It was already cracked not only the front screen, but the back screen as well. I was told that I got a 30 day warranty and when I went back the next day, they told me that the warranty does not cover this. Also the battery that they put in my phone gets really hot on my phone and my phone doesn't charge well. Today When I went to another phone store, they were telling me that not only did they lay both screens wrong, but also the products that they use are really cheap and break really easily.

I cracked my phone in August and went to get it fixed at a local store. The next week I dropped it…read moreand it cracked pretty badly. I was upset because I paid $150 for them to replace my cracked screen with a cheap poor quality screen. My phone had been cracked for the past two months when I dropped It again and I was completely unable to use my phone. I took it to Skinny's and it took about 45 minutes to fix my screen. I believe it cost around $170. I knew they would do quality work, so I had no problem paying the price. I can definitely tell the difference in the quality of my screen. The shop was very nice and very clean! Highly recommend!

This is the place I'm going to for my computer for now on.

The manager, Andrew, cleaned out the charging port and installed a new battery. It only took about 30 minutes, and now my phone works like new. I'll definitely go back if I ever need another repair, and I highly recommend Phone MD to anyone needing help with their phone.

I called before driving to the business to get a quote on back camera repair for my iPhone. I was…read moregiven a quote of $150 before taxes for the repair. The man who helped me at the counter rang me up for a higher price of $170 pretax. When I questioned the price on the receipt, it made him uncomfortable and he went into a spill about not forcing a customer to have a repair completed. I questioned the pricing for accounting purposes as the repair was related to a work phone and I reported what was quoted. He then showed me the pricing on the screen but I sensed his irritation at me questioning the pricing. An accurate quote would have given me the option to seek out another repair company of equal reputation before deciding whether to use the service and driving 45 minutes to the location. I chose to leave and seek out other options.

I contacted Waco Techs because we were experiencing server issues at our office. I spoke with…read moreHector and explained the problems we were having. He told me he could come to our office to help resolve the issues. On the day he was scheduled to arrive, he never showed up. He later called (close to closing time) and explained that he had been sideswiped by another vehicle. He said he was okay, and I completely understood that the accident was unexpected. Hector then committed to coming to our office the following morning. Unfortunately, he never showed up and never called to let us know he would not be coming. While I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, the lack of communication after making a second commitment was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, this is not a business I would feel comfortable trusting with our technology needs. After looking at some of their other reviews, I can understand why there are several negative experiences reported.

I called the store, they said hey we did what we did, we put 800 dollars into it and refunded you the original money so we can't do anything more then hung up on me. Terrible shop. Update: Came in the next day after they texted me that the laptop repair technician was there. When I areived I was promptly seen ,they dis fix the battery issue and the display issue as much as they could along with refunding me the full repair. Prompt seevice that I was happy with. Terrible service. I brought in my MSI Katana 15 laptop for a simple case repair in weeks ago. They said it would take 5-6 days from ordering the parts to having the repair completed. It has instead taken three weeks, they broke my display and then a hinge when doing the repair. Now when I finally was able to pick it up the manager was not there and I had to pay 175 to get my laptop back after missing several commissions caused by the very late return. After I then discovered that whoever the technician was they didn't reconnect the battery or superbattery back to the motherboard when putting it back together so now my laptop shuts off whenever the power cord disconnects. The new screen they added to replace the one they broke also doesn't fit correctly on my casing. Overall a terrible experience and service. At least I still have my laptop's ram sticks still there, with how everything has developed I wouldn't have been surprised if those had somehow gone missing either.
