Palapas Que Huevos is a good spot to try out. I loved the customer service and did enjoy my meal. One thing I will say is the asada wont be everyone's favorite. It's tough to chew and not the greatest. But everything else we ordered was tasty! The flan was delicious and perfect for someone with a sweet tooth. Breakfast is served ALL DAY! Presentation was great, service was outstanding. Food was lack luster. We had the chili relleno, and chilaquiles, added extra eggs and pork carnitas. Salsas where fire! The staff was friendly and welcoming but only 1 waitress working for entire duration of our food. Luckily it wasn't crazy busy but food did take a while. Good portions in every plate. The food was decent and different. They have a chilaquiles torta, birria or poblano plate. Burrito had good rice and well-seasoned carne asada. Horchata was refillable as well as sweet. My nose still feels runny from the salsa verde. The ceviche was more like shrimp cocktail, which was also on the menu. This place used to be a taco joint that we used to frequent often when it first opened. We were craving chilaquiles and this spot came up. They have a good variety of chilaquiles options: different sauces and proteins. We got the chilaquiles verdes cremosos with carnitas and the poblano breakfast. Poblanos are mildly spicy but full of flavor. They were served over a corn tamal that was so delicious and reminded me of the corn tamales from my little town in Mexico (Guerrero state). These tamales don't have any filling but are so delicious! Their beans were tasty as well. They are very generous with the protein. We also tried their cafe de olla. Loved the spices on it but it was a little too sweet for my taste. My husband asked to top his with regular coffee and that's how he fixed that problem. Server kept checking on us and made sure we had everything we needed. This is a great place to visit if you're craving chilaquiles. I have to say this place is amazing. My wife and I come to eat lunch or dinner each time we are in town visiting our daughter. Their Carne Asada has one of the best seasonings I've had at a Mexican Restaurant. The flavors on the tacos and nachos are amazing. Oh and my wife loves their shrimp tacos, specifically El Gobernador which the tortilla is crispy and the seasoning on the shrimp is amazing. The Sopes are some of the tastiest Sopes we've had. The portions are perfect and enough to get someone full. The place is clean, fresh and the staff is very friendly. Oh the chile is spicy just like it should be for those who love hot and spicy chile. After seeing so many good reviews about this place I was excited to try it out. I was greeted with a smile. The server was attentive. The place was empty but the server stated she had just gotten over a rush. When I received my food I was very disappointed. The meat was tough and had no flavor. It tastes like it was reheated in a microwave. It had a lot of fat. My tortillas were hard. After receiving my bill I noticed that I was charged different than what the menu stated. I questioned the server about it and she said I could call or come back the following day to speak to a manager as she was alone. I definitely will not be returning to this place. I decided to try the place next door to take food home and the same thing happened. I was charged a different amount than what was stated on the menu. I definitely will be contacting weights and measures on the whole business complex as it seems they are scamming people. If you don't pay attention to your bill you would never know. There chips bad like they've been sitting out all day. Tacos horrid like shi my 1 yr old could honestly make better ones. The huevos divorciados bad tastes like it came out of a frozen bag. This is my favorite Mexican food brunch spot in OC! I'm so glad I found this place on Yelp. I absolutely love love LOVE their chilaquiles a la Diabla with some mimosas on the side. It's so hard finding a place that serves SPICY chilaquiles and their a la Diabla ones are perfect for people like me who love SPICY food. Their customer service is amazing too! Every time I've gone with my boyfriend the waiters are all extremely friendly and do an amazing job. I bragged about this place to my mom and finally had time to take her Sunday morning and she absolutely loved the food and service. Came on my lunch with coworkers and ordered the breakfast burrito with NO beans. The breakfast burrito I got was not only with beans inside, but it was so oily it dripped when I picked it up. The server offered a discount and big shocker. It was 2 dollars off. You did offer to remake the burrito but my coworkers had all received their food and I didn't want the to wait. We stopped in for a late lunch and we were not disappointed. We have wanted to stop in for a while now and I'm glad we did. I tried the steak quesito palapa and baja fish taco. Both were amazing. Expecting a great breakfast this morning since I have been to this location before and got the quesabirria tacos which were great but today I am sadly disgusted with the food . I got the chilaquiles with eggs and steak and It was just bad . I am not sure if the chef did not taste the food he is making but it had no flavor . The beans , steak and the potatoes no flavor . I had to basically add salt like 4 times just to get flavor . The steak was hard and had to chew it like 50 times just to even eat it . My son got the molcaguete and that was the same . The tacos were delicious, and everything was reasonably priced. For vegetarians, they offer mushroom tacos and bean-and-cheese burritos. The mushroom tacos were really good--not quite as good as Cha Cha's, but still very tasty. The bean-and-cheese burrito was okay; it was a little dry, but not bad. The rest of my family enjoyed their tacos, which were mostly meat options, of course. I'm still giving this place 5 stars because the overall experience was great, and Stephanie, our server, was very friendly. The food and drinks came out quickly--almost too quickly! We'd definitely go back for Taco Tuesday.

They were very generous on the meat! Flavorful and assembled to perfection by friendly cooks! All the fixings were available on the side: radish, cucumbers, lime, onions, cilantro. At $12 per burrito (poster sign says $10 so I'm assuming $2 extra for asada. No, I didn't ask. I was hungry), reasonable price and well worth it! The burritos were huge! They post their location, date and time on their Instagram. Not sure how else they take payments but we used Zelle. Well lit canopies and their set-up was along a street that has a little bit of traffic flow but not like a main street. 10/10 - I'm definitely coming back!

Al pastor -GREAT and comes with lots of meat, avocado sauce, red sauce cilantro onion and home made tortilla! Just a truck, but had small table space for probably 5-10 people. Service seemed fast for me, but I only ordered 2 tacos. This place is good eats! Go go go!

The asada taste bland. could use more seasoning or atleast more salt. Now that's easy to fix with their condiments. Theres different variety of salsa and carrots. I prefer green. I also added some more salt to my Taco and its a great decent Taco. I loveeeee and appreciate the Mexican Coca-Cola. It's Sooooo good. It definitely tastes different than American made. Similar, but different. I gave extra star for customer service. The lady made me feel welcome. From other viewers, i do agree....You do get a sense of vibe that you are home or in my case a guest in someome's home. Overall 4/5 for me.
