Furthermore, my mechanic says that my oil drain plug was stripped from the last oil change... and the finger is pointed at these guys. I cannot prove it because I did not spot the issue as I was driving off, but I have not taken my car to anyone else for oil changes. This issue will cost me almost $800 to replace the oil pan because someone over-tightened a plug! If you have read my reviews there should be no mystery where I will take my car for preventative maintenance from now on...

Joe has saved me an enormous amount of money on repairs for both of my carwashes, and on numerous occasions, he has fixed something that another carwash repair technician could not. Not only does Joe have more carwash knowledge than probably any other carwash repair technician in Texas (maybe even the whole country!), but also he is always looking out for his customers' best interests. Everyone in the carwash business knows that the large part suppliers such as Sonny's and PDQ monopolistically overcharge for parts, Joe will find needed parts faster than Sonny's and PDQ, and at a much lower price! He also is always pushing other subcontractors for the best job and deal that they will offer and has saved me a ton of money there too. He and his wife do so much for me and my washes, I could not survive without him. Joe is an amazing person, professionally and personally, and always brightens other people's day with his positive and fun personality and outlook on life. He is also never afraid to call out other companies or people who try to take advantage of his customers. There was dust on the dash and other places, mud on floor mats and they did a half way job vacuuming (there was dirt still in the crevasse of my seat) I bought the top package (the best wash) $31 dollars paid and extra $5 dollars for bumper and trim dress. I waited over and hour which I wouldn't have minded had my car been clean appropriately. The staff were very friendly and the waiting room was comfortable but I'm a working mother of 2 and I live in the country I just wanted to have my car looking good before I had to put car seats and softball equipment back in guess Ill just have to redo it myself which will take time I don't have ! all in all if you need a car wash and nothing else I'd go there but get the cheapest package and expect nothing else

While the exterior wax looks good, the seats appear to have been shampooed, and the floor mats and trunk look great (the only reason for the 3-stars), they didn't even wipe down my center console, doors, or do anything underneath the seats.
