Located in The Source OC it is a pretty busy coffee shop the couple of times I've been there with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating...indoor seems to be quite packed the times I went but luckily I was just waiting for others so could easily find a seat outside and just relax and enjoy the coffee there.... They bring the drink directly to you! Decided to try the banana latte with oat milk. It was good but nothing crazy. Also got a chocolate chip cookie which was great! Had a sip of my friend's strawberry latte with cookie butter foam (I believe that's what it was) and from that sip it was quite refreshing! Every time I come to Buena Park, in-sit is a must visit. I got the Hojicha latte which was a little too grainy for me this time. But in the same day that night I picked up a hot London fog and it was delicious. The people there are really nice and if you dine in, they go and find you to give you your drink or food. The matcha and coffee are consistently great and reasonably priced, which is honestly a win when you're spending hours here. The ambiance is cozy and relaxed. The kind of place where you can really lock in and get work done without feeling rushed. When the weather's nice, the patio is a huge plus. The CLOUD 9 is a matcha drink that must have been also very good because it didn't last long enough for me to ask for a sip. There was a very short line to order. It wasn't difficult for us to find a table, though the place was full. It also wasn't long before we got our order. This is a good cafe to study/hangout! I came here on a Saturday morning and it was not too crowded, not too empty, so the service was nice and we didn't wait too long for anything. There is indoor seating with some outlets, and outdoor seating that is nice on a sunny day such as this one pictured. I got an iced latte and breakfast burrito, both of which were yummy. This mall is never too crowded, and there is plenty of parking within the structure. Other businesses in the mall include various restaurants, snack/dessert places, arcade claw/toy vending machines, a movie theatre, stores, and more. The space itself is so cute- think Korean coffee shop or bakery vibes that make you feel like you're somewhere trendy in Seoul! The crowd here is mixed with students studying with their headphones and laptops to ladies coming for a treat after church- normally a mixed crowd and full house. Service is decent to good, depending on the day. Not overly friendly or helpful but not rude. The only down I've experienced here is being told an order was going to take an extra 10 minutes that turned into a 35 minute wait (apparently because the one cook went on his lunch break). But other than that, nothing to complain about... The drinks here are good- not AMAZING, but better than average/Starbies. My go to is the hojicha latte! The pastries are also all delicious, but we always come for the canéles!!! Since it's currently something kinda hard to find in most bakeries, we love that they have them here! But if you're hungry, order pretty much anything on the menu because all the toasts are DELICIOUS!!! Nice, clean ambiance with a good amount of seating options, groups, individual, and date/catchup. Service was extremely friendly, the barista behind the counter is very good with reading body language. I ordered a banana latte and was quite pleased with the drink. I found it cleaver that they added a drop of chocolate sauce to give the nutty/seedy feel that you find in the inside of a banana. Service is average but relatively quick (longest I've ever waited here is about 20 mins but it was during a weekend). Got their Sparkling Peach Cooler. - Sparking Peach Cooler: Bubbly, light, and refreshing! This is one of my go-tos because it's a nice drink to sip on after you had a meal and are just walking around to digest. It's not too sweet. Light peachiness, light tea flavor. Not fresh peach because I think it's made with a syrup, but I like it for a light drink with little-to-no caffeine. Overall, it's a nice, clean place to visit. The drinks are appropriately priced when comparing with the market, maybe even on the cheaper end for some drinks (but I haven't tried other drinks to consider quality to price). While their menu selection isn't anything innovative or unique to them, but I see In-sīt Coffee as an appropriately priced and consistent quality type of place. The matcha wasn't too sweet and still had that authentic matcha flavor. The banana syrup wasn't too strong and the drink was actually enjoyable. Also, shout out to the cashier who helped us! I didn't get his name but he even offered to remake our drinks if we didn't like them, but luckily that didn't have to happen. For my first time, observationally, this place is really bustling after 2pm. I was able to find a table. Outlets were not in abundance, WiFi is strong! They do have a menu better than just coffee and pastries, so it technically meets my criteria. We last ordered the Hojicha Banoffee and Matcha Latte and they tasted the exact same like generic coffee lattes. The matcha was grainy, poor quality, and the color was close to the hojicha. Another time I got a Banana latte that doesn't taste like banana at all. It tasted exactly like the hojicha and matcha lattes. Also they charge $1.25 for milk substitutions. I'm almost certain the decaf of the Banana Latte is not actually decaf. I couldn't sleep and I got diarrhea after drinking their drinks so I doubt they even switched the milk I paid for either.
