I went to this cafe because it popped up on my feed, and I got a matcha with a cream top on it. I think I paid around $8 for this so it is a little bit on the pricier side, however the matcha was pretty good, I really enjoyed the cream top it tasted like cream cheese. The matcha was smooth & def that grassy taste. There was a good amount of seating everywhere and I stayed for a cool minute just doing work & I really enjoyed the vibe & the ambiance of this place. Great service & also great music taste.
Got the Salted Cream Vanilla Latte & Matcha Latte + Salted Cream. Both were decent, but I don't think I'd personally come back specifically for the drinks... I'm sorry!! I like my coffee stronggg & my matcha a little deeper & earthier.. , so these were a bit mild for my taste! BUTTT their salted cream?! Probably one of my favorites I've tried from any coffee shop! Creamy & the perfect salty-sweet balance. I also really like the space itself, it's pretty big with plenty of room to study, chill, or catch up with friends. Baristas were super nice & friendly. Overall, cute spot! Good-luck with parking though.. :/ not a lot of space.. you can park like a block over & just walk back! Not far at all.
This is my second figure coffee shop in Fullerton. I love that in the afternoon if I want something other than coffee, they have options that allow me to get something that's not caffeinated. Staff here is excellent very well educated on all the drinks that they are serving. They have no problem telling you exactly what is and everything they're super Duper helpful this space is actually super cute and spacious. You can actually get some work done here if they have a separate room with a large dining style type table vegan have a meeting at or bring your friends and work together. The pastry section is pretty decent here. I actually do like the ham and cheese croissants pretty good. I would say give it a try. After my next trip, I will actually list out all the different drinks that I've had and rate each one separately, no matter what I come here, no less than once or twice a week
Great spot! Little Ox Coffee definitely seems popular! I stopped by around 2 p.m. on a Sunday and the shop was still pretty busy with people chatting, hanging out, and getting some work done. Parking is pretty tight, so that's something to keep in mind. The employees were nice and our drinks came out quickly. I got the Iced Matcha Latte with Oat Milk and Vanilla Bean Syrup based on other Yelpers' recommendations, and I really enjoyed it! The vanilla bean was a nice addition to the matcha, especially since it has a slightly more bitter, grassy flavor on its own. Overall, it was really balanced and something I'd order again. My partner got the Iced Vanilla Latte, which was also well balanced--not too strong or bitter and not overly sweet. A little simple for my taste, but still good! The menu felt a little limited and took me a minute to figure out when I first looked online, but I think this is one of those spots where you find your favorites after a few visits or looking into what others enjoy. I'll definitely be back to try something new!
Little Coffee has become one of my favorite cafés in Fullerton to study and recharge. The atmosphere is calm with lots of tables and outlets. If you're planning to get work done, I highly recommend grabbing a seat in the glass room! it's spacious, quiet, and has plenty of outlet options. This visit I ordered the iced Brown Sugar Hojicha Latte and the iced Pandan Latte (both with whole milk). I really appreciated that the staff took the time to explain their drinks. Their coffee isn't overly sweet, so you can actually enjoy the true flavors. The Pandan Latte was especially unique because the pandan is subtle and complements the espresso instead of overpowering it. I asked for one espresso shot instead of two and a little extra sweetness, and they were happy to customize it for me. The only thing to keep in mind is that parking can be limited during busy hours. Overall, it's a great place to study, catch up with friends, or enjoy a thoughtfully made cup of coffee. I'll definitely be back!

The design of the space is clever---there are bench seats along the wall, long tables in the middle, and small circle tables on the sides. It's efficient and maximizes seating without feeling cramped or crowded. It's also an East-facing shop so it's shady--- even at 3 PM it was nice and cool inside. There are also some outlets! I would definitely study here if I was in the area. Gabe was really friendly, and helped me choose a great latte. I bought the Single Origin Okumidori Matcha iced latte, and it was the perfect level of sweetness. I didn't even have to adjust the level by some percentage; the standard blend is fresh, with just enough sugar to accent rather than overpower the beautiful matcha flavor. Huge shoutout to Gabe and the Little Ox Coffee staff!!!!

Such a lovely cafe with plenty of seating, including individual tables as well as two communal tables. I was able to find a seat but it was a bit busy - but it's easy to see why it's such a popular spot! The staff were so friendly in helping answer my questions about the menu and I ended up getting the single origin Okumidori matcha latte - it's was a high quality matcha and it came perfectly lightly sweetened. The other drinks on the menu looked so unique and tempting, so I'll definitely have to come back when I'm in the area. Parking is easy in their lot.
I got an iced Pandan latte with oat milk (soo good) and my friend got the regular matcha latte (they use ceremonial matcha!). We shared a pistachio matcha croissant which would've been better toasted but the matcha icing on it was good
The Hojicha tea here tastes great! I no longer have to drive to Tustin to get my Hojicha latte. Found that Little Ox sells their Hojicha tea also so now I have a constant supply! I also just tried their Mocha Latte with oatmilk-delicious!! Actually tastes like coffee and mocha-not hot chocolate! Yay! Staff here are also great! Friendly, helpful, and efficient! That's what I like! Yup!
Little Ox is very difficult to park in. There are only a few, cramped spots. You can park in the plaza over, but beware of some parking spots that have signs that say "no little ox parking". Upon walking towards the shop, the line was out the door. We were here on a Saturday morning, and it was very busy inside. We knew it was a popular coffee shop, but didn't expect this intense of popularity. Luckily, the line moved fairly quickly. The interior was clean and minimalistic. We could tell why people liked this location: plenty of seating, cute decor, and comfortable noise levels. When we got to the front, there was only a couple of pastries left. We skipped that and I ordered a pandan latte. We didn't wait long for our drinks and I also asked for a coffee sleeve to add to my collection. The pandan latte was not overly sweet. You can taste the pandan and the coffee was strong. Overall, this coffee shop was decent. My drink wasn't memorable, but it wasn't terrible either. It was nice to try this place.
I've been wanting to go to this place for a hot minute as I've heard and seen good things about it and it did not disappoint. Definitely seems busy at all times of day. The menu is well put. There were no pastries available as I went around the afternoon. I got the Espresso Bala-Tonic which has a hint of guava. This espresso tonic has a good balance of sweetness and coffee. And definitely recommend if you're an espresso tonic person. My fiancé got the pandan latte and said that it didn't have enough pandan flavor. It seems like a good place to talk to friends/family or study and hang out. Would love to come back again and try out their seasonal drinks!
First time here! Indoors is gorgeous, can definitely come here to chat with friends while grabbing a coffee or even stopping by for coffee as a lot of us commute on Euclid! I will be completely honest, the flavors in my iced lavender latte with oat milk felt muted, not as flavorful as I expected it to be, but that is my fault for placing those expectations & comparing the taste to made coffee's lavender latte. My friend also found her drink to be muted flavors, not too loud and "unseasoned", i know thats weird but imagine good food that just needed that extra sprinkling of salt to make the flavors louder lol! I WILL be coming back to try more drinks, as they offer really cool flavor combos + fun pastries. It is a smaller parking lot and there are a few EV chargers as well!
Stay home and make your own coffee. My coffee was disgusting! I ordered a pastry as well and couldn't explain how bad it was. The content was giving for instagram.
This is such a cute cafe. There's a good amount of seating and tables to study or work at. The barista was really nice and gave us a sample of the Summer in Taipei to try, which was delicious! We ended up getting a matcha latte and a single origin Okumidori matcha. Both were really good, the Okumidori was a bit earthier and creamier. The chocolate croissant was also really good and had a generous amount of Nutella inside. read more

My go-to whenever I want genuinely good matcha. This is a different style from a lot of the hyped matcha spots around right now. Those tend to come out grainy, aggressively dark green, and honestly a little artificial-tasting to me. Little Ox is smoother and cleaner. You taste the tea, not a powder. The Genji matcha latte was my favorite. It's been sold out indefinitely, which I'm still a little sad about. These days I reach for the Okumidori matcha latte instead. My husband and my brother both usually order the brown sugar hojicha. Always with the salted cream top. We haven't found better versions of these anywhere else. It's also a great spot to work or study. Comfortable enough to settle in for a few hours. They carry nice merch too -- matcha sets, and recently Genji matcha tins if you want to make it at home. Highly recommend, especially if you've been disappointed by the trendier places. read more
Little Ox Coffee is my matcha ol' reliable. I go here because they consistently have yummy hand whisked matcha that is as green as the color of shrek. Their seasonal menus are great as well, and their pastries are huge I usually order their okumidori matcha with oat milk, and sweeten it with their pandan syrup. They lost a loyal costumer today. I would say Little Ox matcha latte is one of my favorites but this time I feel like I was scammed. I would go here often for their Genji matcha latte which is no longer sold, so I now buy their more expensive Okumidori matcha with oat milk and vanilla sweetener which came out to be 9.50$. If i'm paying 10$ for a matcha, I'm expecting a bright green color, but I feel like they just gave me their regular matcha latte or I got the last batch. The flavor was grassy and color was yellow. It was disappointing and frankly made me frustrated because I paid so much money. I'm an avid matcha drinker so I know i'm getting scammed when I see it. I don't really think I would risk another 10$ to see if I'm lucky that day. read more
I had a lovely experience at Little Ox Coffee (Fullerton). I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte ($5.95) with Oat Milk (additional $1) and Vanilla Bean Syrup (extra 75 cents). I smiled after the first sip. It tasted distinct and complete. I even felt an unusual burst of energy that's typically reserved for coffee. "YUM!!" I arrived at Little Ox Coffee (Fullerton) on Monday (around 10AM). Parking is convenient since there's many spaces; there's even an adjacent lot. I also noticed three EV Charging Station spots. Staff is professional, welcoming, and diligent. Staff brightly answered all my questions. Staff also worked hard. My drink took 48 seconds. Extremely fast!! As mentioned, I ordered the Iced Matcha Latte ($5.95) with Oat Milk (additional $1) and Vanilla Bean Syrup (extra 75 cents). I absolutely adored how the Oat Milk and Vanilla balanced the Matcha's natural earthy flavor. I appreciated the Matcha's premium nature while also not being overwhelmed. Shockingly, I even received a caffeine buzz that I've never successfully felt before from a matcha. It's STRONG! I eagerly took another sip. Concerning ambiance, Little Ox Coffee (Fullerton) is clean and sleek. There's about eight small tables, two long counters, and two long tables. There's three electrical outlets in the walls. In addition, the one big corner table has outlets and usb ports built into it. Little Ox Coffee (Fullerton) also has customer wifi with password; the details are taped on the counter's glass. There's also one gender neutral restroom and a self-service water station. The music is also soft. However, the location can grow loud since it's echoey, and I noticed many chattering college students. Overall, I deeply appreciated my experience at Little Ox Coffee (Fullerton). The matcha is silky, powerful, and delicious! There's also some potential as a study spot. If you love matcha, this is an easy recommendation. 4.7 out of 5 read more

#34 in my SOCAL COFFEE SHOP SERIES Pretty solid spot for speciality coffees and matchas! They also have lots of mini tables and a large communal table tucked into a different room for those who would like to study. You can tell they make things in house and source good ingredients. I enjoyed their salted vanilla latte. Their Summer in Taipei drink was good too! A bit too much ice, would definitely get less ice for this drink in the future. The baristas here were all kind, attentive, and conversational. Overall, a solid spot. read more
Someone told me that matcha cafes in fullerton were bomb... and they were not lying. I happened to be in the area yesterday, so I decided to try this place and wow. i got their popular salted cream top and it was PERFECT. The way it balances out the sweetness of the matcha?? Chef's kiss. I was SO close to ordering a second one The interior is super cute and spacious. There was a lot of people but we dint't have to wait in line because the staff moved efficiently and the place was really big! There were plenty of spots to sit and chill with friends. The staff were so friendly and welcoming as well. 10/10 recommend. It honestly made the drive from LA so worth it. read more
It's not common to find cafes that have WATER BASED MATCHA!! I was so happy to see they have the tea version (water based) and a latte version of their single origin matcha. I dont like milk in my drinks because it makes me full and like my coffee black too. For this reason alone I would come back here. My friend got the latte and said she likes that too. Just a heads up the parking is a little difficult but I park in the plaza right next door and there's always parking if you're willing to park far. They have one gender neutral bathroom. And there were no paper towels when I used it. =/ read more
This was the best simple matcha I've ever had! Ordered the matcha latte with oat milk and their vanilla bean syrup. The best mix of fresh vanilla and matcha that was strong and not too sweet. A perfect level of sweetness without having to customize. I felt very energized after this! Also ordered a hot cafe latte which was also tasty. This place is near my gym, and a jolt of caffeine was needed after a work out. My husband and I stopped in for a latte. It was wonderful. The place has an adorable cow/ ox theme. Its very quaint. The service was great. Next time, id love to try the pineapple or the lychee drink. read more

I've been here a few times now to try their matchas and have never been disappointed. This time I got a normal matcha latte with the cold foam, which was so yummy! I liked how creamy it was while still maintaining the strong matcha flavor. It was smooth and not grainy at all which makes sense because you can literally see them whisk each drink as orders come in. Fortunately since the matcha hype kinda died down a little, I was able to order right away. The service is always quick, even when the line is long. There's plenty of tables inside and big windows to let natural light in, so definitely a great place to study or just have coffee with a friend! read more

Been a while since I've been back and I ended up coming here 4 times in two weeks... because this hot pandan latte is so good! I'm addicted! It's very subtle but you can tell it's not your regular unflavored latte. It's the right amount of sweetness to bitterness ratio for me. read more
Stopped by this spot because I was upstairs at Sokit lol! And one of my friends recommended it because she knew the owner, so I said why not! We got a pandan latte & a matcha latte. It did not disappoint! Rating wise 8.5/10 pandan latte, it could use a little more pandan flavor but overall delicious! Matcha latte was a good 10! I didn't know I was able to put a cream foam top so I got it without.. but it still taste good! Service was fast, came here on a Saturday around 2pm. Ambiance lots of seating place and nice place to study! Driving here from Carson & I finally found a nice spot to grab some matcha after some skin care shopping! read more
First time at Little Ox Coffee after a friend recommended it and we had a great experience! We got lucky Saturday morning around 9:30 because there wasn't a long line. However a few minutes after, the line was out the door. I ordered a matcha latte with salted cream top with less ice. I'm not a matcha expert, but thoroughly enjoyed it. There were a lot of tables ranging in sizes so it's a perfect spot to work or catch up with friends. Very clean inside! read more
We ordered the matcha latte and salted cream vanilla latte both 50% sweet and they were great! The matcha was a bit grainy, but overall still a good drink. The salted cream topping was super yummy and creamy and the coffee itself had a very roasted flavor. The drinks came out really quickly and staff are friendly. This is a cute coffee shop with a clean and modern interior. You can tell it's definitely a hot spot for students to study here. They even had a little room off to the side with a large table for bigger groups. Little Ox has a nice variety of drinks including coffee, lattes, matcha, tea, non-coffee drinks, and other fun "signature creations." They have a few different matcha options, so we decided to try the Single Origin Okumidori Matcha. They use premium ceremonial grade matcha, and it's lightly sweetened. It was pretty good! They even use a chasen tea whisk to prepare the matcha in a matcha bowl. We also wanted something light and fruity, so we tried the Summer in Taipei drink. It has lychee, guava lemonade, agave, and mint. You can taste the pulp of the lychee and guava. It's a really refreshing drink! Since it was pretty crowded, we had to wait a little bit for some seats to open up, but it didn't take too long! read more
This is of my top matcha/coffee shops in Orange County. It's always busy and for good reason! My go to drink is the matcha latte with the sea salt cream top. One of my favorite flavor profile combinations is sweet and salty and they execute it perfectly in this drink. It's balanced, earthy, and creamy all at once. Despite always being busy, they make the drinks pretty quickly so I'm in and out within minutes. Seems like a popular spot for students though as the tables are always full of them on their laptops. read more

All the matcha was out on the weekend :( Inside was very spacious and looked great to study although it can be pretty loud/busy with people getting in and out. Ordered pumpkin chai and brown sugar hojicha latte. I liked hojicha better than pumpkin chai! It wasn't too sweet but could taste strong hojicha. I would come back here again when i am in the area! read more
