We paid $500.00 for the deluxe package and we took it back twice (hour drive each time from our company) the soda and the dirt was still all over the dash and console. They said it was stains that came back, keep in mind we were not asking for a miracle simply to get what can be cleaned up done. The hubs we were told needed an acid wash (which was more money) we got the vehicle back to our company and took about an hour to actually clean the interior with just a rag and no the stains did not come back. took a rag to the rims and low and behold that came out too. They had the vehicle 3 days the first time 1 day the second time and we told them keep it as long as needed to make sure the job gets done. When we brought it back the first time a few people wanted to see what we were talking about that worked there and even they said it was unacceptable especially for $500.00, They did not offer a lesser price or even make it right. This USED to be a great detail company but NOT ANYMORE. We thought no way they would do this poor of a job on the deluxe package so that is why we brought it back and simply asked for what we paid for however that did us no good, we referred so many customers to them in the past but that will never happen again. Had they made it right we would have been happy just do the job they were paid to do but they did not do anything. I have not written a negative review before because I prefer positivity however this company has gone off what they started with on morals and work so need to warn people.

Two days later I noticed my instrument panel was hard to see through, I tried wiping it down to remove what I think is tire cleaner over spray from the dash board but no luck. Due to the heat it basically baked on to the plastic which is now a huge safety hazard. I try to support those who grind to make an honest living but then you get outcomes like this and basically over charge. Initially I didn't mind paying $250 but now I'm regretting it and with a long two day drive to VA coming up, I have to be extra cautious about my speedometer.
