One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They were more interested in drumming up new business at the fair than completing the work that they already had. Three times they lied to me about what their tech and done and when. Then they said that they needed to send off for a part and it would take 2 weeks. It ended up take 5 weeks. It got to the point that they stopped answering my phone calls. The last time I stopped by to check on my phone, I called and watched the attendant pick up the phone and look at it and setting back down without ever answering it. I confronted him about it, asking why they weren't answering my phone calls and he lied to my face. I finally just got my phone back almost 2 months later. Stay far away from this company! read more

This place may look to be just fine for a quick run in and get a screen or an accessory, but they are completely unqualified and unable to handle the long term tasks of diagnosing repairs. It is apparent in their other reviews on various other review services. The owner's inability to admit wrong on his or his staff's part is one of the major problems for this place. It's expected to a reasonable to degree, that sometimes there will be more damage than expected in a repair. It is also completely reasonable to expect a phone call, updating and explaining the repair process and timeline, to the customer. Saying it went to voicemail, does not change the responsibility of the establishment to keep clear and open lines of communication with your patrons. Voicemail is a wonderful feature in that regard that you can leave a message and prevents this entire situation. Opinion: From the poor customer service, lack of experienced technicians, and general inability to fulfill their service terms; there is no shortage of reasons to avoid this repair shop. Summary: Does not communicate repairs or repair status openly with the customer, does not provide accurate or realistic timeline for repairs, and does not have adequate managerial staff to handle customer relations and quality management. Our Repair Request: Broken screen, possible internal damage from being chewed on by the dog at the corners Result: Phone in pieces and unrepaired/unusable, protests made with credit company Overview of Experience: When the phone was originally taken to them, we explained how the phone was damaged and were told it would be as simple as a screen replacement and possibly a brace. With the impending holiday we were informed it wouldn't be completed until after. I offered to pay for expedited shipping if it would insure the repair being completed prior to Thanksgiving. The owner assured us that the part would be in and the repair completed before the holiday if I were willing to cover the cost, which we happily did. The day of the repairs estimated completion there was no contact from the store in any way. The following day at around 4pm (they close at 6pm); I called to confirm the condition of the repair. I was told that the part had arrived and it was currently on their technician's bench. The employee assured me the repair would be completed by close of business and I would receive a call to inform me of when it was done. That call never came. The next day was thanksgiving with no contact obviously, however on black Friday no phones were answered at the store through my several attempts to contact. Also understandable with the busy day. Come Saturday I called again, this time reaching the owner himself. I expressed my frustrations with the repair not being completed and he told me of a part that needed to be soldered. He had not had the time to sit down and complete the task but assured me it would be completed no later than Monday. We spoke about how I should have received a call explaining to me the situation once the further damage was found; he agreed and said he would address the issue. Monday came and we received no contact from Elite what so ever, we called at 5pm and had to leave a message for a call back. No call was ever made and instead an email was sent at 5:55pm (again they close at 6pm) informing us that he could not complete it in time as he was still shorthanded on staff and that it would be done Tuesday. Tuesday we called to get status of the repair and were told it would now need a new board that would have to be ordered. To which myself and the owner began to argue over the semantics of the earlier experiences and how that reflected the current situation and my dissatisfaction. After being hung up on when he was confronted by his own short comings, I went to the shop to pick up the phone and find a new repair source. Awesome!! The on/off button on my Kindle jammed and I was told by no less than 3 Best Buy employees it would be cheaper to replace than fix. I am so grateful I found Elite iPhone Repair! I cracked the screen on my Lg G3 on September 2, 2016. I had insurance on my phone so I received a brand new Lg G5 (wow!). In order to return my cracked phone to Att I needed to transfer my data and everything off of my old phone to my new phone. I went to multiple places including Att, Batteries Plus, and iPhone Doctor. They all told me I needed to get a new screen on my phone ($200) in order to get into my old information because there was a password on the phone. I found Elite iPhone Repair through google and met Corey. He listened very intently and realized I did not need my screen fixed, I only needed a way to use the phone to unlock my password. He opened up an OTG Mobile Phone Connection ($15), connected a mouse and keyboard and I was in! They let me stick around in the shop until after closing hours and worked through different apps trying to transfer my data. In the end I bought the cord and took it home with me. Corey's idea was so amazing and original. He saved me $185 and was very patient through the situation. I highly recommend their services. read more

So here I am still waiting on getting my computer screen replaced, one would ask how long does it take to fix a screen. I dropped off my computer off over 2 weeks ago, they told me that they where ordering the screen from Dallas and would have it fixed in 2 days, but make it 4 DAYS to be safe. After a week I started calling them asking what was the hold up, they informed me that the screen still said shipping, and they was going to give it a few more days. I put up with this for two weeks, until I just went and picked up computer and fixed it myself. They refused to order a new screen, or admit that it was lost in the mail. Worst business ever, I would highly recommend on taking your devices somewhere else. UPDATE after posting this review I got a call from the owner, threatening me if I did not take down this review, yes you read that right THREATENING me for a review. I hope you stay as far away from this sorry excuse they call a business as possible!!!! read more
