Joe Filter came to my home replaced my fridge filter, cleaned my vacuum, changed my air filter and even offered to clean the door that holds in the air filter. The staff was friendly and professional. It was such a pleasure booking my appointment with Robin. She explained everything in such detail and really listened and cared about my needs. The service professional arrived on time, was bright and cheery, and seemed to love his work. He took special care for my home as if it was his own. What a great service!!! I own a window cleaning company, some of my friends are carpet cleaners and some are house cleaners. Service tech was on time, even though he called me and said he may be a little late because of traffic. That was very courteous. First class service! A week ago we were in a bind trying to figure how to clean a dryer vent behind a stacked washer/dryer with no access room on either side and little room to slide them forward, and I didn't even know there were services that cleaned your dryer vent. Happily, Yelp had a bunch listed so I called a few. None thought they could approach the job from inside the laundry room and some weren't too encouraging about doing it "in reverse" from where the vent opens at the outside wall. The Joe Filter guy heard my tale of woe, asked to send a few photos, and proposed an inspection visit (for a modest fee, but their total charge if they could clean it was 20% lower than any competitor) to see what could be done. Kept us posted w/frequent updates re arrival time, etc. Arrived on time, brought a fiberoptic camera, ran its hose back from the outside vent and showed me there was almost no lint in the duct, and told me it didn't even need cleaning! Great news and great job by Joe Filter, who will be our go-to folks for any vent/duct job we need going forward. read more

Both David and Mitch were decent, courteous, professional and polite. They provided advance notice of an hour and a half as to when to expect them thereby narrowing the arrival window. They were super patient with answering questions. They covered up furniture in work areas, and left the place in a clean state before they left. Found Joe Filter online--and all the great reviews are spot on! They came out yesterday to clean the bbq grill and to clean the dryer vent. If a customer has two services done during one call there's a discount on a service so the pricing was excellent. When I made the appointment Mitch was so helpful explaining how they cleaned the grill and the safety checks. He even sent me a video. The dryer I knew about having had it done a year or so ago. Joe Filter sends you several confirmations; day of they call and/or text. The technician sends a text 40 minutes out. He arrived on time did a great job. He was amazing! Very helpful. Joe Filter provides a service for me that is much appreciated. Owning a home away from home requires me to have someone else make sure that I have a new filter every month, plus I sign up for the smoke detector battery replacement. Before Joe Filter I remember coming to my home away from home one late evening and listening to the "beep" of a smoke detector battery that was low. Not having a tall enough ladder, I put some items together to get me the height I needed to change the battery. Very unsafe, so in comes Joe Filter and there are no more worries!
