Instead of toast, I upgraded my side to a Roy's Ricotta Pancake
Kris G.

This seems to be a very a chill, casual place. There's parking in the back, as well as street parking. They hand you menus when you walk in & tell you it's open seating. When you're ready to order, you go to the counter to order & pay. The food was good, hazelnut latte was tasty, service was fast & pretty friendly. I met a friend there to catch up & they let us sit there for a couple hours - We were aware & made sure no one needed our table though! The oddest thing happened... a guy came in, ordered & sat down. I can only guess that he just worked out cuz, as he was waiting for his food, he put his foot up on top of the backrest of a dining chair & proceeded to massage his leg with a massage gun. Then of course did the other leg. Oh and while doing so, he played music from his iPhone very loudly, to cover up background music playing in the restaurant. -- Is this what people are doing now?

Best chilaquiles i have had in a long time

Had breakfast on Friday with my wife. The Food was great and the service was friendly and efficient. We have been here before and will be back for a meal when we are back in the area

Fullerton staple!! This is a quaint place, really precious! The menu offers a variety of great options! My favorite item are the Chilaquiles, they're truly delicious! Parking can be a little tight during busy hours but there is available street parking.

My friends and I enjoyed a delicious brunch here! the employees and really friendly, and despite being super crowded on a Saturday morning - our party of 6 was seated quickly. Very cute and cozy environment! You order at the counter and then the food is delivered to you. Our meals were a reasonable size, and came out fast as well. The only downside is that there only seems to be street parking, which can be a struggle on weekends.

This place has been a staple for me since it first opened. Today the service was really welcoming. We chose where to sit and ordered at the front, and the friendly waitresses came by occasionally to refill our coffees and waters. I got the breakfast bowl, which was delicious and a pretty good portion of food. My mom got the biscuits and gravy, which came out slightly burnt and she thought the biscuits were too sweet. The hashbrowns were also too greasy for her. However, the egg turned out perfectly and the gravy was tasty. Overall, it was a nice experience for a quieter neighborhood brunch spot. It's cute inside, clean, and has a quirky, local vibe.

Came here for breakfast as we were in the area. The place decent. The horchata coffee wasn't the best it was too sweet and too chalky and my burrito had too much potato. I felt as if I was eating a potato burrito. Salsa that came with it was good though.

I ordered BLT and grilled cheese sandwiches this time and both were excellent! Sour dough perfectly toasted with generous portion of sweet potato fries! Matcha latte was great pair

Avocado Toast

Key Notes: - Quick Service - Use street parking - Great Food I ordered the Chilaquiles, Avocado Toast, and Banana Walnut Pancakes The Chilaquiles were very good, crunchy chips with flavorful salsa that had a nice kick to it. I had no complaints on this dish I would recommend to order this. The Avocado toast was a bit pricey but I was very good. The egg was cooked to perfection and there was a good amount avocado. I would also recommend to order this. The pancakes were pretty similar to most places, but overall they were good and a nice size. I wish it had more banana slices though. I am giving this place a four star instead of a five because we had to go flag down and employee for a refill on our drinks. We basically ate our whole meal without a drink. The Service was super quick, the staff is friendly, and it seems like everything on the menu is delicious. The ambiance is casual and The parking is very minimal, so just use the nearest street parking right infront of the restaurant. Overall this would be a good option for your next brunch

Great service! Pleasantly surprised by how attentive the staff were. Food came out very fast also! You walk in and order at the counter. Seat yourself in the dining area. They give you a number, and they bring the food to your table. I wanted to try a bit of everything at this cafe. We stuck with mostly breakfast items and one lunch/ dinner item. All were delicious. French Toast 10/10 The French Toast was fantastic! It tasted so good. The bread was cooked well and nice, thick slices. It was dusted with powdered sugar and topped with fresh fruits. The fruits were very good on top. I splashed some syrup on this, and it was a great breakfast. Biscuit and Gravy Breakfast 10/10 My husband loved this so much. He kept raving about the gravy and biscuits. You get a huge biscuit lol My husband is so picky about gravy and judges a breakfast cafe by how well they do their gravy. He was impressed. That's a win lol Nachos 10/10 These were great! Fantastic chips, they were freshly made. The queso cheese is absolutely addicting!!! We were licking that off the plate lol It was so good and cheesy. Loved the nachos. The black beans and tomatoes were very good. Just needed some guacamole. Would order that again! Side of two eggs 7/10 The eggs were cooked all the way through. The eggs tasted a bit slimy. I wasn't a fan. I wanted sunny side up eggs, but they were just not cooked enough. Side of avocado 7/10 It was brown in color and had a mushy texture. It didn't taste well either. Not good. I get it through; avocado can be ripe one minute and brown the next lol Side of hash brown 10/10 Huge plate of hash! It was cooked really well. Crispy on the top and greasy. Delicious hash brown! I'd order that again. Overall, wonderful experience. We will be back! :)

I have mixed feelings about the service, but the food was delicious! The first lady to take my order seemed in a rush with how fast she was taking my order, even though no one else was in line, and the other customers were already done eating. I felt a little frazzled and couldn't get my order right. After that, she was nice when bringing out our food. Later on, a younger staff member came and she was fantastic and friendly. I got the traditional breakfast and green tea latte. The food was definitely filling! The green tea was alright; it wasn't as sweet as I'd like. Overall, the place was very cute and spacious, and I like the mismatched furniture which adds to the charm.

We came here for breakfast. It's a cute little cafe. You order at the counter and they bring you your food. They do check on you but I don't really like this method. If they check on you and bring you water and condiments and food then I feel like they should just take your order at your table. We ordered the chicken and waffles. This comes with hot honey maple sauce and breaded chicken. Served over 2 house made waffles. Pretty good! We also ordered the biscuit and gravy breakfast which came with 2 eggs your way, hash browns, housemade Discur topped with country gravy. This was just okay to me. For myself... I have a slight obsession with omelets so I got the Veggie Omelette which came with Spinach, portobello mushrooms, red onions, and Monterey cheese. I got the hash brown as a side. I also got sourdough toast. This was really good! I love all the veggies! Their hash browns is super good! Very crispy which I like. For coffee, we got caramel macchiato... this was just okay. Their portions are good sizes and I do like their food. Not sure I will be back because there are other breakfast places I like better! All in all.... it was a good experience.

Amazing cute little cafe food amazing workers so lovely and kind food is great dog friendly outside seating Maria and Stacy are so nice and kind

It can be loud during breakfast hours on the weekends because of how busy it can get. I like the tables and chairs used though, feels like your at home.

Came with a large group 9 of us in total and we made a reservation at opening just to be safe but it wasn't very packed. Food slowly started coming as it arrived, brussel sprouts, potatoes, which whatever the sauce on the bottom of those potatoes SHEESH FIRE! Food slowly arrived and everyone enjoyed what they ordered and shared so we could all try a little bit of everything as it arrived. It wasn't that anything was bad it was that nothing really was a home run. The food was good the service was fine but when your spending what griffins is saying their food is worth in my opinion the details matter that much more and once again it's not that anything was bad it just wasn't as elevated as the price point.

Your best bet is free valet, with tip of course. French Onion Soup -soo good. Gruyere was plenty and perfectly melted. Hokkaido Scallops -scallops were cooked perfectly, tender and silky. Pecans in the sauce added just the right amount of texture. We dipped out commentary sourdough into the sauce and it was perfection. Bone Marrow Mac n' Cheese -really cheesy but not overpowering, paired well with the decadent bone marrow. However, it was a bit heavy that we ended up taking the rest to-go. Summit House Cut (10 oz Prime Rib)- we ordered all around medium and our server made sure it was perfect before setting it down. She was understanding and willing to bring it back if the wellness wasn't to our desire. Tender and as expected however, we did end up asking for more au jus as it wasn't enough. Sides that came with Prime Rib weren't my favorite but they were decent. Creamed spinach not much flavor, liked the creamed corn better. Yorkshire popover was not that great, a bit too crisp on the outside that it seemed dried. Our table asked for au jus poured overtop and it helped a bit but still quite dry. English Trifle -syrup that cake is soaked in made it quite sweet. If you don't like wet mushy cakes you won't like this. Caramelized almond brittle helps bring in some extra texture.

It comes with an entire 1 oz container of caviar with crumb fresh, chicken nuggets with crown fresh smoked trout caviar and chives, spicy ahi tuna wonton chip, mini lobster rolls, kettle chips, shrimp cocktail shooters, wagyu sliders, and chicken Caesar salad skewers. Down the Rabbit Hole at STORY -- Anaheim Hills…read more If you've ever wanted to fall straight into Wonderland, STORY in Anaheim Hills is your rabbit hole. From the moment I walked in, I was enchanted -- plush tufted velvet booths in dreamy blues, cascading candlestick chandeliers, walls lined with vintage books, and the most whimsical tablescapes I've ever seen. A teapot-and-teacup candelabra dripping with flowers and pocket watches greeted us like something straight off the Mad Hatter's table. Curiosity encouraged, reality optional, indeed. Half the fun was the crowd -- patrons in their finest hats and full Wonderland regalia, everyone leaning into the magic. The black-and-white spiral placemats and mismatched rose-painted china made every corner Instagram gold. We did the **Mad Hatter's Tea ($40 per guest)**, and it delivered both on theme and on flavor. The presentation arrives on a gleaming gold three-tiered stand, and there's a delightful Asian-fusion twist woven through the classic high-tea lineup: - **Goat & feta cheese pinwheels** -- pink whipped goat cheese with roasted beet purée, Genoa salami, and arugula in a spinach tortilla, finished with balsamic and honey drizzle. As pretty as they were tasty. - **Tea sandwiches** -- delicate chicken salad, egg salad, ham & dijon, and cucumber & cream cheese. - **Mozzarella, cantaloupe & prosciutto skewers** -- fresh and light. - **Freshly baked scones, danishes, and buttermilk biscuits** with whipped honey butter and strawberry jam -- warm, flaky, and exactly what high tea should be. - A sizzling **garlic shrimp skillet** with charred lemon and toasted bread that we added on -- savory and satisfying. And the theatrical touches! Each guest gets a **Tea Forté** selection (the Green Mango Peach and White Ginger Pear were lovely), a glass of sparkling wine, and a darling little **"Drink Me" potion bottle** to share -- a perfect Wonderland flourish. STORY is more than a meal; it's an experience. Whether you're celebrating, planning a girls' day, or just want to escape into something beautiful, put on your favorite hat and come play. We'll absolutely be back.
