The screen is the 360 4way privacy screen. The person that replaced knew it was not the standard one because of how much darker it was albeit I realized when I got home that it was the incorrect screen protector. I did phone them and left a message. I called back the proceeding day. There was slight confusion but to end the avail they said I can get my phone screen back and theirs and I would have to pay the difference! I was shocked because it was an error on their part. It was explained that they are loosing out since the screen was put on and unfortunately I can understand BUT it was their fault for putting on wrong screen. I have been using CPR and ZAGG protectors since my iPhone 12 days and have been going to them for that long. Any issue that ever arose they always fixed. This should be no different! It was their fault. Maybe people get over on them I do not know but was disappointed! I did call ZAGG and explained the entire situation and the customer service rep was so amazing. She said she would notate my return that will not match and why and will send a replacement at no charge and offer an additional free upgrade.
