My daughter and I went there on Sunday 2/5/17- I had just bought my daughter a Jeep Liberty and it needed to be cleaned up. Richard looked over the vehicle and we decided to steam clean the seats, clean and clear any dirt/trash from cracks and crevices, Armor-All plastic/vinyl,vacuum, clean out from under the seats and a good wash and tire shine. All of that for only $82! What a deal!! When we came to pick up the Jeep it looked fabulous!! Richard went over the Jeep with us to make sure we were happy with how it turned out. We were very happy with it! He also told me that he checked the tires and they were only at 20lbs each and aired all 4 up for me. He knew that we were about to travel over 300 miles and wanted to ensure our safety! He said he would want someone to do the same for his family. This manager, Richard, is definitely on the right track, he puts customer satisfaction and service at the top of his agenda! Please go see him and his crew at Genie Carwash on Valley Mills Drive! You won't be disappointed!

I used to be a fan of this place... and then the prices went up (almost 40 bucks for the last oil…read morechange) and the complimentary car wash is deteriorating--the last time I went both drive-through automatic car wash bays were not working, and the self service wash bays have fewer and fewer options working. Furthermore, my mechanic says that my oil drain plug was stripped from the last oil change... and the finger is pointed at these guys. I cannot prove it because I did not spot the issue as I was driving off, but I have not taken my car to anyone else for oil changes. This issue will cost me almost $800 to replace the oil pan because someone over-tightened a plug! If you have read my reviews there should be no mystery where I will take my car for preventative maintenance from now on...

If I could give this company more stars I would! I can't even begin to try to explain all the…read moreamazing things about this company and Joe. Joe has saved me an enormous amount of money on repairs for both of my carwashes, and on numerous occasions, he has fixed something that another carwash repair technician could not. Not only does Joe have more carwash knowledge than probably any other carwash repair technician in Texas (maybe even the whole country!), but also he is always looking out for his customers' best interests. Everyone in the carwash business knows that the large part suppliers such as Sonny's and PDQ monopolistically overcharge for parts, Joe will find needed parts faster than Sonny's and PDQ, and at a much lower price! He also is always pushing other subcontractors for the best job and deal that they will offer and has saved me a ton of money there too. He and his wife do so much for me and my washes, I could not survive without him. Joe is an amazing person, professionally and personally, and always brightens other people's day with his positive and fun personality and outlook on life. He is also never afraid to call out other companies or people who try to take advantage of his customers. Joe ranks with the hardest working person that I've ever met in my life, he will work hard on your wash all night if needed, get it back up and running, and then move on to his next job without blinking an eye. You will be more than pleased, if you are lucky enough to work with this company.

Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing about my experience today (5/11/18)... instead of my normal "The Works" I let the guy talk me into getting a "better" detail with leather cleaner that they like to use on BMWs for $50.00... If my car comes out perfect at my normal service one would only think this would be just as good if not way better being 20.00 more. Boy was I wrong. It doesn't even look like they cleaned the seats because there is still dirt and other marks and the back windows still have smudge marks from my dogs as they didn't even bother cleaning the windows (btw I wash my windows and know it comes off easy) I hope this type of service isn't the new normal at this place or I will have to find somewhere else to take my vehicles. Today definitely wasn't worth my money.

This is my second time going to genie car wash in Waco. Both times I've been sadly disappointed…read more The outside of my car looked fantastic but the inside was far from what I paid for. There was dust on the dash and other places, mud on floor mats and they did a half way job vacuuming (there was dirt still in the crevasse of my seat) I bought the top package (the best wash) $31 dollars paid and extra $5 dollars for bumper and trim dress. I waited over and hour which I wouldn't have minded had my car been clean appropriately. The staff were very friendly and the waiting room was comfortable but I'm a working mother of 2 and I live in the country I just wanted to have my car looking good before I had to put car seats and softball equipment back in guess Ill just have to redo it myself which will take time I don't have ! all in all if you need a car wash and nothing else I'd go there but get the cheapest package and expect nothing else
