After repeated excuses and missed timelines, we finally requested our phone back. Instead of being upfront, they handed it to us destroyed and acted like that was acceptable. It was obvious they broke the device during the repair attempt and then tried to cover it up by dragging out the process. And to make things worse, they tried to blame Asurion, even though Asurion had nothing to do with the additional damage they caused. I'm now left with a phone their team destroyed and a store that refuses to fix or replace it. This was the most dishonest and irresponsible service I've ever experienced. The person that replaced knew it was not the standard one because of how much darker it was albeit I realized when I got home that it was the incorrect screen protector. I have been using CPR and ZAGG protectors since my iPhone 12 days and have been going to them for that long. Any issue that ever arose they always fixed. This should be no different!
