This is the best coffee shop around. They have the best matcha and the lavender fields is my favorite drink to date. I've been to a lot of coffee shops, but their drinks are always very balanced and not overly sweet. There is usually a line, but it goes fast and the service members are always quick and polite. I think the coffee is OK. It seems like any other coffee store and there was nothing really special about the coffee. Also, the lines can be very long and service is very slow so you may have to wait quite some time to get your coffee drink. But the place is cute and it's a nice place to meet someone and have a cup of coffee. read more

I really like coming to kit coffee during a lunch break as they have a lot of outdoor seating areas and a large parking structure. I do want to note that you have to pay for parking. Their coffees are slightly on the milder side, however their matcha lattes have a great flavor. The staff here is very friendly and have great service. read more

Classy and cute coffee place with a unique selection of drinks and delicious food. I love that their food/drinks tastes as amazing as their lovely presentation. Their avocado garden toast is INCREDIBLE and I have been day dreaming about it. It tastes so fresh and is seasoned perfectly. The pickled veggies on top of it are crisp and delicious. I've had avocado toasts from many places and this is one of the best avocado toasts I've ever had. The bread they use is toasted with a nice crisp and soft center. I also ordered their lavender skies latte which comes with espresso and blueberry lavender milk. It was the right level of sweetness and you can really taste the lavender. This place has a lovely, minimalist setting and is perfect for catching up with a friend. The customer service here is great. The employees were friendly and helpful. As for parking, there is a structure designated for suite 2010 so before parking, make sure the sign on the structure specifies that or you can end up paying for parking if you park at a different structure. Once parked, make sure to get the ticket validated so that you don't have to pay for parking. The only downside are the shop hours. Drink was great ! Had a seasonal pumpkin spice. It was sweet and creamy. Personally wished I would've asked for it to be half sweetened but the flavor was great! Very loud music and kind baristas. Hidden inside the business park, it may be hard to find this place, but it is worth parking inside the garage, and walking around to find the shop, which is facing the field/fountain located in the center of the surrounding buildings. They do offer parking validation for 1 or 2 hours which is awesome, so no need to worry about that unless you plan to stay longer. I tried the matcha blueberry lavender latte and I did really like this! I love matcha with blueberry in general so I had high hopes and they delivered! I also had some of a friend's strawberry espresso latte and that was also good, however, it got too sweet over time. A solid spot for a quick matcha or latte fix! I got two of the seasonal spring drinks (strawberries wild latte and triple double matcha) and I'd rate both 7.5/10. The homemade strawberry foam blended in well with both drinks and they add freeze dried strawberries on top. However, the drinks are definitely pricey in my opinion. Came here while I was charging the tesla. Gorgeous outdoor area, the perfect spot to catch some sun and drink coffee. The coffee drink I ordered was amazing, a bit on the sweeter side and cost 7$. A little pricey but you're definitely paying for the ambiance and vibes. Service was pretty quick and nice as well. The toasts were also great, and we asked for extra red chili flakes on the side which they kindly provided us. It's an okay spot to study. There's wifi but not a lot of indoor seating and no outlets (to my knowledge). It's in a nice area however, with a cute fountain outside and couches outside under canopies. Make sure to park in the structure BEHIND the cafe, as that is the one they are able to validate! I had some time to kill while charging my car in the parking structure so I decided to walk over to KIT to try out a drink. I bought the cold brew ($5) and asked for some room for milk and sugar. The barista asked if I wanted a specific milk. I asked what was available to me and she rattled off a number of choices: oat milk, 2%, skim, whole, half & half, almond, or soy. Whew, so many! I went with half & half and asked if they had a simple sugar. She said she could add a flavored syrup so I went with vanilla. It was a little overwhelming, so I was surprised. I enjoyed my cold brew while making the brisk walk back to the car. KIT Coffee is a very chill place and I happened to be there when it wasn't very busy (~1:20 pm). I've been wanting to try this local coffee shop and finally took the time today to check it out. At first, I was unsure of where the entrance was as it is located in between business building towers. But after following the map and signs, I found it. Parking was plenty in the parking garage and they offer validation for 90 minutes. KIT Coffee is a cute, little spot with only a few indoor seats but plenty of seating outside in the plaza area. I opted for the matcha, blueberry, lavender latte called lavender fields with oat milk. It was tasty and not overly sweet. They had a good selection of avocado toasts, the most options I've seen on any menu. The cashier was nice to tell me which ones were the most popular and he said the Caprese avocado toast and the smoked avocado toast were the two most popular avocado toasts and I decided to try the smoked avocado toast. For $15, it was a decent sized slice of toast with a good layer of mashed avocado under a bed of crispy bacon with some cherry tomatoes and simple seasoning of paprika, salt, pepper and lemon. I would have preferred the toast to be a bit more toasted to hold the toppings better but I'm glad it wasn't overly toasted as some overly toasted slices of bread tend to scratch the roof of my mouth. The bacon on top was nice and crispy and adds a good saltiness but not too salty. The ambiance is nice, the windows add a good brightness to the place. I'd definitely come back to try other drinks and food from their menu and maybe spend some time studying here if I have a chance. I actually am not too sure if they have WiFi. But I guess I'll have to come back and find out. read more

i actually love this place and would come here everyday if it weren't for the parking situation my go to is the lavender fields iced coffee, with less ice, which is honestly perfect because once the ice melts it still retains its flavor and doesn't become too diluted. i like both locations but prefer this one just for this item (since the other location doesn't have this flavor?) I do love going to coffee shops to study and do work and unfortunately this is a grab and go situation for me. i did see that recently they have lawn chairs and more seating outside which is a plus! except for the fact that parking is only validated for an hour the space is small and cute. the coffee and matcha are delicious and its not really a work space but i love it nonetheless read more
