Decided to stop in here one morning after dropping into target. The food coming out looked amazing. I got the Kitch Scramble. When I received my plate it looked delicious but when I dug more into it the eggs were very watery in the center and the hash browns seemed more and more either raw or maybe they had sat there for awhile. More towards the center didn't seem cooked and the outside seemed firm from air exposure. Also they are cashless so be prepared to use a card .

This is my second time at Kitch Cafe. Was not sure about it the first time I saw it but when I tell you that it did not disappoint, I mean it. They have a lunch menu with great selections and even better prices. I had their Kalji tacos. Two delicious tacos and kimchi fried rice. It was everything you would expect. This time, I enjoyed their Brisket Sando. The sandwhich included smoked brisket, sautéed mushrooms and onion, and brie with an egg your way on a salt & pepper brioche bun. For my side, I had potatoes with bell pepper. Everything about my sando was made just perfect and full of flavor. The location is just right with ample seating inside and outside. They also sell breakfast plates both sweet and savory. Their is plenty of parking since it's inside a shopping center. They offer great deals and drinks as well. Ordering is easy. You can do it at the cash register or from your table by scanning the QR code. Service is great and the food is even better.

    Brisket Breakfast Burrito

One of the best burritos I've ever had. They had such a wide menu that I had a hard time deciding what to order! Will definitely return to try some of their sweeter foods and their matcha drinks! Food 10/10 I ordered the Smoked Brisket Burrito. It had potatoes, brisket meat, eggs, bacon, small pieces of bell peppers, etc. Brisket was a tad dry, but I didn't mind. The only thing I would change is to order a second green sauce which was also yummy and only had a mild spice which was perfect for me. Service 10/10 Friendly, attentive, and joyful service. Atmosphere 9/10 Clean, quiet, brunch spot with lots of natural lighting. In a plaza with cafes, other eateries, and a Barnes and Noble! I went with a friend around 1:30pm and there were only a few other groups there.

I wanted to love this place but seems like every time we have been here the customer service was off. We been here twice which was enough that left a bad taste. The food was good but nothing special. I don't think we will be coming back unless the customer service changes. 3 stars because it was convenient since we were going to Barnes & Noble.

This is a Korean inspired breakfast/brunch spot. Definitely an awesome find, there were so many different drinks and dishes that I wanted to try! I opted for the galbijjim eggs benedict, since I have never seen an eggs benedict using the galbijjim meat. It was so tender and tasted amazing with the hollandaise and poached egg. Everything was cooked perfectly! We also shared the ube brulee brick french toast, which was super pretty, but not much ube. I think if they add ube to the custard or even thicken the syrup and add ube in the drizzle, then that might make it more true to the name. But otherwise it was delicious and a good dish to share between the table instead of a main dish. The Big Breakfast Plate was perfect for my husband and kids to share, since it's plenty of food with three different proteins! I ordered the Dubai chocolate latte to drink, but it wasn't really anything special. When it came out, it just looked like a regular latte. I could tell they just used a pistachio syrup, so I was just hoping there was going to be a little bit more to it, like toppings or a cream on top. The drink flavors sounded so good so I'm hoping I just ordered a bad one. Service was really great, and I definitely would come back again despite the drink being a little less than favorable!

I will start off by saying the item I had planned on getting was no longer on the menu, so that was a bummer. I ended up going with the brisket burrito and I was not a fan of it. It was not what I was expecting, and was VERY sweet. :( The marshmallow treat I got was delicious, though. Everyone elses food looked really good, and their salsa was good! We were not offered refills on coffee until we were getting up to leave. It was an interesting experience, not sure if I would rush back but if I do return I will definitely try something else. Parking was ok during the early morning but seems as if it can get scarce during busy times.

Great food and drinks! Cute cafe spot, order at counter or at table. Lots of fusion brunch foods. Brisket breakfast burrito was really good!! Also ordered their french toast. Excited to try their ube french toast next time. Vanilla latte was solid. Matcha was a little bland.

If you're looking for a spot that nails both the aesthetic and the flavor, Kitch Coffee & Cuisine is it. I recently had a meal here, and every dish was a standout. The Highlights: Soufflé Pancakes: These are the stars of the show. Incredibly fluffy, light, and airy--they practically melt in your mouth. Topped with fresh strawberries and a dusting of powdered sugar, they are as delicious as they are "Instagrammable." Breakfast Burrito: This is a hearty, well-executed classic. It's packed with high-quality ingredients, perfectly toasted on the outside, and served with a side of salsa verde that adds just the right amount of kick. Matcha Latte: Not only was the heart-shaped latte art beautiful, but the matcha itself was high-grade--vibrant, smooth, and not overly sweet.

I've passed by this place a few times when trying out other spots in this plaza and its always packed when I pass by. Finally had a chance to check it out and I love that there's outdoor seating. It was a beautiful day so we went inside, ordered and went outside to sit. We got the nutella souffle pancake, the biscoff banana brulee brick french toast (a mouthful lol), the breakfast smashburger & brisket breakfast burrito. The food was good but nothing that made me say "WOW I gotta come back". If i was already in the area & didn't have any other place I want to try then maybe i'd come back, but I think i'm okay with coming here once.

the service was incredible. all the workers are very nice and lovely. we went on a saturday so it was very busy, but the vibe was definitely immaculate. i didn't love love the shakshuka that much, it was too little eggs . i wouldn't get it again. the galbi burger was crazy good. didn't love harshbrown as a side because it was so dry, but the burger itself omg. i didn't love either the lemonade matcha or the citron espresso tonic so maybe i'll try latte or something else next time. i would only go back for the vibe only, not the food itself.

We are looking a place for bunch and this place pop up. It was pack on a Tuesday 11am, so I have high expectation. Unfortunately, food and drink are just average, if not below. We ordered coconut cloud matcha and banana matcha. The coconut drink was like coconut water with no flavor of matcha and the banana matcha taste only match and no banana flavor. In term of food, the spicy pork belly taco is well seasoning, but lack of spicy. I wish they added some type if slaw on top, it would enhance the dish. Kimchi fried rice on the side was are lack of depth. The waffle from Nutella waffle tasted old and not freshly made. We have to ask for our utensils since there isn't any around. The positive thing of this place is that they have extended menu so maybe we just didn't order it right. Our cashier seems also seems friendly. This place deserve 2.5 stars but we rounding it up to 3.

Really wanted to like this place but it's brunch food was unfortunately subpar. We ordered a kalbi Benedict and brisket burrito and both were so sad... the Benedict's poached egg was really running and undercooked, and its muffin was not really toasted. And the burritos rice was also undercooked. We waited more than 20 mins for our food and everything was undercooked. The manager did apologize and comp us Nutella fluffy pancake, really nice of them. The sitting area was nice and chill, and we were able to walk to Barnes Nobles right after brunch which is a huge plus. The tallow fries were pretty good though, and although we haven't tried their coffee they seemed good too.

this is a good place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch to enjoy by yourself, as a duo, or a small group! it's a pay before you sit down type of restaurant. luckily there was no line when i went. you get your food within about 20-30 minutes and with it being a weekday, the service was a little slow. i had to ask for utensils that didn't come with our food and had to go up to the counter to ask for extra plates after not receiving them when i asked. regardless of slow service, the workers were always so kind every time i interacted with them and i just understood that it's probably not as well staffed on a weekday compared to a weekend! since i went a little later in the day, a few items were sold out so definitely go earlier for items like the steak and eggs or shakshuka. the french toast was so delicious. probably my favorite item and the sweetness was the perfect amount without being way too sweet. they offer butters, jams, and syrups on the side if you want to add more. the loaded fries were yummy but i wish the fries itself were crispier to last longer against the sauce and cheese since it got soggy quickly. the loco moco was decent, the eggs were cooked perfectly but the beef patty was just okay and there wasn't that much gravy compared to other loco moco's i've had in the past. overall, good place to eat at. i would definitely come back to try out other food items since they have so many fusion breakfast/brunch/lunch items! i do think their sweet items may be better than their savory items. for the drinks, i loved the banana biscoff latte so much. it had a strong biscoff flavor with a subtle banana flavor and the espresso was very balanced with the sweetness of the drink. the strawberry matcha was more like strawberry milk with a hint of matcha. would definitely choose the lattes over matcha here!

The cakes here are incredible. My husband and I ordered the Iraqi Karak Tea, Hot Lime Tea, Biscoff Cake, and Pistachio Chocolate Cake. The hot lime tea was warm, comforting, and had a slight tartness that I really enjoyed. The only thing I would note is that it may not be the ideal pairing with their desserts because the tea itself is also fairly sweet. As for the cakes, both were fantastic. The Biscoff Cake was honestly one of the best cakes I've ever eaten. It was rich without being too greasy, perfectly balanced, and the Biscoff flavor came through beautifully. The Pistachio Chocolate Cake was also a huge winner, with a great combination of nutty pistachio and decadent soft chocolate flavors. We came for a casual meetup and left talking about the desserts the entire drive home. Price: Prices were very reasonable considering the quality. Tea drinks are generally around $4-6, while specialty cakes such as the Biscoff Cake and Pistachio Cake are about $12-14 per slice. Overall, expect to spend around $15-20 per person if you're getting drinks AND dessert, which feels like a great value given how impressive the cakes were. Ambiance: The café has a cozy neighborhood feel and serves as a nice place to sit down, catch up with friends, and enjoy Iraqi tea and desserts. My partner's burrito was also wrong (pico she'd asked to have removed), but by then the 40-minute wait had made her late for work. When I asked for a refund on her incorrect meal, I was told they couldn't refund it "because she left." When I asked to leave written feedback: "we don't accept written feedback." Manager? Not in. Manager's phone number? Don't have it. But here's what pushed this from bad service to abominable: there is no way to hold this place accountable. At no point did anyone acknowledge a mistake had been made or make any real attempt to fix it- every wrong order was met with a shrug and the expectation that I'd just live with it. When I asked to leave written feedback, I was told they don't accept it. When I asked for the manager, they weren't in. When I asked for a manager's phone number or someone to contact, the employee "didn't have access to that." A business that serves people with food allergies MUST have a way for customers to flag problems in real time and reach management. This place has built a system where mistakes can't be reported, refunds can't be issued, and no one is responsible for anything. To be clear, this isn't on the line staff - one employee clearly hadn't been given the language support or training to succeed, and that's a management failure. The other younger employee was just incompetent and unhelpful, even though she was clearly aware of the requests. If you advertise allergen accommodations, you have to execute them, label them, and answer for it when you don't. Until this place fixes its ordering system, its labeling, and its total lack of accountability, spend your money literally anywhere else.

Unfortunately, that turned into over an hour--with no updates from staff during that time. What made it worse was that we only found out after we had already paid that the kitchen was backed up. That's something customers deserve to know upfront so they can decide whether they're willing to wait. We were also there with a baby who needed to go down for a nap, which made the long, unexpected delay even more difficult. On top of that, they had already run out of matcha and the menu was extremely limited, which was disappointing considering that's one of the main draws of a place like this. Overall, poor communication and lack of transparency really ruined the experience. I understand delays happen, but being upfront and managing expectations would have made a huge difference. Extremely disappointed. We went to this place a long time ago when they first opened and remembered them having a more extensive menu and it being far better. Sad to see that this place has gone downhill. My family and I will definitely not be coming back again.

I was impressed with how the owners and staff were celebrating with us! Typically, you get people "fake humoring" otakus at other shops, not here. The staff are so much fun, the lady who was calling out orders gave me Asian auntie vibes. The drinks were very tasty, I've never tried a smoothie with cheese. It was very light and gently used to provide a unique flavor. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area! 4Seasons has a couple of crane games and raffles during cupsleeve events. There's room for a few tables at the center of the shop. It's better to visit with a group!

By far one of the worst cafes I've been to. I'm genuinely confused how this place has such high…read moreratings compared to even other cafe spots. It's concerning. 100% do not recommend coming if you're looking for a cafe with good drinks. Reviews are heavily glazed. First time coming for a pop up and I waited 4 hours in the heat. I ordered the strawberry peach smoothie and I even asked for it to be less sweet/50% and it ended up tasting like diabetes in a cup. Way more sweeter than even my friends drink???? which they didn't even ask for any adjustments either. Clearly they don't honor what the customer wants and most if not all is just cheap syrup. Everyone was nice in terms of customer service except the owner. She has the audacity to tell everyone in the crowd "everyone having a good time? Anyone angry?! GOOD! Because today is a big day so everyone should be happy no angry!!" Try standing in the 90 degrees of heat for 4 hours first. The pure pressure to just say that to make everyone "have a good time" is crazy. Yeah it's a big day but doesn't mean you did a great job for your customers to be happy out in the sun like that. Poorly managed and could've provided shade and more water to people who were waiting in line in the heat. The drinks were a huge disappointment and honestly the menu itself was a red flag. Instead of trying to maximize everything to be cheap, try updating the look of the menu at least please because the menu itself looked really ragged up and dirty despite it being laminated. The AC was non existent, even my car blew cooler air which is crazy, for a place that has held many pop up events, they seems to just want to maximize everything instead of actually taking care of their customers. Props to the artists and helpers for trying their best to make the event fun, but in regards to the cafe specifically, I would not recommend. The pop ups are heavily carrying this cafe. I'd rather go to Quickly than to drink anything from here. Stop glazing this place with the 5 star reviews because it's obvious why, the pop up carried it. Not the food/drinks itself. I would rather not spend my money to a place that is cheap with their customers.

This is really just a friendly note to management. The only thing that turned a great experience into an uncomfortable one was the tipping screen. The suggested options started at 22% and climbed from there. I'm all for tipping, and I appreciate when businesses make it easy with reasonable options. But when the lowest suggested tip starts above and beyond a "normal" amount, it feels less like a suggestion and more like pressure. At 35%, I half expected someone to be outside washing my car while my espresso was pulling. I'd definitely recommend this place for the coffee and pastries. I just hope they reconsider the default tip suggestions. I think that small change would make the experience as enjoyable at the register as it is everywhere else.
