I opted for the galbijjim eggs benedict, since I have never seen an eggs benedict using the galbijjim meat. It was so tender and tasted amazing with the hollandaise and poached egg. Everything was cooked perfectly! We also shared the ube brulee brick french toast, which was super pretty, but not much ube. I think if they add ube to the custard or even thicken the syrup and add ube in the drizzle, then that might make it more true to the name. But otherwise it was delicious and a good dish to share between the table instead of a main dish. The Big Breakfast Plate was perfect for my husband and kids to share, since it's plenty of food with three different proteins! I ordered the Dubai chocolate latte to drink, but it wasn't really anything special. When it came out, it just looked like a regular latte.
