We also wanted our locks rekeyed to all match, and they were so patient as I went hunting for all of the sets. Rob also made sure all of the locks and door jams aligned. I never used the key because I have push to start so it wasn't an issue until recently when I dropped my fob and it fell apart. I initially called AutoNation and was told that since I didn't have the key, I would have to purchase 2 key fobs at the price of over $600.00 and that didn't include cutting or reprogramming. I was told that I could purchase a key fob on Amazon for around $40 and have the key cut and the fob reprogrammed. So, I decided to go that route. The first place I called said they had the key fob I needed for my car and would charge me $130 and could come out the next day to complete the job. They texted me the next morning and asked if I still needed their services and I told them I did. He then proceeded to say the person I spoke to yesterday had quoted me the wrong price and that it would Actually be $180.00. He said since I was initially quoted the lower price they would honor it. When the guy arrived he took my key fob to his van and came back and said he didn't have it after telling me the day before he did. He said he would have to order it and would have it the next day and it would be, you guessed it, $180.00! How convenient. So, I told him I wouldn't need his services. A friend told me about Waco Lock & Key, I called and made an appointment. My son took my car to them because I had to work. They were very professional and friendly. My son left with not only 1 key fob but 2 (they fixed my old one) for the Exact price they quoted and it was lower than Both of the initial quotes. The next day I called them because I was trying to use the key (that I had Never used before) and I was having trouble getting the door unlocked. They said that they made sure the key and fob were working and I could bring it to them after work and they would recheck it. They also sent me a video on how to unlock my car and it turns out I was doing it incorrectly and it did indeed work. I Highly recommend this company, they are very polite, professional and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers needs.

My home was damaged by a water pipe burst in 2018. I was told by Target that the job should not…read moretake longer than 6 weeks to complete. It has been 27 months to date and it is still not complete. They were late or did not show up at all more times than I can count, knowing that my husband and I were having to take off work to let them on the property. They busted holes in my wall while replacing the flooring that has never been fixed. When cutting holes in the ceiling to replace lighting, they cut the hole to big and even after trimming out the light, you can still see the holes. The CEO has refused to meet with us about these problems or finishing the work that the insurance paid to have done, yet he had no problem cashing all the checks. I have tried so many times to give these people the benifit of the doubt that they would be truthful and do what they were paid to do, but this is rediculous.
