Its a cute little coffee spot. The breakfast food was great. Loved the waffles. However the kyoto cold brew was a disappointed. The girl at the register was great explained everything but however when I went back to let them know the coffee wasn't made right the other girl was not pleasant and didnt even apologies, she was like this how its made but I paid extra for the customization that was disappointing!... Overall okay place.
Drinks 7.5/10 I tried two drinks I haven't had before recently--the Sparkling Strawberry cooler and the Banana Matcha Cloud 9 latte. I was sad that they got rid of their Matcha Passionfruit Tonic (I hope they bring it back!) and was in search for another carbonated drink that wasn't too heavy. The Sparkling Strawberry cooler is a carbonated drink with strawberry puree topped with a lemon. It's simple, but very refreshing and light with a strong strawberry flavor as well as real pieces of strawberry. Would order this again! I also recently had the Banana Matcha Cloud 9 latte. Unfortunately I wasn't a huge fan. The matcha is pretty light and it tasted almost a bit watered down. The banana also leaned a bit more on the artificial side and overall was quite expensive at almost $9 with tax. Would probably not order again. Ambiance 7/10 The aesthetic of the cafe is really nice, modern, and clean, but it's always so busy with many people studying. I've been around half a dozen times in the last year and usually come alone or with a friend or two and we always struggle to find seating no matter the time of day. Would still come here to study again, but it can sometimes be a hit or miss. Service 9/10 Baristas and cashiers are fast and really helpful with their recommendations as well as descriptions of the drinks!

I've been to the Costa Mesa location before but I wanted to try this location located in the source. I got these two matchas & they were so delicious. The matcha was great quality & you got that sweet taste of the cold foam & still the strong flavor of matcha. The service was really good! Super sweet workers and the ambiance as nice. There was a good amount people that were there but it was pretty wide.
We got their strawberry milk and strawberry latte. The drinks were pretty good! I loved the strawberry flavor in my drink! And this is a good place to go too if you're not a coffee drinker because they have a lot of non coffee and caffeine free drinks!
Great coffee and pastries. The waffle is a must. Cute decor and ample seating. Staff are amazing and they even bring your order to you
Located in The Source OC it is a pretty busy coffee shop the couple of times I've been there with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating...indoor seems to be quite packed the times I went but luckily I was just waiting for others so could easily find a seat outside and just relax and enjoy the coffee there.... Just like to try what they have had a latte and just a pour over drip coffee black coffee.... I'll definitely be back because they have good coffee!
This place has lots of seating. This is a crowded coffee house with a good vibe full of people working or completing their studies. A notice wonderful aroma of the beautifully creamed drinks. This place is located in The Source, so after you have coffee you can go shop, browse or check out food you may want to eat soon or later. Lots of parking of course, because it is in The Source. One day, I want to come here, after or the day after a 10+ mile distance, 2000+ foot elevation hike; to enjoy coffee and vibe, learn Korean speaking while teaching Spanish in return, and reward myself.
Decent Korean coffee shop at The Source OC but it didn't have anything special that would make me want to come back. Friendly service and they have outdoor seating as well. I got the Cloud 9, which is their latte with a cream top. It tasted alright and did its job as a coffee fix, but again, nothing noteworthy. Since there's so many coffee shops to try in the area, I wouldn't come back here, but it's a reliable option if you're in need of coffee at The Source OC.
In-sit coffee I stop by every time I go to Buena Park in Orange County. I really love their affogato and coffee -- both are excellent. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and any spot is nice. One small downside is that there's no restroom inside the café, so you have to use the public restroom outside. However, the public restroom is clean and kind of spacious, which is a plus.

They bring the drink directly to you! Decided to try the banana latte with oat milk. It was good but nothing crazy. Also got a chocolate chip cookie which was great! Had a sip of my friend's strawberry latte with cookie butter foam (I believe that's what it was) and from that sip it was quite refreshing! I would definitely return but to try one of their breakfast/brunch items which stops being sold after 4pm :(

Review update. The way to a different cafe was closed so I came here instead to work and get a quick bite to eat. I ordered their ceremonial matcha latte (oat milk, simple syrup, 50% sweet) and it tasted way better this time around. I wouldn't say it's my absolute favorite, but it's definitely up there to my liking. Plus their newest menu item: heirloom tomato cream cheese bagel. Wow, perfectly toasted and the real highlight is the olive oil drizzle, fresh avocado and crushed pepper (slight spicy kick). Highly recommend. read more

Came here on a Tuesday around 11am. This place is located on the 3rd floor of the Source. Parking in the structure is free all day. I ordered the mint tea with agave sweetener (~$5). The drink was nice and refreshing, but it was fairly small and didn't last very long. I also ordered the breakfast burrito (~$15). The burrito itself was tasty, but it was also fairly small in size for the price. It came with hot sauce on the side, but I would have preferred a salsa. Workers were nice but didn't do anything exceptional. Was looking for a place to do some work/study. WiFi works totally fine, but there are limited outlets. Not a huge fan of their seating and chairs. The most comfortable spot is the large middle table, but there are no outlets. Areas with outlet accessibility are either super tiny tables, tables that are too low for comfort, or the wall countertop area (but the seats don't have backs to them). There is also no restroom (you have to use the public one outside), so coming alone to study isn't ideal for when duty calls. There is also a sign for NO outside drinks, foods, desserts, etc. I was there from ~11am to ~3pm. I'd say the atmosphere was louder than I'd like (lots of people talking very loudly throughout my time there), and the music playing was more upbeat (making it hard to focus). In terms of a study spot, I most likely would not come here again. In terms of food/drink, I wouldn't recommend this place. However, if someone suggested it, I wouldn't totally object. Overall, not a bad experience, but just not ideal to my preferences. read more
Since it's located inside Source mall, I find myself coming here pretty often because it's so convenient and easy to access. The coffee has a slightly bright, acidic flavor, which I really enjoy. It's also not a bad place to study, and the staff are always very friendly. But there is ONE major downside... it's way too hot. I mean, isn't one of the reasons we go to a coffee shop to sit somewhere cool and comfortable while studying? I'm not sure if they don't have the AC running enough because the place gets so crowded, but I was sitting there trying to study and eventually got so hot that I had no choice but to leave. Honestly, I feel like a coffee shop being THAT hot is serious enough to take off two stars. The coffee itself deserves five stars--it really does taste that good! But since I have to rate the overall experience, I just can't give it five stars this time. read more

Busy coffeeshop on a Friday evening after dinner. It's located upstairs at The Source plaza with free structured parking. I love strong coffee and this place had great lattes! I tried their banana and hazelnut lattes and both were very good. Love that it's not too sweet or milky. Their pastries look yummy too! read more
Been coming to In Sit Coffee for the last couple of months and it's easily become one of my main study spots. The matcha and coffee are consistently great and reasonably priced, which is honestly a win when you're spending hours here. The ambiance is cozy and relaxed. The kind of place where you can really lock in and get work done without feeling rushed. When the weather's nice, the patio is a huge plus. There are plenty of tables outside, making it easy to switch up the scenery while still staying productive. In Sit Coffee will always have a soft spot for me. It's one of the very first study spots I found when starting my school program, and it's been a reliable go-to ever since. read more

I'm a coffeeholic and sometimes I need a coffee fix in the evening. However, it's hard to find coffee spots that are open passed 7/8pm. Luckily for me, I found a spot that closes at 10pm. In- sit Coffee is located in. Buena Park within a busy and lively shopping center. It offers a "relaxing and inviting atmosphere". You know this is to be true as every seat, both inside and outside) was occupied. There were lots of folks on their computers getting work done. Don't expect just coffee and drinks here; if your tummy is rumbling, they have several different food options. They even have a brunch menu available until 4pm. As for my experience, I just had a late night coffee. I went with my usual, iced vanilla latte. It was very good and I was lucky enough to grab a chair outside. The workers were super friendly and very nice. read more

Came here on a weekday and seems to be a popular spot but plenty of seating still available. Interior is nice with exterior seating. Asked the barista for recommendations and gave a wide variety. I asked if they were more well known for coffee or tea and said it was a mix of everything...so we just opted for coffee since it's in the shop name. Vanilla latte was good and had the perfect level of bitterness. I personally don't like my coffee too sweet but if you're a sweet tooth I recommend you ask for more. read more
Service here is really good, from ordering to picking up drinks. They really take their time with you and give you recommendations if you're struggling to pick a drink or food item. The cafe is also a good study spot, I saw a bunch of people with laptops working! Their tables are clean and there are no weird smells here. I got a hojicha latte with oat milk and my bf got a regular latte with half&half. My hojicha was really well made- the flavor was super strong which I loved! The only thing was that it was a bit grainy, but I always expect that with cold drinks. Overall the flavor and taste was a 10/10 and I'd come back anytime for this! read more
Every time I come to Buena Park, in-sit is a must visit. I got the Hojicha latte which was a little too grainy for me this time. But in the same day that night I picked up a hot London fog and it was delicious. The people there are really nice and if you dine in, they go and find you to give you your drink or food. Parking: plenty of spots to park in The Source OC mall structure Vibe: modern, spacious, lots of seating, and well lit Drinks: hot ceremonial matcha not sweetened so matcha flavor was there and sweet hojicha latte had good roasted tea flavor Service: barista helpful in suggestion between iced/hot when unsure and drinks were made very quickly without a long line in the evening Other: open until 10pm which is perfect for dessert, plenty of seating inside, and want to come back for the seasonal cakes which were sold out at the time of my visit read more
I've seen a couple videos for this place! It is a very decent spot for coffee on the third floor at the Source! Service was quick and my drink was made pretty fast. However, it was pretty inside and outside, so there wasn't a lot of available seating, so we ended up walking around, which wasn't bad! The coffee was creamy and a bit strong, but I like that! read more
This coffee-cafe on the top floor of The Source in Buena Park is so good. The CROIFFLE is a squished up croissant with extra butter and sugar and squished in a waffle maker resulting in an extra yummy bread that the kids loved. Their CORTADO is pretty good. Their LATTE is even better. Their SALMON TARTINE was well seasoned with a great combo of veggies sitting on top of good bread. Their BERRY BOWL was a hit on our table full of ladies. The HOT CHOCOLATE must have been great because it got downed before I could even ask for a sip. The CLOUD 9 is a matcha drink that must have been also very good because it didn't last long enough for me to ask for a sip. There was a very short line to order. It wasn't difficult for us to find a table, though the place was full. It also wasn't long before we got our order. The Source is a multi-level shopping center with an equally large parking structure attached to it... and it's free so you will find no difficulty finding a parking spot. read more

This Korean coffee shop hits you right away with that deep, roasted bean aroma--the kind that fills the entire space as soon as you walk in. Located inside a Korean shopping complex with various stores and a theater, it's super convenient and easy to stop by before or after shopping or a movie. The café itself is very spacious, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, making it a comfortable place to sit and relax. Service is friendly and welcoming, though some staff members seem new, so things can move a bit slowly at times--just something to keep in mind. The bottled French drinks were okay but leaned on the sweeter and thicker side for my taste. The coffee, however, was solid and well-made, especially if you enjoy a strong, roasted bean flavor. Overall, a nice spot to enjoy coffee in a lively Korean complex atmosphere. read more

This is a good cafe to study/hangout! I came here on a Saturday morning and it was not too crowded, not too empty, so the service was nice and we didn't wait too long for anything. There is indoor seating with some outlets, and outdoor seating that is nice on a sunny day such as this one pictured. I got an iced latte and breakfast burrito, both of which were yummy. This mall is never too crowded, and there is plenty of parking within the structure. Other businesses in the mall include various restaurants, snack/dessert places, arcade claw/toy vending machines, a movie theatre, stores, and more. There are a lot of nice places to lounge in this mall as well, such as the pretty stone staircase. Overall, a great cafe with lots of options nearby. read more
In-sit Coffee is your go-to coffee shop located in The Source Buena Park! It's always busy here, but they have both outdoor and indoor tables. The space itself is so cute- think Korean coffee shop or bakery vibes that make you feel like you're somewhere trendy in Seoul! The crowd here is mixed with students studying with their headphones and laptops to ladies coming for a treat after church- normally a mixed crowd and full house. Service is decent to good, depending on the day. Not overly friendly or helpful but not rude. The only down I've experienced here is being told an order was going to take an extra 10 minutes that turned into a 35 minute wait (apparently because the one cook went on his lunch break). But other than that, nothing to complain about... The drinks here are good- not AMAZING, but better than average/Starbies. My go to is the hojicha latte! The pastries are also all delicious, but we always come for the canéles!!! Since it's currently something kinda hard to find in most bakeries, we love that they have them here! But if you're hungry, order pretty much anything on the menu because all the toasts are DELICIOUS!!! There are a few options to get coffee/brunch in this location but this one is definitely the best when it comes to atmosphere/menu variety/fair price point~ Definitely give it a try and you'll be hooked! read more

Slowly getting back into cafe hopping again. I'm a crackhead for caffeine, and I love trying new coffee shops. My bf and I were Yelping, and we found this spot nearby, so we came here after lunch. Parking: This coffee shop is located in The Source. Free parking garage. Ambiance/Environment: You can find this spot on the 3rd floor. It was extremely packed and busy when we visited at 16:15. They have a medium sized space with lots of indoor seating. Limited outdoor seating. There were many people studying & working. Safe to say they have a studious environment. Very clean & modern inside. Service: The cashier was knowledgeable about the menu and recommended us some popular drinks. Throughput was quick after ordering. Drinks: 1) Sweet Hojicha Latte - My bf ordered this hot and size large. The hojicha was smoky and sweet. He liked that it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet, so he could still taste the hojicha. 2) Spanish Latte - This was recommended to me. I ordered this in a size large with easy ice. It had a good amount of sweetness from the condensed milk, topped off with a pinch of cinnamon. Pricing: Prices were average $$. We enjoyed our drinks. Will definitely come back to try their food items and matcha. read more

their brunch menu is a must try- its sooso good. the employees were pretty friendly too. as for ambiance, i think its a good study spot. there's plenty of seats- especially in the morning and it's also a nice place to catch up with ur friends (to also try the brunch menu) read more
Came here for years. Stop by occasionally and the interior decor , wifi, and classy and chill vibes are always awesome. Service is usually friendly but always a bit slower. Usually seems to be one person manning the register and making the breeze one of the best places to get flavored lattes and work done. Their brews are good. Their food is also solid. read more

The only thing I get here is Iced Americano. So this review is JUST SOLELY for this drink only haha. Everyone has their own preference when it comes to the bean and richness but for me, although their Americano has been very consistent so far, ita bitttttt acidic considering that I only get dark roasted espresso blend. Their service is quick and good! I only wish that their dark roast espresso could be more rich and nutty, since they already carry light roast blend separately. Thank you!! read more

Coming in on a Friday night and the place is still packed. With seating inside and outside, there's space to work, to sip on coffee with friends, or just relax, but of all the times I've been here, the seating inside is always packed and limited. Service is average but relatively quick (longest I've ever waited here is about 20 mins but it was during a weekend). Got their Sparkling Peach Cooler. - Sparking Peach Cooler: Bubbly, light, and refreshing! This is one of my go-tos because it's a nice drink to sip on after you had a meal and are just walking around to digest. It's not too sweet. Light peachiness, light tea flavor. Not fresh peach because I think it's made with a syrup, but I like it for a light drink with little-to-no caffeine. Overall, it's a nice, clean place to visit. The drinks are appropriately priced when comparing with the market, maybe even on the cheaper end for some drinks (but I haven't tried other drinks to consider quality to price). While their menu selection isn't anything innovative or unique to them, but I see In-sīt Coffee as an appropriately priced and consistent quality type of place. I always like to visit whenever I'm here for a hangout. read more
