It's very standard fare at standard pricing. It gets the job done if you're hungry. I was sad to see a piece of bacon in what was supposed to be a vegetarian selection. I didn't complain because they were busy, but I do wish they'd be more careful because it had me dissecting the rest of my omelette with insecurity about the contents. On the plus side, the fruit cups have more than just melon in them: pineapple, strawberry, orange and green melon, blueberries, and blackberries. Solid mix. It was strange to me that I had to ask for jelly to go with my sourdough toast. We also had to go up to the front where you order to get water refills. I came back here with a friend a little before noon, and we both really enjoyed the dishes we got! Like last time, the workers were very kind and friendly. I got the Outlaw Burger, and I was very impressed by the presentation of it. There were onion rings stacked inside, and they were really tasty. The onions were soft and delicious. First time here and will 100% be back. Service was very friendly and food was very yummy. We had the breakfast bowl and the breakfast skillet, upgrading to get a humongous tasty pancake addition. So much food that we couldn't finish it and needed a doggie bag. The decor inside is super cute, very airy, open with lots of seating. This place has been a staple for me since it first opened. Today the service was really welcoming. We chose where to sit and ordered at the front, and the friendly waitresses came by occasionally to refill our coffees and waters. I got the breakfast bowl, which was delicious and a pretty good portion of food. My mom got the biscuits and gravy, which came out slightly burnt and she thought the biscuits were too sweet. I've been living in the city for about eight years now, and always would pass by it but thought it was somehow part of the community college across the street. When you walk in, it's a really big dining room space however, once you find a place to sit, you check out the menu and go up and purchase your food at the register. They have a small menu, which is pretty basic and to the point. As I walked around, I noticed everybody's food which looked delicious. I ordered the BLTA, and my friend ordered the breakfast with one waffle. I will say this...the bummer about my order was to find out that I had to pay separately for salsa, which was almost 5 dollars for both red and green. The food was good, the bacon on my sandwich was thick and yummy. The service was very quick, kind, and attentive as well. I ended up paying about $50 with tip, which is not too bad for breakfast but I feel it could've been a little cheaper for what we got. Overall, it's a cute place, the food is tasty but nothing to get me running back too fast. Would I go there again? Sure if somebody specifically asked me to. Am I dying to go back, not so much. But I honestly didn't feel like finishing my food because I kept drowning my food with syrup to taste better. The waffles are big but felt like it was really dry. The hot honey was only on the chicken part which was fine and tasted good. The service was fast but also kind of awkward they had so many servers just standing there but when we would try to get someone's attention or just plainly say what we needed even raising our hands it was a lot of hesitation to come over and help. This is a dishonest establishment. I ordered food from the menu for my family and the menu price was less than the price on my receipt. When I brought it to the attention of the cashier, she basically said her manager configured the new prices in their system and she can't honor the menu price, which was $2 less. She then asked if I want to just cancel my food. So instead of honoring the menu price, which was clear, she suggested I cancel my order altogether and refused to change the price to match the advertised menu price. I understand that costs are increasing, but I feel it's wrong to charge a customer a higher price than what is on their menu. I ordered in person at the restaurant. If you want to increase your prices, at least take the time to update your menu price as well. This is false advertisement and it's wrong. I won't even mention the price from their online menu, which is also way less. It shows this establishment has hiked their prices up substantially in the last year or two.
