Brent and Laci were fantastic. They came out to inspect the damage to our pool liner and told us that it should be covered by warranty from the place that put it in because the damage was from coming apart at the seam. They were so honest. They could have just said that we just needed a new liner. They didn't want us to have to buy another liner if we didn't have to. We were so impressed by that. They measured the liner and we discussed options. They always showed up on time and always so nice to deal with. They were fast but very detailed oriented to make sure it was done right. For the amount of money we spent (25k), we were left with a mess in our backyard and no instructions on how to even begin to use our pool. The bottom has a crease in it. From what I understand, that is the #1 thing that will end up causing a tear in the vinyl- aside from an unforeseen object tearing it. There were omitted from the contract in order to "make the bid fit our budget for a partial inground/ above ground pool. We were led to believe our lower price was due to ordering a significantly smaller pool. When Brent left the pool in a mess with several mistakes, I asked him to return to complete the job. After a lot of angry defensiveness on the phone, Brent returned to "complete the pool" we paid for. Rather than being professional and completing the job, Brent started with again being confrontational. To begin with, he had omitted backfilling the dirt around our pool in the contract without mentioning or clearing such an important detail with us. That turned out to be a blessing since we were then informed we were not supposed to put the "Native Soil" back around the pool. Especially in the large muddy clumps he left it in. We have clay soil out here as much of Texas does. The engineer then explained clay expands and retracts with water/weather (makes sense). Brent put the pump in the wrong location and then moved it to where we preferred it (out of vision & under our patio awning, above the pool). Turns out the pump should always be level with the pool or below. Brent Dennis put it about two feet above simply to appease us without explaining it shouldn't be there. He then used PVC to lead it to the pool... the dirt blew off (supposed to be buried at least 12 inches) leaving us with exposed plumbing ... I could go on & on. But my post is acting wonky. You get the idea. Look around. Pay a couple thousand more & get a quality pool. If you're in the DFW/ Dallas area, do not use ALL AROUND POOLS w/ Brent Dennis. He yelled at us and threw fits that actually scared us. We are now looking at this mess in our backyard. We are so sad. read more

There were three discrepancies with our pricing list versus what Brent requested payment for. It appears he makes up his prices as he goes. This company is probably perfectly fine for a simple above ground pool. If you want something done that is aesthetically pleasing without having to worry about cleaning up after him- spend the extra few thousand to get what you're family is looking for. We do not dare ask him to repair anything else due to his hot headedness and temper. It leaves us in a precarious situation... and one that we will only be able to deal with legally. Keep in mind the backside of the pool was supposed to only show 18" to 24". Photos for reference. Brent Dennis abandoned the job. This is what we were left with. Many mistakes that will void our warranty. I'm happy for the people who have had a good experience. Maybe he was having a bad day or bad week. He's human. But to leave us with plumbing exposed, a pile of dirt, not backfilling, changing prices as he went, and screaming at us while throwing a fit that was honestly scary. I would NEVER recommend him to anybody I cared about. Look around. The pool is only as good as the installer. Latham, from what I hear, doesn't back up their warranty claims. **Buyer Beware** Look elsewhere. He abandoned his job. That says all you need to know. read more

If you like waiting around this is it. Got a pool 2 seasons ago and then I began having a leak. Who else to go to than the company that installed it for help. Especially in this area for above ground pools. Going on a week and still no response after a 2 min call saying "it's your filter" when I'm losing 200 gallons in an evening. read more

Don't let the picture fool you. Brent and Lacy are nice people, but are they? They were rushed and so busy that they didn't really have time to come back to finish. I ended up paying a lot more money between paying someone to backfill, bringing out the irrigation people twice, and even having them come out multiple times, when they were near my area. The salt converter wasn't put in correctly, and I had to pay a pool guy to come and fix that. The ladder is still not working right, and their suggestion was to keep drilling holes. I'm not sure what kind of ladder to get, but I'll need a new one for my 2nd season this year. They had some extra artificial turf; I was even willing to level it, but they said no need. Came in and did 3 pieces going different ways. Bumpy and loose with divots. They told me to call them, and they would come back. Ha! Nope. I took pictures and everything, but they never even responded. This winter, critters went under the gaps. Again, I had to replace it, and it cost obviously more money. . They got their money and apparently are one of the few that put these pools in. My fault, I am a stupidly trusting single mom and definitely got taken advantage of. So Service was not good, my opinion, they spread themselves out too thin. Quality of their work, well, since they didn't come in and put it right and then had to come back twice, I'd say their quality is questionable. Value - are you kidding? I am out a few thousand of dollars and a touch and go summer season. read more

The best pool installers ever. Kept us updated on order, when they received it, and our install date. Was here on that date. By the time they left our pool was being filled with water. We have a gorgeous pool for a great price. This company is superior. Above all the rest. We highly recommend them. They treat you like family. read more
