If you have any hardships, you're out of luck…read more Our vehicle was broke down from October 2022 to today, asked to get help to fix, always put us off. When talking to customer service was always horrible, kept telling us they'd call back and never did, emailed constantly trying to get an answer only to receive no response. Eventually we all caught COVID and even after informing that we could not pay or even put stickers on the truck, they still towed it. They claimed they would fix it and put it on the note, called and called to get it in an email, went up there only for them to be confused at what we were saying. Finally today they called us and said they auctioned it off and we can get our stuff at the Waco location. It wasn't even our customer service person who told us, she transferred us to another department and that lady acted like the first one was lying! I hate a company that contradicts each other. They will lie to you in so many ways to get your down payment, then when the piece of junk breaks, they then get ugly or make it seem as it's your fault when they have to fix it!! Also, they charge for stuff that they knew was wrong already. This place has no business doing business or being open just scammers at its finest. Wish there was a zero instead of 1 star because they don't even deserve that!! Rude ass ppl!

Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at all. My 1-year-old vehicle has been sitting at the service department for nearly a week due to a warning message indicating a possible transmission issue. As of today, the car hasn't even been looked at--it's simply been sitting there. Despite asking multiple times, I have not been offered a loaner or a rental vehicle, which has been extremely inconvenient and embarrassing, as I've had to call around just to find rides. Communication is also a major issue. If I don't reach out first, I receive no updates whatsoever on the status of my vehicle. This is especially frustrating considering that my car is still under the manufacturer's warranty, and I also purchased an extended warranty for added peace of mind. To be clear: the car-buying experience was great. However, the service department has been a huge disappointment and does not come close to what was promised.

I stated we had an appointment to do a diagnostic on the AC and they said they will hod the car for a week before they can even run the test. 200$ for them to test and they keep my car for a week! They knew I was from Temple! And why did I need an appointment for them to tell me that. I'm glad I don't own a Kia as they have some serious problems , I took my parents car to cornerstone in Temple and had it sorted out in one day! Never buy a Kia their wait list is soooo long for service because they all are broke and garbage vehicles
