Staff were polite and fun, there was a wide variety of offerings, and plenty of seating. We enjoyed our time there and will be back! Food was great as well! I have been meaning to try this place for a while, so I made a point to go today! Parking is a big shared lot, so there is no trouble finding somewhere to park. Upon walking inside, it was quiet and there were just a couple other tables occupied. Ordering is primarily on a kiosk, and I only saw one employee working. I chose an iced Madagascar vanilla latte, decaf, and an almond croissant. One thing did strike me as odd; there is a 25cent upcharge for decaf. I have never been charged extra for decaf anywhere else. I try not to judge too hard on things like this, but because it is not typical, It takes a little off my experience when I have to pay extra to have my coffee the only way I can handle it without getting sick or super shaky. Beyond that, pricing and upgrades seemed pretty standard. After waiting a few minutes, the employee behind the counter brought my order to me where I was sitting! I was expecting to have it called out at the counter, but the personalized service was a nice touch. This was my only staff interaction, but it was nice although not expected. The coffee was good; tastes like a typical vanilla latte. Maybe their regular caffeinated coffee is more robust, but the decaf was fine and didn't have a distinctive "decaf" flavor. The croissant was slightly warmed up and tasted ok. It was a little chewing than I am used to, but the flavor was good. There is a little bit of almond paste in the middle. There is such a large variety of coffee shops to pick from, it can be hard to decide where to go next! This place was quiet, my coffee was fine, and the croissant was just ok. For the upcharge on decaf...I would like to return to try other drinks, but I'm probably going to avoid the coffee because of it. read more

I ordered the peanut butter smoothie, chai latte with vanilla, blueberry muffin, international grilled cheese, and an avocado toast. The Peanut Butter smoothie was very good, it had a good consistency and flavor was great. If you don't like overly powered peanut butter then this would be perfect, but myself I wish there was an option on the menu for an extra scoop of peanut butter. I'm sure they'll do it if you ask, the staff was very friendly! The chai latte was great as well, I customized mine with multiple things so it will most likely taste different than most but im sure regardless it will be good. The international grilled cheese was very good, I personally don't like a ton of bread, and the bread on this was light, crunchy, and tasty. I would definitely recommend to order this. The Avocado toast was okay, there was a good amount of avocado which was the best part about it. I wish they put lemon pepper seasoning on it for more flavor. Also the bread is pretty basic, I wish it was more toasted. Overall it's not bad, but does not stand out compared to other cafes. The blueberry muffin was good, pretty comparable to most cafes, I would recommend to order if you're craving it, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. The ambiance is nice and clean, good music, plenty of seating for studying. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. First time coming here! Stopped by this coffee shop with my family and had such a great experience. Carl, the owner, helped us out and was incredibly welcoming--he really set the tone for the visit. I ordered a chai and it was amazing--smooth and not overly sweet. We also tried a few pastries the coffee cake, scone, and the cinnamon roll. They were just as flavorful, and hard to stop eating. I ordered the ceremonial matcha latte on the kiosk and it took quite a while to come out. There were few people studying here so it's definitely more of a study spot than socializing spot. This is such a cute coffee shop! It feels very comfortable and every one there was super friendly. I got the golden milk tea. It's prepaid so I could adjust the sugar levels. In general, I don't like sugary drinks so this was too sweet for me but I did think the tea itself tasted really good. I also got a chocolate scone. They warmed it up for me and it was delicious. It was the perfect ratio of chocolate chips to scone. This is a great place to stop by and grab a cup to go or sit and work for a bit. Came here before going to the office for a little pick-me-up on a rainy day. It's a cute and cozy cafe in Fullerton with a variety of coffees, teas, and sandwiches in their menu. Ordered a breakfast burrito and Kyoto Cold Brew with oat milk. Kyoto cold brew (I chose the Intentional Blend I believe) was pretty decent, it's very smooth and goes well with the oat milk, no sweetener needed imo. As for the burrito, I really wanted to modify it with no onions and peppers but the mix of the burrito is premade apparently. I decided not to be a big baby and ordered it and it was really delicious and tasty especially with the salsa. It was definitely the pick-me-up I needed this morning. As for the service, the man in the front (may be the owner but I am not sure) was very friendly and made sure that all orders of customers were taken care of and came out timely. Absolutely loved my visit. I ordered the Masala chai tea and it was incredibly flavorful.. the perfect balance of spice + sweetness, easily one of the better chai teas I've had in the area. Went to this location to pick up 3 breakfast items and 1 coffee... the only thing right about the order was the coffee. All 3 of the pre-made bakery items were wrong. We ordered a coffee coconut pudding - we got matching. Our chocolate scone was blueberry and our our blueberry muffin was chocolate. Our order was to-go, and since only 1 small coffee was actually being made, we tipped on the coffee, not the whole order. While entering the tip, the cashier was staring at how much was entered. Ironically, after that, our whole order was wrong, other than the coffee, and we didn't know until we got home. It's a specialty coffee shop with the intention of serving exceptional coffee, tea, pastries, brunch, and desserts. They aim to be intentional with more than just coffee, but also with their service, conversation, and community. The staff is friendly and they do love conversations. Very fast with service, and they definitely get a sporadic burst of customers. Plenty of seating here, but what I love is that the conversations are louder, (but not too loud) than the music, it really shows the community here. I ordered the Madagascar Vanilla Latte, the Madagascar Vanilla syrup is made in house, no artificial flavors here. The coffee is so smooth, and flavorful, I loved it and also the foam artwork! Passed by this cafe numerous times and finally came here after lunch at the sushi place next door. The plan was to get drinks and sit a few hours to get some work done. We decided to get a matcha latte and their golden milk tea. With the yelp check in the cost was about $10. The drinks came out quickly because it was being made as we ordered. There are a couple of tables inside and they have a patio outside with more seating. One restroom for the public to use. In addition to their drinks they have a variety of baked goods and kokonut pudding. I recall the pudding used to be $10 at other places but at this location it is now $11.50. Not sure if the price for the item increased at all places or the cost is higher because of the city? Either way, $10 was pricey for the pudding (although it was good), so I wouldn't buy it at 11.50$ each. As for the drinks, I only tried mine which was the milk tea. Although I've had similar milk tea elsewhere, the flavor and sweetness was good. All they needed was some sweet honey boba and this could be a homerun. 4.4 for the milk tea. Overall experience was a 4.3 I would say. I liked what I tried but it is not a cafe I would return to over and over in the future. read more

Little cozy cafe located across the street from a giant plaza with Tacos Los Cholos, a korean market and Paris Baguette. Came here after dinner and was surprised with the amount of people inside! Even on a Saturday night a few tables were occupied by a mix of people just grabbing coffee and chatting to people studying. Ordering was a breeze since it was through the kiosk. Super easy and included visuals and descriptions of each drink. One down side was that the menu wasn't as updated because my friend had ordered & paid via kiosk, but the barista came to tell us it was actually out of stock. There is also an extra charge if you order through kiosk - it's not in your face but if you read the note on the kiosk it'll tell you. Not sure if it's because we came around 7pm and they close by 9, but we ordered some drinks for here and received in to-go cups. Was looking forward to having a latte with a coffee mug so I can see the art! There was art in the to-go cup, but you wouldn't see it if you don't take off the lid :) Vibes were good, very chill and not too loud. I ordered an iced vanilla latte which is very simple with its flavors but it tasted nothing like vanilla or coffee. Hate to leave a review like this - but I'm very disappointed in my most recent visit. I received a text to get 50% off my drink for my birthday. The kiosk where I where enter my number for rewards also showed 50% off. Your barista gave me 15%. I showed her the text and she said nope she has no way of honoring that reward and there is no one who can do anything. So I left without my drink. I really like this place! I started coming because we needed whole roasted coffee beans for our office. I have been buying them from here ever since, my boss really enjoys their beans! I'm not a huge coffee gal, so I have tried the hot chocolate, it was just OK. Too milky for me, not enough chocolate flavor. The reason I am a fan is their breakfast food. I really like that they prepare everything fresh, these aren't pre-made things they are heating up in a microwave. Ham & Swiss Croissant is so buttery, cheesy and yummy! My favorite though is the Breakfast Croissant, which has egg, cheese, bacon, basil aioli, spinach, and tomato. That basil aioli is fantastic and not a flavor I ever see on breakfast menus anywhere. Eventually I want to try their lunch options, and maybe even their breakfast burrito. Not sure I would be able to not order that croissant though! read more

The matcha was creamy and the iced Spanish latte was perfection. Our group enjoyed a cinnamon roll, açaí bowl, avocado toast, and a monte cristo sandwich. The Madagascar Vanilla ($6.05) was really good. The vanilla was unique and tasted what I think all Vanilla should taste like, none of that artificial flavoring. I have to say, the coffee was a bit pricey for where this place is located. But latte shops are usually pricey. Another gripe that I had was the seating right in front of the coffee shop - it was kind of dirty and lots of mosquitos and flies at the time I was there (morning). In fact, the only substantive GF option, an açai bowl, they don't keep stocked or make fresh to order so I settled for an unfilling coconut pudding (not bad, not great). Additionally, they don't offer sugarfree syrups so I found this place less customizable. The server took my order well enough, but when I asked about the wifi not working, they seemed to just... dodge the question. And weird policies. " Accepts only exact change for cash." - listen, this place is not busy enough to deny money in any form. I really like the kiosk that gives you a ton of customization options for whatever drink you choose. The disappointment came with the drinks my girlfriend and I ordered. I ordered the kyoto cold brew w/ oatmilk and hazelnut flavoring and she got the strawberry lemonade. I'll give this place the benefit of the doubt because they have a ton of options and maybe kyoto cold brew just isn't for me. I should have looked into what kyoto cold brew is like. It had a significant fruity note that overpowered the coffee flavor for me and was just not my thing. The strawberry lemonade on the other hand tasted like a lemonade mixed with strawberry jam. It was sweet but artificially tasting without any freshness or sourness that you would get from real strawberries. Chill place that wasn't packed at all when I went with a few friends on a Thursday afternoon. Lots of parking. You can order via kiosk or at the counter but I opted to order via kiosk. At the end of my order placement, I noticed a charge of $0.18 for a convenience fee. Not a big monetary deal but I had no idea what this charge was for and it seemed a bit unwarranted. Didn't bother to bring it up since I didn't want to seem petty but I'd advise ordering at the counter and seeing if you get charged anything extra there. Total price was around $6.50 for my chai latte with almond milk. Reasonable prices for this day and age although I wish alternative milk was less than $1. Staff was pretty nice. I realized after my visit that this place has a lot of good sandwiches that people have been reviewing so I'm likely to come back to try some of those but I'll probably be ordering at the counter. read more

I ordered the sugar-free hazelnut latte (hot)) with oat milk, and my wife ordered the iced sugar-free latte. My wife also ordered the Kokonut Pudding! The latte was HOT!!! Yay! This is not often my experience with coffee shops (I'm an amateur home barista, so I know what I like (I'm not an expert, and my latte art could be better, lol). My drink was yummy and not overly sweet. My wife's iced latte was also equally good! It was yummy, and the ice/latter proportion was perfect (not too much ice, so it didn't get watered down). The Kokonut pudding was AMAZING. Again, it wasn't sweet, had an excellent coconut taste, and was iced cold. By the way, it's dairy-free (The ingredients are coconut water, coconut milk, filtered water, gelatin, and cane sugar). The texture is like jello (gelatinous) because of the gelatin, but not in a weird way. Lastly, the barista who helped us was really friendly and welcoming, which was a big bonus!
