Even with confusion with this other company about the exact location of the leak, David was patient and attentive to the problems at hand. They are not answering most of the time and when they do, commitments to call back are not met. The last time on site in late November, Katie and Jamie unrolled the liner, worked for about 2 hours then left after folding the liner back up and leaving it in the yard. Their tools have been sitting in my yard all December and January. Over 75% of the contract payments have been made and I still don't have something I can remotely call a functioning pool.
