6.12.2023 This review is a long one but it is a must…read moreread!!! First I am going to say I did not purchase my cabinets from this location (unfortunately). But Aaron Davila was an incredible help in fixing my HUGE CTG problem; he is the ONLY reason I would possibly consider doing business with CTG again and only with his store. In order to tell you how great Aaron is I have to give you (only a little) background on my CTG - Houston experience. The whole experience is just UNBELIEVABLE and not in a good way. To set the records I purchased my cabinets from: 17955 N Fwy Service Rd, Houston, TX 77090. Would NOT EVER order from that location again. PERIOD. Only from the Waco store with Aaron Davila. Now onto the background info. I ordered my Annapolis (blue) cabinets for my kitchen and 2 bathrooms from the North Houston store on Sept. 26, 2022. I was told they are on back order and should be here in November, 2022. No cabinets came in until late January, 2023. No one called me during that time (September to January) to give me any updates, so I started calling ever week. They finally were delivered February, 2023. They started to be installed on February 22, 2023 but 11 cabinets were delivered damaged. A claim was filed to get 11. The way it works for CTG replacement parts is: the part gets ordered by Friday and it will get "picked" in Tennessee and will be here NOT the next week but the following week. So 2 weeks every single time you have damaged items. I have received 10 deliveries with damaged cabinets, doors, wrong color etc... (YES-10 different delivery). So if you add up 2 weeks in between all of these orders you will know that it is JUNE, 2023 and my cabinets are STILL NOT FINISHED. I am currently waiting on delivery number 11! (Yes ELEVEN) Reminder: I ordered the SEPTEMBER 26,2022! -- During all this time the North Houston store has NOT called me, emailed me, or emailed or called customer service to get my damaged cabinets delivered quicker. Aaron Davila, Manager of the Waco store stepped up and started emailing, calling customer service on my behalf. He is not making ANYTHING of my cabinet sale. He is helping me just out of the kindness of his heart, as I am a CTG customer. The customer service department (800) 222-4638 is H O R R I B L E, I mean really HORRIBLE!!!!! I have been hung up on, put on hold and forgot about, talked to disrespectfully and this is just 5% of my experience with CTG Customer service. And this is with supervisors, managers in customer service and with regular customer service reps. So when Aaron decided to help me deal with customer service this is no small feat. Several times CTG Customer service would not even reply to Aaron's calls or emails. And he works for CTG! Aaron has asked me several times to call customer service and tell them to response to his emails or phone calls!!! This is just CRAZY! I appreciate AARON DAVILA so very much for stepping up and helping me navigate through this horrible experience. If I was to EVER recommend Cabinets To Go - it would only be for the WACO Store with Aaron Davila on your team. ---------- The stars are more for Aaron Davila and his location. I have called the Waco store and Aaron's team are very polite, friendly and helpful. Aaron needs to go to the Houston stores and show them how to run a store correctly. The Houston store is 0 stars!! They owe me stars.

The people at at our local CTG are very personable and helpful the problems come after the…read morepurchase. And then you find out what kind of company this really is. The installer did a sloppy assembly and installation but fortunately I had someone else install the granite counter top so we got the leveling corrected. The drawer alignment correction I had to do myself. I took me a while but I figured it out. I've just found out that this chain is owned by the " lumber liquidators " guy. Ya that's right the same guy that got into big trouble in the flooring business. I've since found a local cabinet maker that has done quality work on our bathroom. I'd suggest you do the same but by all means don't buy from these guys!!! They have no authority to correct a problem

Update: The assistant manager, Vance, reached out to me and asked what happened with my experience…read moreand if I would come in to give him a chance to assist. He was extremely helpful and we ended up purchasing a back door from him. Vance also took the time to discuss the process Tri-Supply uses to produce/order doors. Because they do construction in-house, it makes getting your a door a month shorter than if you purchase through Lowe's. We do plan to use Tri-Supply if we purchase a front door as well.

I cannot in good conscience recommend Tri Supply to anyone for any reason. Our experience with them…read morewas an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and it's astounding to me that a company can function with this level of incompetence and carelessness. We purchased a $1,300 custom back door from Tri Supply because our home was brand new, and the builder had already used Tri Supply for the existing doors. They had all the specifications and exact measurements, so this should have been a simple transaction. We met with Catherine, who placed the order for us since we wanted to replace our full-length glass back door with one that could accommodate a dog door. The first door arrived a few weeks later. After taking apart our original door, removing all the hardware, and preparing to install the new one, we discovered it was a foot too short. A glaring but forgivable mistake. Catherine apologized, admitted the error, and assured us she would fix it. The incorrect door was picked up the next day, and we waited another week and a half for the replacement. When it arrived, it looked correct, so we once again went through the painstaking process of removing and reinstalling hardware on a nine-foot solid door--only to discover that this one was 3/16 of an inch too wide, making it impossible to fit. Handling and rehanging a massive, heavy door like that is no small task, and the level of frustration we felt cannot be overstated. I am a disabled veteran with back issues so this was a tall order, quite literally. We reached out to Catherine again, stayed polite and patient, and asked for someone to come measure the door properly. Instead, we were told to measure it ourselves, which we reluctantly did. Tri Supply then instructed us to leave the door on our front porch for pickup. It sat there for five days before they finally retrieved it, despite multiple calls from us. Another week and a half passed before the next door arrived. By this point, we were beyond exhausted with the ordeal. This door finally seemed to fit--but it was damaged. It had scratches, scrapes, scuffs, and even footprints on it, as if it had been dragged across concrete and treated with complete disregard. This was the final insult in a process defined by delays, negligence, and incompetence. While the door eventually fit, the entire experience was an infuriating lesson in how a company can fail its customers at every step. Tri Supply demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, accountability, and care for both their products and their customers. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, avoid this company at all costs. Only consider them if you have no other options and are prepared for weeks of frustration, repeated mistakes, and careless handling of your property.

I would like to start by saying my kitchen turned out beautifully but the work it took to get it…read morethere was overwhelming. When using this contractor, make sure EVERYTHING is in writing. The contractor said that the sink, faucet and range hood would be included; however, later advised me that it was not included in the written contract so it was complementary provided by him. Then everytime I would ask about my budget for things, the numbers would always be changing. The remodel was supposed to be 6 weeks but took an additional 6 weeks with me giving an adjustment period of 4 weeks for the total time for the remodel being 4 months. The contractor advised me that it was not his fault that the workers HE HIRED didn't come some days and didn't show up on time on other days. I started this job due to a rotted floor joist but had to stop the workers installing the floor joists because they were not replacing the main joist that needed replacing. Then the contractor wanted to charge me extra for the cost of replacing the joist that was initially in the contract. We agreed on no extra charge; however, this was brought up anytime there was a disagreement about added costs. The painter the CONTRACTOR HIRED was HORRIBLE so I ended up completing the painting myself. HE TALKS A REALLY GOOD GAME; HOWEVER, FOLLOW THROUGH TOOK A LOT OF EXTRA WORK ON MY PART. To prevent extra costs, I had to make things work to get what I wanted. But again even with all of this, I love my kitchen but I would not rehire this contractor.
