My experience has been that Aquamarine Pools has been very good to work with. Many companies had their pricing go up and up but Aquamarine was willing to offer "value" packages to help families actually afford getting a pool of their own. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and they appear to have a good system in place to keep everyone informed throughout the entire buying and installation process. I would recommend including Aquamarine Pools on your list of pool builders to call when you are considering having your own pool.

When spending the amount of money it takes to build a pool, stress levels are high, and you want to be sure it's done right. JP, Jose, Angela and team put our minds at ease and did an incredible job throughout the entirety of the project. Highly recommend.

Committed to Quality & Service John and team deliver on time (actually for us, even early). The pools are amazing! And, of course, if there are problems (as there almost always are a few on big projects), John and team are committed to fixing them, no matter how long or how trivial. If you get a waterfall feature, be sure to have them seal up the inside or it may leak a little (it was our issue, but John and team fixed it up perfectly). Highly recommend auquamarine pools of central texas!

We had our pool installed in December of 2016 and picked Aquamarine due in part to their yelp rating. The pool stopped working shortly thereafter and didnt work for several weeks until a tech came out from another pool company and found that their was a leak in the pipes that had been installed across our gravel driveway. John told us not to drive across the area which was a parking area. I asked why the pipes were laid there when the workers knew it was a place where cars would frequently be. John said he would either send the men out back to move them or credit us for someone else to move them. We opted for the credit as we didnt want the men back. The next problem is that one of the skimmers was severely cockeyed and noticeable. Again John said he would credit the skimmer as there wasnt much they could do about fixing the skimmer since the hole was already cut into the fiberglass so we took the credit. Now fast forward to August 9th, the lights went on the blink and stopped working. John gave us the name of the people that do the warranty work. They came out and fixed one side and said that the other side was not installed correctly and that Johns men would have to come out and fix it. Another company came out and put the light in on the shallow side and left. Now both lighs work but when you turn them on they are different colors. I have spent the last week or so trying to get them out to "sync" the lights. The entire light ordeal is approcahing six weeks. I wouldnt recommend Johns wing of Aquamarine Pools to anyone. I hestitated to post this but when John ignored my last email asking him when we could expect the lights to be synced I had had my fill. In adidtion to everything, after the initial meet up at our home we never again saw John.

My face and skin feels overall very soft, hydrated and rejuvenated. Everything about this facial was soothing, moisturizing and incredibly amazing. If you're looking for a place to rejuvenate your skin, I recommend going to Katrina at Skin Deep in Harker Heights. It was my first time and I was able to book an appointment the same day. She asked me my name and if I'd been there before and I told her I had. She then asked when and what I had done. Idk, it's been several months. I'm wondering what's going on. Why do you need so much info when I just want to buy something? I felt like I was filling out a credit application. When I asked her if this was necessary to make a purchase she just gave me this blank look and said yes. I walked out and will never come back. Last time I was there I had a service plus bought about $250 worth of products. Just went there as most places are closed on Sundays. No problem, I'll never return

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received with balance wellness…read more I had my first prenatal massage appointment November 21st with Tammy which was a lovely massage and booked a second appointment for December 20th. A few days after booking I realized I was unable to make the appointment, because I had family in town and called to cancel November 28th. The call went to voicemail and I left a detailed message to cancel the appointment and why I was no longer available. I never received a call back. A few weeks later I called again to try to rebook a couples massage and the call went to voicemail. I did not leave a voicemail this time as I was running errands and wanted to speak to someone about the booking. I received email for the missed appointment and was charge for $164. I called to discuss what happened and got their voicemail again. I left a voicemail for their manager to call me back and received a called from Julie a couple days later telling me she'd speak to Ben the owner about it. I sent them a screenshot of my call log, so they could see I made the calls. Julie called back to inform me that there's nothing they could do about it, except offer me half off a couples massage. Julie added they have had issues with their phone systems, but didn't know the dates they were having issues. If you are having issues with your phone system that's not my fault. You should take accountability and make it right for the customer. If you don't have a receptionist to answer calls and you have known phone system issues you need to provide others ways of booking/canceling appointments.

My sessions with Ben are the only thing that has helped me feel better and get relief. I go once a month and it has changed my life. Absolutely the best massage therapy in the Georgetown area.
