My reason for my review not being a five is that the quote was nearly fifty percent more than anticipated for a simple pvc pipe repair and o ring replacement. I tried to speak to the company and they were not willing to come any closer to their original quote. Beware of the price you are quoted as it may end up much higher than expected.

After months of nothing, Toten pool told us that they would not be able to install our pool nor give our deposit back. We had to get a lawyer in August 2022 and give $30k to another pool contractor to install it. We lost 11k due to a 100% mark up on the kit plus added cost of starting over with new contractor. Our pool was finished in October 2022 by another pool contractor. It was too cold by the time the other contractor installed it, but they did an amazing job! The structure the other contractor used was even better than Toten Pools was planning. The whole idea to pay for the pool in February 2022 was so we had a pool for the summer of 2022, but instead we got scammed.
