They had a job for the morning lined out already, but said they could come by after. She also said she understood if we wanted to try someone else since it would be a while. I believe good things come to those who wait, so wait I did. As promised, Liz called this afternoon. They came out and ended up needing to drill our lock because of the new safety features it had. We also wanted our locks rekeyed to all match, and they were so patient as I went hunting for all of the sets. Rob also made sure all of the locks and door jams aligned. They explained everything and went above and beyond to take care of us, including getting rained on! I hope we don't ever need to be let in again, BUT if we do they will be the first and only people we call!

This cable is typically about $ 20- $ 30, I spoke with the technician and he claimed that even after replacing the cable, there is no guarantee that the unit will work because he does not know what is wrong behind the wall- we don't do that kind of work! Not satisfied with his quote, we called someone else who came in on a Saturday and fixed (replaced) the cable including the plug to the wall for $ 175. see photos BEFORE and AFTER. Quote from Evergreen of more than $ 410 just to replace a short cable was exorbitant, and not fair. Will NEVER use your services.

We did something spontaneous and went to Waco. On the way back, we had a flat tire. It was a bad…read moreflat and the car was not drive able. We contacted Tesla Roadside services and they were supposed to send help. After 3 hours of waiting, we canceled the request and resubmitted help. Finally someone called us back and they dispatched the towing company. It was late and Carlos from F&J Towing showed up within 20 minutes or so. He was a God sent. He towed out vehicle to Discount Tires in Temple. Carlos was so nice and compassionate. We are forever grateful and and highly recommend F&J Towing!
