I have been using Central Texas Hydro Flow for close to four years now. Jason the owner usually comes out himself. I have found he is trustworthy, timely when we have issues and has always giving the best service. He has explained any problems and has always fixed the issues. I have called him just for check up on our aerobic system especially the sprinklers. I highly recommend his business. We have a yearly contract with the company and will continue too. read more

Sean was doing a routine maintenance check for our septic system. In the process he discovered a broken sprinkler head; he tried to contact us but we were unavailable so he made the good decision to repair it on his own.....that saved us time and money. We thought we had a major problem with our septic system, but these guys came out and identified the problem for us very quickly- just a broken PVC pipe that was simple to fix! I've since had them out again because the septic control box alarm was going off- I reached out on a Sunday and they got back to me within a few minutes. Fortunately, it was determined that the problem wasn't an emergency and could wait until Monday- they came out on Monday (squeezed me in) and fixed everything up great! York's Pumping is now my absolute go-to for all my septic needs- thanks guys!

Girl on the phone says, no problem they will know how to find it. So, they get out there and the guy says if you don't know where it is we can't help. THEN, they charged $185 for that. He was at my house for maybe ten minutes. I had to end up calling someone else out to come find it. Needless to say I will not call them back out now that I know where the tank is to get it pumped. Our septic alarm has been beeping on and off for about two weeks. We thought it might have to do with the freeze, but we also have a very full house. We contact Central Texas Hydro Flo, and they came out the same day. We do need to have it pumped but they did what they could while they were here to help with things in the interim as well as provided professional recommendations to prevent future issues. read more

Due to the frigid weather, our septic tank alarm went off last night. We turned off the breakers to the tank. We called Central Texas Hydro Flo. They were able to send a technician outthis morning.
