Jackson's is a jaw-droppingly dishonest company. There's poor customer service, and then there's outright robbery. Jackson's did the latter. I signed up for their Jackson's Total Car Care (TCC) package in April 2023. Essentially, by paying several hundred dollars upfront, you received 30% off labor for repair work, plus a free car wash for every $100 spent. In August, they unilaterally canceled the car wash benefits, wiping out around 10 free washes I had already earned from prior repair work. When I contacted them, I was transferred from person to person and voicemail to voicemail--without any clear resolution. Then in December, they abruptly canceled the entire TCC program, again without notice. I only discovered this when I brought my car in to have a brake light changed. When I called to request a refund for the annual fee I had paid--given that the program was terminated four months early--I was again bounced around from person to person. After two weeks, they finally responded with their "answer." You already got enough benefit from the program, so we're not refunding anything--not even a prorated amount. I mean, wow. Just wow. This is a highly unethical company. Avoid them like the plague--and never, ever, ever prepay them for anything. read more

I must fix my previous review because Jackson's is not affiliated with the Shell gas station even though that's where you pay for your washes. The Shell is where I had a bad experience. Jackson's does have indoor seating in the ac and everyone is genuinely friendly and happy to help. read more

Horrible !! Paid $49 for a car wash and they told me it didn't include the mats at one end but the sales guy said it did. Also they said, "oh interior doesn't mean the seats" what?? Terrible job! Called to speak to the manager, but apparently there's no direct line to the manager at that facility and they were going to call me back When they felt like it ! read more

Had an oil change here two months ago. Next day oil was leaking all over my garage. Took it to another shop -- they said it was installed incorrectly. Paid $50 for them to fix (invoice attached). Fast forward to my next oil change, today -- mention this to the "manager" Henry Sirato (sp?). He challenged me and basically called me a liar. Wouldn't do anything to work with me. Wouldn't even tell me his name, had to ask another employee. It was only after I got his name and threatened a review he tried to "work with me". This place is a joke. Also "upgraded" to a $40 car wash. Bugs all over. Dog hair everywhere still. My neighbors kid charges me $10 and does a better job. This place, management and employees are a joke. read more

Today I went in and had my car washed. It was very dusty inside and clearly needed more than a 10 min interior clean. The car was still dusty and didn't look like the dash was barely wiped off and the doors were still dirty and not wiped down. I had to ask Jim to come back over and wipe my doors down. I paid 26.99 and could have done a better job myself. I won't go back to this car wash for that service again. read more

Jay and Elmir were great! Elmir quickly approached me and took care of my car. I had my brake pads replaced and the rear rotors replaced and I was in and out in 1 hour. The guys were very friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend their membership plan. All pads and rotors added were OReilly brand which actually is manufactured by Bosch. Overall great experience. I came in inquiring about the TCC services and there was a mix up at first because I came through asking for a car wash and oil change. The mechanics let me know what else was recommended for care while they did my oil change for good prices. When showing me my receipt for services and explaining everything to me I explained I wanted a TCC plan and a VIP wash this time, the staff was speedy and just overall great in clearing that up. I want to give a C+ for effort but sadly if you want an auto detailing or even basic car wash you are better off going anywhere else. Detailing on one car took 4hrs and only one new guy was on it. He had to redo a share of the work on a brand new car because he didn't know what he was doing. then I had to help finish because I didn't want to give up my whole day waiting for my car. His manager only had four lettwr words to offer toward the new employee ans didn't even try to help him out. Apparently this was a form of punishment which I pretty much felt was more of a punishment to me more than anything. While that fiasco was going on I had my truck getting a basic wash. They are Apparently nderstaffed so after an hour of waiting my truck finally got some attention. I thanked the kid for coming to work today but after seeing him use one rag to wipe everything from my dash, my windows inside/out, and the body of the car I asked him to please stop... Maybe it's just this location and maybe many people didn't show up today but overall it was a very sad showing on the entire facility and everyone working. I thanked them for working but felt overall that for $400 I could have done a better job in my driveway if I had the time to spare. Trying to keep it positive but beware od this location! read more

I got an oil change here and they do a 21 point inspection with it. There was a problem with the car when I left that was not there before, so I went back for help. The manager, Sergio was beyond rude and so unhelpful. Not to mention while I was there one of the other workers came up to me and asked if I had a boyfriend. So uncomfortable. read more
