A great new spot right below an apartment complex! The entrance was a bit tricky to find, but it was totally worth it. Beautiful space, cute cups, and super fast service from a friendly staff. The coffee was fantastic and the rice pudding was delicious. A cozy place to get some work done or catch up with friends!
Qahwetna Coffee offers a mix of classic coffee drinks, Arab specialty drinks, lattes, matcha, and teas. Located on the 1st floor of an apartment building complex, there is some limited retail parking in the garage, about 8 to 10 spots. They have 2 patio tables outside and several tables inside. Service was friendly and helpful. Qahwah Latte ($8) - This had an infusion of dates, warm aromatics, espresso and steamed milk. The drink smooth and refreshing on a warm summer day and tasted great. Baklava ($7.50) - The pistachio baklava tasted great and had the perfect blend of sweetness. Crispy phyllo dough and plenty of a crushed pistachio filling helped to make this a stand out dessert. Overall, I enjoyed my latte and baklava. I did feel pricing was over priced for the baklava and a little high for the latte . They also have milk cake, pudding jars, and cheesecakes.
This place is a must try! The parking was honestly a little challenging but nothing impossible if you follow the directions listed on their socials. The barista who took our order was very patient and helped us with recommendations on what to order based on our preferences. I got the seasons apple latte which was a little too milk forward for me. BUT the americano my friend got was incredibly good the espresso was great, I would recommend getting that or getting an add shot if you'd like a latte where the coffee flavor comes through. We also got the strawberry shortcake dessert. I am not a cake person and i would come back just for that. The vibes inside the cafe were perfect for studying or reading. I can't wait to come back to try the Turkish style coffee when the weather cools down.
Possibly my new favorite coffee shop for my Saturday morning reading and quiet time. You park in the specified retail spots inside the structure attached to the building. The shop's interior lighting is a combination of natural sunlight and soft warm bulbs. Felt nice on my often tired eyes. There's plenty of seating. The staff were very friendly, but not effusively so. They were just nice and chill. The music selection and volume was perfect. I, honestly, don't even remember what was playing and I appreciate that. It contributed to the ambiance quite well, but wasn't so loud or distracting that it pulled me out of my novel. And lastly, the hot chai latte is one of the better ones I've had recently and the Biscoff cheesecake was . 10/10
Today was my second time going to Qahwetna and it was another good experience! It's a pretty lowkey cafe in Anaheim. There's a couple of parking spots in the garage right next to the shop labeled "retail." I think there's some other options for overflow but i'm not sure. With a row of smaller circle tables and a larger one in the middle, I've never had an issue finding a seat. It's usually not that busy, but today there was a rush of people (probably after an event/church LOL), so beware of potentially long lines. I got the pour over today and it was great! There's a lot of options with plenty of specialty drinks to choose from. Employees are nice and the space is kept tidy!

I found this place on a whim, while in the area, I was looking for a coffee and tea and this place popped up. It is located as a part of an apartment complex called ZIA Apartments. So if you find that place just drive around the front where you enter for parking and you will find it. You can park at the guest parking or around the area if allowed. I had to try their signature Iced Qahwetna Latte which just sounded and looked so good! With the notes of dates and bold coffee and cream, I could not pass on it. Along with it they had some fresh baklava and pistachio milk cake so I had to give that a shot as well. Simply said, I enjoyed everything. The coffee had nice bold flavors, and it made you want more. Everything was also presented very nicely, and especially the baklava was my favorite. They're sitting inside and outside, definitely worth a try if you are in the area.

Clean and inviting space The above is from my first visit which was weeks ago! I realize I never posted it. Finally coming by for a second try. The staff this morning are great too. Answered all of my questions and offered recommendations. This time I ordered the Turkish latte iced with whole milk and date syrup (less sweet). It's quite pricey as it came out to just over $8 (the syrup is $.50). Tastes pretty good. I was cautioned of the remnants of coffee beans on the bottom and I don't mind it as I like texture in my coffee. The less sweet modification was a good call for me as the flavor is quite strong and definitely sweet enough. Come check it out!

I thought I knew every place in the area that fit the bill, but I happened to come across this place via Yelp that I had never seen before. Looks like it just opened within the past couple months. PARKING: Parking is in the Zia parking structure next to the shop, on Lincoln Ave where it says retail and visitor parking. There's 2-hour retail parking - not a ton of spots but I haven't run into a problem finding parking yet. On their Instagram they have instructions for if the structure retail parking is full: "Use code 647850 at the gate and park on the 5th and 6th floor (Guest Parking). Take the elevator back down to the retail parking area to reach Qahwah Coffee House. To return to your car, take Elevator N°3 (located on the right when facing the gate) and enter the code: 647850#" WHAT I'VE ORDERED: Iced qahwah latte Iced qahwah matcha lattes THE DRINKS: Perfect. The date syrup they use is not overpowering, and balances perfectly with both the espresso and the matcha. The espresso was on point. But my star was the matcha.. I mean look at that color... dare I say one of my fave matchas I've had lately!! It was a bit of a sweeter matcha latte than some places, but that's how I like it. I also tried the pistachio cream cheesecake. It was pretty good, though just a little sweet. SERVICE: Amazing!!! Each time I've come here they've been very happy to answer my questions and explain menu items. VIBES: Amazing for getting work done. Here's my work-from-coffee-shop checklist: * OUTLETS: At almost every seat!! * WIFI/INTERNET: Yes, good speed * BATHROOMS: Yes, clean * WATER: You can ask for free water * VOLUME: Not too loud * SEATING AVAILABILITY: Good amount of seats. My only critique would be that the communal table is a little too close to the bench seating so was hard to slide in and out especially if others are sitting with you. * LAPTOP FRIENDLINESS: No restrictions BOTTOM LINE: I never say this lightly: I think this is my favorite coffee shop right now. It really hits all of my checklist - outlets, open late, and good drinks particularly. I was tempted to gatekeep but had to support and would love to see them grow!!

I had a wonderful experience at Qahwetna coffee. I stopped by here cause i was carving a matcha and luckily they were open late. It was a little hard to find because it's under an apartment complex and they had no sign out front. Parking is inside a structure but there's only about 3 spots for retail space parking. Inside was very clean and new. The bathroom was also really nice. They offered several tables and charging stations as well. I ordered a qawah matcha latte which has a date syrup. It was a unique flavor overall that i really did enjoy. It wasn't super sweet and the matcha was good quality. I will definitely go back when I'm in the area.

We checked out this new coffee shop, which was easy to find. Since it occupies part of the first floor of an apartment complex, there isn't much dedicated retail parking. That said, we had no trouble finding a spot on a Sunday. We ordered the Qahwetna matcha latte, pistachio latte, and seasonal apple cinnamon dirty espresso. I enjoyed the Qahwetna matcha latte, although some people may find the herbal flavors of cardamom and dates a little strong. The pistachio latte was also great and had a natural taste. The seasonal apple cinnamon dirty espresso was pretty good, though it was a little thick for our liking. The interior is fantastic, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Overall, we would definitely come back! read more

This place is sooo yummy and cute! I love supporting local businesses, especially Palestinian owned ones! I am also a sucker for any type of coffee or matcha and this place has it all! I tried their Qahwetna Matcha Latte iced and it's the perfect balance of matcha and sweetness. It tastes almost of chai and it's delicious. I also got their banana pudding in a cup which was so silky smooth and yummy. It was a perfect amount of sweetness. Their chocolate cake cup wasn't my favorite, but I also don't like chocolate like that. Their ONLY reason this isn't five stars is the parking situation. It's located inside an apartment and there are very limited parking spots. We circled like 3 times to find a spot and eventually parked in a place that maybe wasn't exactly a parking spot But besides that, I would 100% come back. The cheesecake is delicious 10/10 and the coffee was something new but it was great! Service is good too, very friendly and quick service. Ambiance is nice, very cozy, very clean and beautiful inside. read more

I have to say, this is easily one of the cutest coffee shops I've been to. Qahwah House Coffee has such a bright, welcoming vibe with tons of natural lighting and plenty of outlets, perfect if you're looking for a spot to get some work done or just relax for a bit. I ordered the Qahwah latte and the pistachio milk cake, and both were amazing. The latte had a really nice balance of coffee and sweetness, flavorful without being overpowering. And the pistachio milk cake? Out of this world. You can actually taste the pistachio in every bite, which is spectacular. Overall, such a great place to hang out, work, or catch up with someone. Since I couldn't sleep anyway I decided to talk a walk this morning and find somewhere to get a coffee and I am so glad I found this spot. It smelled amazing when I walked in, it's very cute inside and the baristas were super friendly and knowledgeable. There were a lot of coffee and tea options to choose from and they also have non-dairy milk options. I got the Turkish latte with cardamom and oat milk and it was lovely, very coffee forward with beautiful flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. They have a pistachio latte so that's definitely what I'll be trying next time. It's a Palestinian coffee shop and apparently very new to the area so be sure to stop by and show your support :) read more

On a lazy morning, I had some time to come down with my little ones and enjoy a cup of coffee. I was recommended the Qahwah Turkish latte, and it was really good. I could definitely taste the coffee grounds -- it had a strong, bold flavor (a little extra coffee, which I actually liked). The view really sets the mood in the morning -- calm, peaceful, and relaxing. The staff was upbeat and friendly, which made the whole experience even better and easier with kids. I'll definitely be back for another slow morning here. read more

The coffee is delicious, authentic and beautifully crafted. The Qahwah Latte has notes of cardamom and dates that accent the drink deliciously! The coffee shop is beautifully designed with an industrial aesthetic meets nature. The service is great! The barista was very knowledgeable of the coffee and different lattes. read more

Their drinks were so good! I got their matcha and my friend got a refresher and both were perfect! Their baklava was to die for, the perfect sweet treat! There was limited parking in the lot so it can be tough to find parking if it's busy, but there is street parking too. Service was super friendly! First impressions are always important and the warm welcome I received from the baristas in Anaheim made my morning. They answered all of my curious questions and were very helpful. I liked the ambiance -- it felt cozy and private with nice lighting. The coffee was just okay for me, but I'm probably just used to a stronger espresso taste. We went at night about an hour before closing, and while the staff was cleaning up, the strong bleach smell from mopping and wiping tables was a bit overwhelming with customers still around. read more

I saw they serve little pastries and cake jars and banana pudding! All very cute and looks tasty. What drew me in was finally seeing tables and chairs outside so I knew they were open for business ! Came in today Qahwah Matcha Latte hot and I did mention I like my drinks on the sweeter side so they did accommodate that. Their service was great and answered any questions and gave recommendations. The Inside is beautiful, it looks like the perfect place to catch up with friends or study. It's cozy vibe with a clean aesthetic. I feel the only thing holding me back from 5 stars is their pricing it's pretty high for what I'm used to paying at other coffee shops. And I will say I do think it's because they use very high quality ingredients. I wanted to try desserts but I felt I could t justify paying another $7-9 for a very small dessert on top of an expensive drink that was in a small cup. Running into someone outside they also felt it was expensive. Not sure if it's just us who thinks that on the prices but I'd still recommend it to people to try for themselves(: at the end of the day it's just my honest opinion! read more

Beautiful atmosphere, delicious desserts, and amazing coffee! We tried the Turkish coffee, lattes, baklava, and desserts, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The presentation was elegant, the café was very clean and relaxing, and the staff was kind and welcoming. A perfect place to enjoy coffee and spend quality time with family and friends. I absolutely love this place! It's a special thing when anything you get is top notch. I started off with an iced americano (delicious) and Iced Qahwah Latte (HIGHLY suggest this one, it's unique and not too sweet but delicious). I then tried a couple of their matches (they use very high quality matcha, you can tell!). I usually go for a normal matcha latte, but I tried some of their specialty matchas and I was SO happy I did. They have some really great flavors that complement the matcha really well. And also very knowledgeable baristas if you don't know what you want to try! I highly suggest trying their signature menu items, they have wonderful house made syrups and sauces that are amazing (Pistacio sauce, Qahwah syrup)! Their treats are also delicious, I tried the banana pudding and it was great! (Also I'm a sucker for cute cups) I am a person that will drive an hour for good coffee/matcha and this is definitely worth the trip :) read more

Had the opportunity to stumble upon this coffee shop and ordered a Qahwah Latte (amazing!), a Spanish Latte, banana, tiramisu, and strawberry pudding. Everything tasted amazing! Great ambiance and service. Will come again! read more
