Furthermore, my mechanic says that my oil drain plug was stripped from the last oil change... and the finger is pointed at these guys. I cannot prove it because I did not spot the issue as I was driving off, but I have not taken my car to anyone else for oil changes. This issue will cost me almost $800 to replace the oil pan because someone over-tightened a plug! Not only does Joe have more carwash knowledge than probably any other carwash repair technician in Texas (maybe even the whole country!), but also he is always looking out for his customers' best interests. Everyone in the carwash business knows that the large part suppliers such as Sonny's and PDQ monopolistically overcharge for parts, Joe will find needed parts faster than Sonny's and PDQ, and at a much lower price! He also is always pushing other subcontractors for the best job and deal that they will offer and has saved me a ton of money there too. He and his wife do so much for me and my washes, I could not survive without him. Joe is an amazing person, professionally and personally, and always brightens other people's day with his positive and fun personality and outlook on life. He is also never afraid to call out other companies or people who try to take advantage of his customers. It doesn't even look like they cleaned the seats because there is still dirt and other marks and the back windows still have smudge marks from my dogs as they didn't even bother cleaning the windows (btw I wash my windows and know it comes off easy) I hope this type of service isn't the new normal at this place or I will have to find somewhere else to take my vehicles.
