As for drinks, I've tried both their matcha and coffee on separate visits, and unfortunately, I'd say they're a miss. For my 2 meals, I ordered their meatloaf and their chimichurri smoked tri-tip. Meatloaf, 2.5/5: For the portion size, it's on the smaller size, akin to a lunch portion rather than dinner size. I could taste fires were fried in tallow, as advertised, but there were multiple burnt ends that leaves a bitter taste to an otherwise decent fry. The meatloaf was savory, moist, and meaty, but it was otherwise one note. I couldn't taste the advertised smoky flavors, and the spices used were mild. The onion-mushroom gravy added umami, but I wish there was more mushroom to add texture. The salad was mostly arugula with hardly any salad dressing. Smoked tri-tip plate, 2.5/5: The fries and salad were the same as described above. The portion size was also very modest for a dinner plate. The tri-tip was savory but i couldn't taste any smoky flavors. The steak was also chewy and difficult to cut with the provided butter knife. The chimichurri sauce was also a tad too acidic for how lean tri-tip is. Overall, I am glad to have tried this place and really did enjoy the overall vibe. When I went to the counter to ask for an ETA, the staff member said she would check with the kitchen. The menu is pretty versatile and definitely show shows a lot of Korean inspired breakfast food which was cool. They have so many drink options. It was kind of hard to pick but we ended up going with the banana Biscoff latte and it was one of the best banana Biscoff lattes I've ever had! It's definitely on the sweeter side so if you prefer your lattes less sweet, I would ask her do less sweet if possible. But the French toast tasted like the latte but with so delicious. We also shared a breakfast burrito with bacon, and the salsa was a great compliment to it. All the servers were super sweet and nice. Front counter wait staff is friendly, as are the food runners for the outside tables. I was a bit confused because when they sat us they didn't tell us to place the order via our phones, so we sat a few minutes waiting to have our order taken until we saw the QR code on the table. There were some mods I wanted to make on my order that I wrote on the app but the food runners was nice enough to check to make sure the mods were ok to be made by the kitchen. The coffee and tea drinks were very delicious. The variety of meats and the quality of them were great. I wish I had read the ube french toast reviews ahead of ordering it or I would have ordered something else. The ube syrup was so sparse and so thin that it basically dries up and paints a faint watercolor purple on the plate. Not having a syrup or sauce really emphasized the fact that the blocks of french toast were very dry without it. There were several reviewers on here who mentioned the same thing about the ube french toast, up to 9+ months ago and owner mentioned they are working on improving it. Might be best to just remove it from the menu until the improvements are made on it, save some patrons from the disappointment. That being said, I will definitely be back for more to try since there are a handful of other items on the menu I would still like to try. I am still giving them 5 stars because I blame me for not reading the french toast reviews in advance. I would have given them 4.5 but the app doesn't allow for half stars which is too bad. read more

We did experience a lil mix-up with how we wanted the matcha soufflé pancakes served, so we kinda had to DIY it. To keep it simple: 1. The food will take really long to come out. We ordered 2 items, and they came out at different times (30 and 40 minutes after ordering) 2. The price for the quality/quantity is mediocre. I believe my total for a breakfast burrito, French toast, and americano was $37.50 but the amount of food wouldn't even fill one person. The brisket inside the burrito also tasted too overcooked and just hard and crunchy. 3. There is a sub charge of $0.50 per egg "due to the egg shortage" and i was charged $2 more on my burrito which def did not contain 4 eggs. if i held 4 scrambled eggs in my hand, it would've been much larger than the entire burrito itself.
