Actually it's a two way dash cam. Perhaps the biggest question I face is? Is 9.00 worth of quarters or time off from my daily schedule worth it. Which is more important? The good of this review is: the lady that dried and detailed my car is awesome. Because of her hard work I decided not to turn his butt over to Waco PD. I used to be a fan of this place... and then the prices went up (almost 40 bucks for the last oil…read morechange) and the complimentary car wash is deteriorating--the last time I went both drive-through automatic car wash bays were not working, and the self service wash bays have fewer and fewer options working. Furthermore, my mechanic says that my oil drain plug was stripped from the last oil change... and the finger is pointed at these guys. I cannot prove it because I did not spot the issue as I was driving off, but I have not taken my car to anyone else for oil changes. This issue will cost me almost $800 to replace the oil pan because someone over-tightened a plug! If you have read my reviews there should be no mystery where I will take my car for preventative maintenance from now on...

Joe has saved me an enormous amount of money on repairs for both of my carwashes, and on numerous occasions, he has fixed something that another carwash repair technician could not. Not only does Joe have more carwash knowledge than probably any other carwash repair technician in Texas (maybe even the whole country!), but also he is always looking out for his customers' best interests. Everyone in the carwash business knows that the large part suppliers such as Sonny's and PDQ monopolistically overcharge for parts, Joe will find needed parts faster than Sonny's and PDQ, and at a much lower price! He also is always pushing other subcontractors for the best job and deal that they will offer and has saved me a ton of money there too. He and his wife do so much for me and my washes, I could not survive without him. Joe is an amazing person, professionally and personally, and always brightens other people's day with his positive and fun personality and outlook on life. He is also never afraid to call out other companies or people who try to take advantage of his customers. Joe ranks with the hardest working person that I've ever met in my life, he will work hard on your wash all night if needed, get it back up and running, and then move on to his next job without blinking an eye. It doesn't even look like they cleaned the seats because there is still dirt and other marks and the back windows still have smudge marks from my dogs as they didn't even bother cleaning the windows (btw I wash my windows and know it comes off easy) I hope this type of service isn't the new normal at this place or I will have to find somewhere else to take my vehicles. There was dust on the dash and other places, mud on floor mats and they did a half way job vacuuming (there was dirt still in the crevasse of my seat) I bought the top package (the best wash) $31 dollars paid and extra $5 dollars for bumper and trim dress. I waited over and hour which I wouldn't have minded had my car been clean appropriately. The staff were very friendly and the waiting room was comfortable but I'm a working mother of 2 and I live in the country I just wanted to have my car looking good before I had to put car seats and softball equipment back in guess Ill just have to redo it myself which will take time I don't have ! all in all if you need a car wash and nothing else I'd go there but get the cheapest package and expect nothing else
