The best cafe ever! The owner is incredibly sweet and welcoming. The atmosphere is lovely, and the drinks were absolutely delicious (10/10). I saw this place on someone's Instagram and thought I'd try it out. It looks like a house from the front. Because there was a parking spot in the front, I parked there. However, I recommend parking in their parking lot, in the back. That way, you get a view of the garden before you place your order. It's still nice in the front, very welcoming. You walk through the gate, up the stairs, and through the front door. It's nicely air conditioned inside. Indoor seating looks like someone's dining room. The counter is near the back, on the left hand side. I grabbed a menu to take a look before I ordered. Food items listed on one side of the menu, and so many drink options on the other side. Little overwhelming. Too many choices. Coffee and non-coffee drinks. Although they offer paninis and avocado toast, I ordered a regular spicy pork cupbap ($15) and Dubai chocolate latte, iced ($7.75), paid at the counter, and received a pager. When the pager started buzzing, I went inside to pickup my order. My drink was basically a dessert in a cup. Absolutely delicious. So many wonderful ingredients on top. The spicy pork cupbap is spicy. I mixed it all up like I would any bibimbap. It consisted of white rice, glass noodles, red cabbage, pork, and a perfectly fried egg on top. Delicious. They offer a large size, but regular is more than enough. I decided to sit outside, in the back, to get the full garden experience. Although Fullerton is a little warm in June, the garden is absolutely wonderful. It's like sitting in someone's backyard, but on steroids. You shouldn't have trouble finding a spot to sit. There are so many tables and chairs, all over the place, around every corner: In the main garden, in the garden in front, on both sides of the cafe, on both porches, the one in the back and smaller one in front. It's a garden of Eden, with a large, fruitful lemon tree standing in the center. Green plants and trees all over the place, flowering plants and succulents. There's a large gazebo and umbrellas to shade you from the sun. Fun, whimsical displays throughout the garden, including bird houses, curated displays, and miniature communities. Service was welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend this cafe if you're looking for a nice outdoor garden to eat, drink, and hang out. read more

First off, this cafe is absolutely beautiful! I adore the vintage vibe and there is so much seating, both inside and outside in the backyard! It's probably one of the most creative cafes I've ever been to and it's a perfect spot for photos. I got their double ube latte, which was amazing and so rich in the ube flavor. It's not too sweet and it had the perfect balance of coffee and ube. They do advise you to mix it until the ube is all mixed in with the coffee and the presentation of it is so pretty! I never thought I'd be a fan of ube, but this drink sold it for me. Their banana einspänner is nice and creamy with a non-artificial taste of the banana. It tastes very "elegant", if that makes any sense at all. Overall, their drinks are a 10/10! They also have a lot of food that is Korean-inspired and I'll have to try a good eat next time I come! Drinks 8.5/10 I ordered the Double Ube latte and my friend ordered the "Ruby" (one of their hibiscus tea lemonades). I was a bit disappointed to find out both the Choco Tiramisu latte and Iced Salty toffee latte both have nut products (I'm allergic), but I'm glad I found out before ordering it. My ube latte was yummy and had a good mix of coffee flavor and ube with coffee being the dominant flavor. As an ube lover I wish the ube flavor was a bit stronger, but it was still really good. I would order again. The Ruby was so refreshing and the perfect amount of sweetness with a lovely splash of citrus. Would love to order this next time I visit! Service 8.5/10 Friendly service! We ordered at the counter and they gave us buzzers to let us know when our drinks were ready so we were free to roam the gardens while we waited. Ambiance 10/10 Would come here just for the unique environment. The aesthetic was a cozy, vintage cottage fairy aesthetic with a lot of unique and eclectic trinkets and knick-knacks while staying very clean and tidy. I'm amazed on how clean the outdoor seating is considering how much seating is available! There is a decent amount of seating inside, but a ton of options outside and so many cute quiet corners for seating. There is wifi, outlets, blankets for use, an electric bug zapper to keep the bugs away, and a bathroom located outside. Outdoors was very peaceful and quiet on a Friday afternoon. A lot of thought went into the atmosphere and style of this place and you can definitely feel it. Highly recommend this spot! I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I decided to visit here again as a treat for completing the work week. This time, I ordered an iced blueberry hojicha latte with mocha ($7). I wanted a low-caffeine option, so hojicha seemed like a good choice for the afternoon. Since I believe it was my first time trying hojicha, I could've gone without the mocha. It did go well with hojicha because the drink came out nicely chocolatey. The little lumps of blueberry were a treat to eat along with the drink. Overall, it was a delicious latte, and I finished it a little quickly. It was nice to see all the different kinds of decorations at their patio again. Finding parking is a bit tricky. I had to park in the street and walk a good 5 to 10 minutes. The house is gorgeous. What a lovely idea of opening a business in a home and filling each room with decor and seating areas. As far as customer service goes, it's very lacking. This is my 2nd time coming and both times I was attended by young girls that don't greet you, don't smile, don't thank you, and genuinely seem bothered to attend you. I ordered a bulgogi bowl, tiramisu latte, two kids egg ramen and 2 bags of chips. They ask for a tip and both times I've tipped but given the bad customer service and the fact that I have to go up and pick up my own drinks and food and utensils/to go boxes and water cups, I think I'll skip out next time. I like sitting outside in the shade. They have board games you can play. The food was all delicious and the coffee was very rich in flavor. We loved this place. It's so cute and cozy! So many cute spots to sit. Everything we got was amazing. Can't wait to go back. We went on Saturday when they opened at 11am and there was plenty of street parking in the front. There is a sign that there is more parking in the back though. We got our drinks fairly quickly and they buzzed us again for our food. I appreciated that they gave us our drinks and didn't make us wait to get everything altogether. I visited The Classic Cafe to try and get some work done in the evening. Upon entering, I thought there was only seating on the inside, and to my surprise, there was a full back patio and back yard with ample seating! I loved the eclectic decor all throughout the cafe. Each table had different chairs and it all just went together so nicely. I tried the London Fog and the caprese panini. They were both delicious. The London Fog is topped with dried lavender flower, which is not my favorite so next time I will try without. It's the perfect spot to study or get some work done. Both were excellent!! Loved that these were served in mugs (not paper cups!) so we enjoyed these immensely. The turkey pesto panini was flavorsome. We ordered at the counter as you pass the living room area, given a pager that will beep when your order is ready, then you pick it up. Seating is first come first served. There are about 6 parking spaces at the back of the house & mostly it's street parking, non metered. On a Saturday (Thanksgiving weekend) we found a spot. There are board games available for patrons to borrow & use while dining. Noted a few blankets too when the weather gets too chilly. How thoughtful! I love these types of places, quaint & lovely. I was recommended this cute little café and absolutely loved it! Remodeled from what looks like a home, the space gives off cozy tea house vibes. It's located right off Commonwealth, which can be a busy street, but I went on a Sunday morning and it wasn't too crowded. Bonus -- they have parking in the rear! There are plenty of tables inside and out back in what used to be the backyard. Since it's close to the colleges, I noticed lots of students hanging out and studying, which adds to the relaxed atmosphere. The café serves both coffee drinks and Korean bowls. This is my all-time favorite cafe to co-work from in Fullerton! There's cozy seating, outlets for charging your devices, strong WiFi, wonderful staff, and amazing lattes. Their A/C has also come in clutch throughout the heat waves these past few weeks. I've tried their iced hojicha einspanner, hot hojicha latte, and hot London Fog latte. I think the hot London Fog latte is my favorite due to how fragrant their tea is, and I also love how it's garnished with lavender (???) leaves on top. When I think of mystical cafes in the magical realism books I read, The Classic Cafe will always come to mind. Their decor gives afternoon tea vibes in the very best way, and I think it's a cute spot to check out if you want to unwind. They also generally have parking in front or in the back of their cafe, and are open later than many other cafes in the area. It's also walking distance from the Fullerton Public Library, so you can for sure grab some books and make a day of it in this neighborhood. Okay came here on a Sunday at about 1 pm, bad decision! After waiting an hour I got my food and was eating my 2:20 PM. I wouldn't mind waiting a long time for my food if the food is worth it but for me, this wasn't worth it. It was 26$ for a specialty drink and a small portion of food, both of which were average and not worth over an hour wait. I love this cafe! Came in around noon on a Sunday and it was so busy. Parking is a struggle in this area but the neighborhoods have plenty of street parking. Me and my friend were posted here for a couple of hours to yap and craft. the inside is very loud and the line is pretty continuous. There is plenty of backyard seating but we went on a hot summer afternoon so we wanted to be indoors. It did getting kinda hot inside as well when it got really busy and there were more people inside. We really liked the spicy pork and bulgogi paninis but after a few hours we got hungry again. Great outdoor and indoor spaces. A lot of space and privacy because everything is spread out. It was easy to find a private area away from people when I arrived with my two large dogs. Service was quick and they were very sweet and brought a bowl of water for my dogs. I ordered the Salted Caramel Latte Einspanner, which was good, and the bulgogi panini. This place was just a fairytale! I was able to find parking fine, down the street. It was 2 hour parking. The cafe itself was just so beautiful and full of life. There's a lot of seating, which surprised me. It's quite a big cafe! There's outdoor tables and seating as well, some shaded spots. The service was really nice! Decided to work remote today and Classic Cafe was my pick once again, for good reason - the Pesto Panini Here's a little story for the review, mistakes/accidents happen and I understand that, here's what happened... my pesto panini sandwich had pieces of ceramic in it and I thought I broke my tooth lol. Fished the piece out and it was a triangular sharp piece of whatever it was. Tossed it out and kept eating the sandwich and then again hard pieces between my teeth and what do you know, two more pieces of ceramic or whatever it was, which I decided to take a picture of which is included below. Brought it to the attention of one of the workers and she apologized and then a few minutes later Tony (the owner) comes out and refunds me and brings my friend and I two cookies along with two Ocean lemonades! Thank you Tony if you see this, I appreciate the way you handled the accident and I will still be coming back! Besides that though I ordered a Strawberry Matcha Latte and it was ready within 5 minutes. Pesto Panini for the win still, so bomb! Strawberry matcha latte 5/5 so bomb, usually the strawberry flavor in strawberry matcha lattes at other places is way too subtle, almost like there's no strawberry in it but at classic cafe, you can taste the strawberry, I believe it may be a strawberry puree? Pesto Panini 5/5 once again that crunch and there's even little perfect balance of flavors is absolutely amazing definitely would recommend ! Salted Caramel Latte Einspanner 4.3 (my friends rating) My rating was a 4/5 the salted caramel taste was not so much there it was more so of a caramel taste but maybe the house made cream masked the salted caramel taste too much.
