They did all the wiring in my house during remodel. They did a great job. I'm very satisfied with…read morethe job they did. The problem I have with this company is that recently my garbage disposal quit working and the ground faults outlet would not reset I called them and they came out the next day, reset the outlet and charged me $90!!! Told my wife the switch to turn power to the disposal had to be on for the outlet to reset. After the thousands of dollars I paid them already you would think they could have told me that over the phone!! I won't soon forget how to reset my garbage disposal or who not to call for help.

They were subcontracted to us on a tankless water heater replacement. We were told they would…read morearrive on Thursday morning. That became Monday morning, so we ran the water heater for four days with an extension cord. Never heard an explanation of why it took three additional days to make the service call when this job had been scheduled weeks in advance. They did well enough installing the new outlet in the mechanical closet. In the service panel, they removed the double pole circuit breaker (used with the old electric water heater) and replaced it with a single pole breaker. Their "solution" to covering the open space on the service panel was applying a piece of green electrical tape over the opening. Seems to me if you know you're coming out to replace a double pole breaker with a single pole breaker, you could pick up a filler plate (if you don't normally carry them on the truck). I've been told a permit was required for this work and an inspection will be performed. I'll take time off work to observe that process. I don't see how that work can comply with electrical code. At any rate. if you're calling these guys out, be prepared with contingency plans both before and after the job.
