One of my new favorite coffee spots! I absolutely love DAL Coffee and already know I'll be coming back again. Service was really good and both drinks we ordered were delicious! I got the Half Moon Latte and my friend got the Vanilla Latte. The Half Moon Latte is definitely sweeter, almost like a dessert, but it's SO creamy and smooth. I usually don't like sweeter coffee drinks, but this one was surprisingly really good and I enjoyed every sip. The presentation is also super pretty! One thing I really loved was that they serve the drinks in glass cups if you're sitting inside. It makes it feel extra cute and is perfect for sitting down and catching up with a friend. There are a few tables, but there aren't any large tables for bigger groups, so I'd say this is more of a spot for a coffee date, catching up with a girlfriend, or a cute little date. I haven't tried their pastries or small bites yet, but everything behind the counter looked so good. Definitely grabbing something next time! I also want to try their matcha since I've heard good things about it. Overall, such a cute and cozy coffee shop with delicious drinks and a nice atmosphere. I ordered mine less sweet, and it still tasted really good with a nice matcha flavor. Parking is pretty easy, and there's a nice rspace conveniently located right next to the shop. I just found my new favorite coffee shop! Their Half Moon Latte was SO good and smooth, I literally couldn't put it down. I finished the entire thing in one sitting, which says a lot because I almost never finish my coffee! My friends enjoyed the Matcha Cloud Cream as well. They recommended giving both drinks a good stir and drinking them without a straw so you can really taste all the different layers. The Vanilla Latte was also really smooth and not too sweet. Honestly, everything we tried was really good! Service was friendly, and the ambiance had a nice minimalist feel. The space is pretty spacious with a good amount of tables, although everything was taken when we visited on a Sunday afternoon. First time trying Dal Coffee Roasters and we really enjoyed it! We ordered the Matcha Cloud Cream, Black & White, and a chocolate croissant. The Matcha Cloud Cream was really well balanced, not overly sweet and you could still taste the matcha. The Black & White was creamy and good, but that coffee at the bottom definitely had a strong kick! The biggest surprise was the chocolate croissant. I'm usually not a big fan of coffee shop pastries, but this one was delicious and I'd absolutely order it again. This is a super cute and aesthetic Korean coffee shop in Buena Park!! We got the matcha cloud cream and half moon latte, which are both two of their signature drinks here. Both were really rich, creamy, and well-balanced in terms of strength and sweetness without needing any adjustments. They both came with a thick cream top that didn't make the drinks overly creamy or heavy. I loved the presentation of the drinks, and you can tell they put a lot of care and attention into making them. Not only is the store aesthetic, but the drinks are too! The interior is very spacious, modern, and minimalist with plenty of seating, free wifi, and a clean bathroom, making it a good place to study or get work done. Parking is plentiful and easy here with a big lot in the back. Dal is actually owned by the same people from Wynd Coffee in LA so if you like Wynd, you'll like Dal too. Their interior is very bright, modern, minimalist & has a very chill vibe that's great for working, studying or hanging out. Their menu has high quality coffee, espresso, ceremonial matcha, creative signature drinks and a selection of fresh pastries. They use premium & organic house made ingredients like their cold cream top which was very smooth and worked well with the drinks. I got and tried their half moon latte, black & white, matcha cloud cream & yuzu mango mojito. Both of the handcrafted espresso & matcha drinks tasted great. I liked that the drinks were strong, well balanced & the flavors were rich. The quality & consistency were excellent too. It's definitely a fantastic coffee shop to enjoy a great cup of matcha or coffee with some baked goods inside a cozy atmosphere. The service was really excellent too. Had their warm matcha latte with whole milk. It is unsweetened, unless you ask for it to be sweetened. I have to tell you that it is the matcha latte I have ever had (and I drink matcha often). To me, it didn't even need a sweetener because it had this mildly sweet, warm and nutty, umami undertone flavor. And it wasn't bitter at all. Dal Coffee knocked it out of the park with their matcha choice, the preparation, beautiful latte art, and kind service. The baristas are so knowledgeable too. My friend got a coffee drink, and I could Dal Coffee baristas are proud of their creations. She loved it!! Then she took an oat milk matcha latte to go. This shop is still in its Soft Opening Stage. There was one person working when I went and he was friendly. He gave me a recommendation based on what I was in the mood for and it did not disappoint. The coffee beans they used for this latte paired well with the flavors in it. I had never had an Iced Half Moon Latte. It was good in flavor and I look forward to trying more of their drinks. They had some pastries to choose from, my husband had the strawberries and cream croissant :) let's just say there were only a few crumbs remaining when he was done. There is plenty of seating to hangout or get work done. The parking was a little confusing at first but just make sure to park in the back there are plenty of spots back there. Holy crap, this place is good. I've been to almost every coffee shop in a fifteen mile radius around Buena Park so I was excited to see that a new one (DAL) opened closeby. It is easily one of the best coffee shops I've been to, and I don't say that lightly. For coffee enthusiasts, this place is the real deal. They don't hide the flavor of their coffee with milk and egregious amounts of syrup. The baristas really know their craft and you know they're serious about it when they hand you your finished drink without a lid at the counter. That first sip before the ice dilutes it is perfect, and you can tell they put a lot of ingenuity and thought into their menu. I have no more words but to give this coffee shop a wholehearted five stars for the coffee game they hit out of this ballpark. It's just a slight shame that it's in a bit of an inconvenient location to get to parking-wise; otherwise I would be going here almost everyday. read more

I was in the area and found DAL while scrolling Yelp. I'm always hesitant to try a new place, but I'm glad I did. DAL is next to a few small businesses and has a shared parking lot in the back. They have a standard menu with a few seasonal options to choose from. They had several croissant and croissant like pastries to choose from too. The strawberry croissant looked amazing.
