definitely worth trying for anyone looking for a stylish brunch with delicious food and excellent service. There's also a Kid's Menu and I'll be coming back soon with the kiddos! read more

We've been to Kitch Cafe twice now, and both visits have been very positive experiences. The cafe has a welcoming atmosphere, the customer service is wonderful, and the location itself is a great place to spend some time. The surrounding shopping center is beautiful, so it's nice to grab a meal or coffee and then take a walk around afterward. On this visit, we ordered the Loco Moco Skillet. The food was good and nicely presented, although I found it to be a little on the bland side. The dish comes with a generous amount of gravy, so if you're not a fan of gravy, this probably isn't the dish for you. That said, the overall flavors were enjoyable, and I'd be interested in trying some of the other options on the menu next time. The latte was also good, and the service really stood out. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel welcoming. I'm especially curious to try the Brisket Burrito on my next visit. It wasn't what we ordered this time, but it caught my attention, and hopefully it will be a great choice. Overall, Kitch Cafe is a place I would happily return to. With good food, excellent customer service, a pleasant atmosphere, and a beautiful shopping center to explore, it makes for an enjoyable outing. read more

I came across this café on TikTok and decided to check it out with a friend. The staff was friendly and attentive in clearing tables, which was a plus. I understand they're a relatively new spot still finding their footing, but I was disappointed with the limited availability of menu items. I first tried to order a matcha--unavailable. No problem, I asked for a cold brew--also unavailable. At that point, I just asked what they did have. I settled for an iced latte and requested almond milk, only to find out they didn't have that either. Given that we're in OC, where oat, almond, and soy milk are standard alternatives, this was a bit frustrating. As for the food, I ordered the flower tofu bowl, which was light and refreshing, but nothing exceptional. The soufflé pancakes, which I was most excited about, were much smaller than expected and unfortunately served cold. On top of that, the bathrooms weren't very clean, which was off-putting. Overall, while the aesthetic and concept seem promising, the experience didn't quite live up to the hype. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again. read more

My friends and I recently visited Kitch Cafe, and it was an absolute delight! This place, unfortunately, is a one-and-done for us. We ordered the galbi benedict, burrito, and ube French toast, but none of the dishes met expectations. Galbi Benedict: The entire dish--from the English muffin to the meat and sauce--was served cold. The hashbrowns were limp, soggy, and clearly left sitting for too long. We asked for a replacement, but even then, the temperature was only slightly better. Burrito: While the flavor was decent, the experience was marred by a greasy tortilla that felt soggy rather than crisp. A quick pan grill could have made a world of difference. Ube French Toast: Calling this "ube" was an overstatement. The dish lacked any real ube flavor, save for a pale purple syrup lightly drizzled on top. The French toast itself was bland, with hardly any custard inside. Given the glowing reviews, we had high hopes, but the overall experience fell flat--especially considering the expensive price tag for our meal. read more

Stopped by Kitch recently and had a pretty solid experience overall. The drinks were definitely the highlight--creative, well-balanced, and super refreshing. If you're into cocktails or specialty beverages, it's worth checking out just for that. The food was okay--not amazing, but decent. I ordered a dish that came with hashbrowns, and they were a little too crispy for my liking. There was a bit of a mix-up with the order, but the staff handled it really well. First time here and for the most part, enjoyed it. It's a cute place with indoor and outdoor seating. The cashier was very friendly and welcomed us in right away. It's nice that you can also order at the table for dine in. My husband had the spicy pork belly tacos and gave it an 8.5/10. I had the brioche filled French toast and gave it a 7.5/10. The French toast was good. But, they definitely were not filled and not even close. The only filling I could see was the little dap that was on top of the bread. It would've gotten a better score with more filling. It really needs more. Our food was good. But the complaint we both had was the food and coffee was just warm, and not hot. I was really excited to try this new brunch cafe, especially since it's Korean-owned, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to expectations. Maybe it's because they just opened, but the staff felt a bit unprepared and all over the place (정신없어). But, they were still very friendly and apologetic about everything. The biggest letdown was the wait time--our food took 45 minutes to arrive. On top of that, the portions were way smaller than expected for the price. I ordered a $16 omelette, thinking it would be a hearty, shareable dish, but it ended up being smaller than my hand. Left the cafe still hungry, which isn't exactly what you want from a brunch spot. Hoping they work out the kinks, but for now, it's not quite worth the price. read more

I visited Kitch Cafe in Fullerton today (1/17 around @2)for lunch with my daughter and grandchild, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The wait time was extremely long, and the food was not worth the wait at all. I ordered the Galbi jjim eggs Benedict, and it was poorly executed. The galbi meat was overly salty, the bread was soggy, and the dish felt heavy and unbalanced. The hash browns were the biggest letdown -- tough, chewy, and tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time. Overall, the food lacked freshness and flavor, and combined with the long wait, it made for a very unpleasant brunch experience. Sadly, this is not a place I would return to or recommend. read more

I was very disappointed with my experience here. First, I found it unreasonable that I was expected to pay for the meal and add a tip before receiving any service. Second, the food quality was extremely poor. The home fries were so salty that they were literally inedible, and the pork belly was extremely dry. I also ordered the steak and eggs, and the steak was tough and had the texture and taste of beef jerky. The coffee was just average. Lastly, the service consisted only of the food being dropped off at the table, with little to no engagement or hospitality. For the price I paid, I expected a much better meal and overall experience. I regret dining here and would not return. read more

We also remembered to validate so we didn't need to spend $10 on parking. I had the Grilled Broccolini Omelette, it was sooooo good! Perfectly cooked eggs, so much gooey gruyere cheese, garlic confit, and loads of tender broccolini inside. I got the mushroom fries again for my side and they were just as good as I remember. Husband had their Cremini Mushroom Toast and added a poached egg. His toast was awesome! Cream cheese, super garlicky mushrooms, and gremolata topped the sourdough bread. Yum! We both couldn't shut up about how great breakfast was. I hope they keep that broccolini omelette on the menu, cause I am already craving it again!

He always takes a minute to come say hi and actually talk with you, which is a rare quality these days. The servers are all nice and the service is great. If you haven't tried the Nebraskan rib-eye, that's the move! If you're a fan of eggs benedict, it's a must order. It is the best I've had anywhere, not exaggerating. Early bird is one of those special places that feels like it actually cares, and it shows in the food and the people. Highly recommend!

They also were playing great music here ;)) My partner and I shared a breakfast burrito and the churro waffle. The breakfast burrito came with a side (we picked hash browns) and it was packed with egg, cheese, and bacon. The hash browns were so flavorful. The churro waffle was such a treat! It's not too sweet and comes with banana and whipped cream. Shoutout to our server Kezia she was so attentive and kind :) You should definitely come try this place out!

First we fell in love with their Dubai chocolate covered strawberries, we began returning on the regular for those until they quickly stopped selling them. On a whim having no access to the strawberries, instead of leaving empty handed we decided to try the bingsoo - it was some of the best we'd had in the area. It's now been our 4th and final attempt to return for more and each time they tell us they are out or don't have enough staff or "it's not available". We're tired of arriving only to find our reasons for showing up are unavailable - so I think this was our last attempt. Maybe we'll pop in for a donut (they are good, but not what we travel for), but otherwise I think our days looking forward to Mama Chai's are at an end.

The parking was okay for the time we went, but the lot was a bit on the smaller side. The service was quick, friendly, and patient! The staff answered our questions about the menu without issue. They have an extensive espresso (dine-in only) menu, as well as some long drinks and non-coffee items. We tried the matcha bingsoo, bicerin, and arancia. All three options were delicious and the espresso in the bicerin and arancia were pleasant. The shots didn't leave any strange aftertastes in the mouth or taste overly extracted; it's an issue I've noticed with other shops I've visited, unfortunately. The matcha coco had a strong coconut flavor that we didn't expect. The coconut water had a stronger flavor similar to coconut milk, so it's great for coconut lovers! The mont blanc had this delicious orange smell from the orange zest on top. It paired well with the nutmeg and macadamia flavors in the rest of the drink. I will definitely return to try more of their menu items!
