From the day I met with Aaron to the day my pool was complete, our experience with Premier Pools has been outstanding. Aaron kept us informed up until Kevin, the site manager took over. We began the process in Sept. Due to circumstances beyond their control (weather and supply issues), the pool wasn't complete until Feb. Kevin was in constant contact. After Kevin was injured, Fred took over. Again, communication was great. There were no issues at all. Everyone addressed any concerns and answered all questions we had. Everyone was completely professional. Our pool is absolutely beautiful! The cost of our pool was less than the price of our new car. Unbelievable! If you are contemplating on getting a pool, sit down with Aaron at Premier Pools. He can customize a pool to fit your budget. We do not regret our decision one bit. **My husband has spent more time outside in the last 2 months than he has in the last 2 read more

Loved the build process and the pool was great for about 2 years.... Now the pool is starting to fail from a shotty subcontractor premier used to build the pool - specifically the concrete etc. the pool now has ASR (concrete cancer). Thought oh great!! Total bummer but PPAS gave us a wonderful warranty and all will be fixed and made right. PPAS filed the insurance claim which they said their insurance company denied for me and countless others and they were headed to litigation to resolve this. PPAS was great about monthly communication up until Nov 2025 and they have gone completely silent. Have no idea what's going on at this stage, pool looks terrible and is losing water. I just really would like an update as to what's going on at this stage and our pool repaired so we as a family can get back to enjoying it. Until PPAS starts honoring their warranties I'd highly HIGHLY suggest to stay away and seek out other pool builders read more

Fred D. - project manager Joe W. - consultant and designer EXTRAORDINARY!!!!!! Our pool is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Joe kicked us off by creating our very own custom designed pool and backyard vision! "Spud" Joe painstakingly answered all of our questions "first time pool builders" questions and concerns...on repeat! We wild think of something randomly and Joe "cool" brought a calm confidence, reassuring diplomacy, and a can do "it's gonna be okay we've got you" attitude to anything we asked about, pressed for, or discussed. Additionally, he paired us up with an expert to select all the finishes (Kim?) to make sure we got the right aesthetic! Joe brought the right kind of level headed calm approach that nervous first timers need! Joe took our needs to heart, and put that level of caring into our project. We would recommend Joe for any project or leadership role! He is a real gem in all his "quiet listening" manner. Joe told us he had a great project manager, Fred, that would take care of us, but that he can be tough! Fred may be a tough talker and tight timeline manager, but that is the right kind of tough needed to manage such big projects with all its moving parts. Fred runs a tight ship! As veterans we truly appreciate that! He's got a great sense of humor in laughing at our learning and moments of stress to help take care of us...not to mention coming to get eyes on the project just about every single day. Fred is AMAZING! Fred took us from "breaking ground" to "swimming" in 8 weeks! We had no rocks or large structure problems or delays in any of the construction phases. He made sure we understood the paperwork, mapped it out so we could visualize it, he talked through all our custom elections to make sure we truly got the most out of our investment with the highest quality and value! Fred managed all the crews with a firm understanding, and gentle voice of leadership that conveyed to the crews in an accountable and positive way. All our crews under Fred's leadership were pleasant and friendly...we were very pleased to have them on our property! The end result of our "spud" project was more than I think we could have hoped for. The value of the investment and theorists and quality construction all came together beautifully! We wanted a calming, country, natural landscape, peaceful feel...as we live in the country a bit. We will be landscaping and such but the pictures with the sunrise is a place everyone tells us they want to come experience! Thank you Fred and Joe for taking care of us! Thank you! read more

Premiere Pools was a fast and reliable builder, and their follow up service has been outstanding. Love our new pool, it's gorgeous and it has been running great! They are fast and responsive to any problems. My only complaint would be that the pump pump system for the hot tub and pool looks super complicated and the tubes catch leaves all the time. Maybe it needs to be that way for the automation features but we would have preferred something simpler to access and troubleshoot. read more

We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Fred from Premier Pools and Spas on our pool project! From start to finish, his patience and professionalism stood out. He took the time to answer all of our questions, walk us through each step of the process, and made sure we felt confident in every decision along the way. Fred's attention to detail and calm, positive attitude truly made the entire experience enjoyable. Even our dog, Chip, became fast friends with him which in all honesty is an accomplishment in itself! We have so many great things to say about Premier Pools and their awesome team! My husband and I always wanted a pool but were a little nervous about the process, quality of build, and potential issues. We did a ton of research, talked to different vendors, asked a million questions, and eventually decided on Premier Pools due to our positive interactions with Lenard, the sales manager. He was so knowledgeable, patient and kind. Even though he had extensive discussion with my husband, and I came in a little later, he never made me feel like a burden. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions, guided us on the design, worked with our budget, and really listened to our needs. It was clear he cared about building trust and making our vision a reality, not just making a sale. When we moved to the construction phase, we got to work with Fred as the lead project manager, and he was amazing. You can tell he's quite passionate about what he does, and wants to ensure everything is done right, with the highest quality. He was always checking in on the workers, keeping us updated, and even stopped by a few times during the curing phase to make sure we were doing it correctly. He also knew exactly when to bring in the right people to handle things, which we really appreciated. I also have to mention Kristy, who helped us pick out our selections. She was so sweet and understanding. She worked within our scope and used her expertise to help us make the perfect choices for the various components we had to select. Overall, we've been happy with the process and all the people involved with our pool construction. We are excited to see our dream pool, or 'Oasis,' as Lenard called it, finally come to life. We'd recommend Premier Pools and their amazing team again and again! read more

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Cody Gilcrease and Erik Kramer at Premiere Pools. In today's society, it is not easy to find a pool company that you can trust. From our initial conversations to the start of the project, Cody has been absolutely amazing. I have complete confidence in his expertise, and he always responds to my numerous questions with sincerity. I am extremely confident in the successful outcome of this project. In fact, I have already recommended Premiere Pools to three of my neighbors, who have scheduled consultations with Cody. Erik, the project manager, was awesome throughout the entire project. He is always willing to go above and beyond to help in any way he can, and truly took pride in every step of the project to make sure my vision was carried out. I consider myself fortunate to have both Erik and Cody leading my project. The main reason I decided to build a pool is to create a space for my family and friends. I value the importance of spending quality time with loved ones, and a pool provides entertainment for both children and adults. I want my home to be a safe and enjoyable place for the people I care about, as well as for myself. I couldn't be happier with the final outcome of the project, and would choose Premier Pools again in a heartbeat. read more

This company does not honor its warranty. Communication is offensive and they do not believe in their core values. I highly recommend passing on this company immediately. I am living proof of spending $181,000 and the pool needs to be demolished. Look up their core values and they missed the boat on every single one of them. The owner will not even take my calls. He puts his head in the sand and zero accountability. Think of Premier Pools and spas as taking your money and you get more problems than you bargained for. My pictures are worth more than 1000 words. And I have hundreds more. read more

I would give 0 if I could. While taking your money they are very responsive, but as soon as the job is done, unless you call everyday for an issue while "in-warranty", expect radio silence. Heaven forbid you actually have a valid warranty claim. In those cases, especially with structural damage caused by ASR, they deny, deny, deny. Not even worth to pursue through the regular channels. Make sure you have a good attorney before you choose so you are ready to compel them to perform under the contract they make you sign before work begins. read more

We had a pool built in 2020 and just recently found out that Premier Pools & Spas, in Georgetown, used faulty Gunite and now, our 5-year-old pool is ruined. It has a terminal condition known as ASR and it cannot be repaired. After noticing cracks in the Pebble Tec, we reached out to Premier Pools, and they sent a representative out to have look. That rep confirmed that our pool is affected by ASR and that they (Premier Pools) would open a claim on our behalf. That was in May 2025. I have sent numerous emails to Premier Pools, with no response. Rachel Kirk, who is supposed to manage their claims process has not responded to the 5 emails I sent her. Aaron Dumas spoke to my wife and said he would provide the claim information. That was three weeks ago. No claim information has been provided. The owner (John Curl) has also not responded. These guys are grifters and if you ever have a problem with your pool, they will leave you high and dry. I thought we did enough research when we hired them. Do better than we did. I really trusted these folks, but you will find many claims against Premier Pools for the exact same thing. If a problem arises, they will ghost you. We are now looking at about $155k to have our existing pool removed and another re-built - all because the thieves and liars at Premier Pools won't make it right. Don't risk your hard-earned money with these clowns. read more

It started with them stating they turned in our plans to our HOA, yet couldn't provide proof it was done. HOA never got it. Was a mess, already putting the project 9 weeks behind. Then we were talked into a special skimmer. So once it was installed the box sat for a few weeks rotting in the rain so I grabbed it yo Google this amazing skimmer only to find out they installed a less expensive smaller skimmer without our knowledge. Because these are installed into the concrete there was nothing that could be done. They ended up cutting us a check which another story, they were going to install a second skimmer but it went into the easement which they should have know & want one snack dab in the middle of the end of the pool like a popsicle stick. During design we were told a beach entry wouldn't cost a dime more yet once we started building we were told the pebble couldn't be exposed, So we spent $800 on tile along with a bid they provided of something like $2300 to install the tile in the entry. They came down to I think $1200 on top of the tile we bought so 2k we were told we would NOT be paying. Also during the last design call we lowered the spa, did the beach entry and a couple other changes that never made it to the plan so the pool was built off the old plan. I asked our sup several times about the height of the spa but couldn't get an answer until the gunite truck was there. Well I was correct it was the wrong height but it was too late. B/C of this and due to the proposal saying glass tile they agreed to upgrade the tile since the look of the design would not work with the 18in raised spa that we didn't want which we now had. They are trying, I'll give them that but it's been a waste of both of our time. We were promised that we didn't need to do micro pebble, that we would love mini pebble and it wouldn't cause any issues with toes or suits. Well we have big problems with both. So they drained our pool to sand down the rough areas but while doing they ruined the tile lines. SO, they didn't catch it but refilled the pool and as soon as I got home I immediately saw they chopped the tile in half and removed all the Shimmer layer off the tile. SO we had to go for another full pool drain so they could cut out alllllllll the tile lines and relay them with grout. So now we have tile lines in grout rather than prelayed into plaster like all pools. We didn't want spray decking, our awesome designer suggested a salt finish which I actually loved. BUT they screwed up the concrete pour so bad they ended up having to refloat the deck and spray deck over it which I hate. When they did the salt finish, they didn't wash it away and it ate away at the natural stone coping leaving huge craters, so they replaced the coping, BUT they replaced the coping with 2 in darker coping when we have 2.25in light grey coping. They will tell me something is done, I'll walk outside and clearly it hasn't even been touched. It's like why? Why lie to me? I just want things done right. I just don't understand why they don't supervise & check the work that is being completed. I'm thankful they didn't run away but I shouldn't have to feel like that should I? We are paying over $80k, they should deliver the product they promised. Something they are proud of as well as something we are happy with. They post pictures of these beautiful pools. I guarantee they aren't posting pictures of ours. In the beginning we passed out their info to so many people, once they started digging but then everything stopped and sat and issues kept happening. We really enjoyed working with almost everyone. We would meet in person and come up with a great game plan repairs would get made but they weren't up to par, it was crushing. As you can see the stone doesn't match, it's not the same size or color and they call it tolerable and now they are sending me to their attorney. I've never felt so defeated in my life. We paid so much money to be treated like this? They try so hard to act like they care but if they really did wouldn't they have done it right or been here or said they would take care of it? Instead it's all my fault and somehow I have ruined their business. Look online at review sites, it's not just me y'all. It's so sad and so unfair we paid money for me to be treated as the bad guy. Trust me this is the LAST thing I wanted, I would have loved to sing praises about them. I love helping business succeed and love spreading the word about great places I just can't say that about this place and my heart is broken. read more

They did much a great job with the design and Fred managing the project was great! They captured our vision!

We chose this company to build our pool and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. While the initial consultation was promising and we signed our contract in February, construction didn't begin until August. We were told the pool would be ready by early summer of the following year, but it wasn't completed until the very end of summer--disappointing timing for a new build. During construction, a waterline to our home was damaged, even though we had clearly marked and communicated its location in advance. The original project manager acknowledged the issue and agreed to handle repairs. However, after a few weeks, no action was taken. This delay led to further complications, including plumbing blockages throughout the home due to dirt entering the line. Although we had written confirmation via text that the company would cover the cost of repairs, the new project manager--after the original one left--refused to honor that agreement, citing fine print in the contract that excludes such damage. While we were aware of the contract language, we relied on their agreement in good faith. Had we known they wouldn't follow through, we would have handled the repairs ourselves sooner and avoided thousands of dollars in additional damage. After our final payment was made, the remaining finishing touches and needed fixes dragged on for months. It was clear that once payment was received, our project was no longer a priority. We've also experienced numerous quality issues just one year into owning the pool. The metal railings are already rusting and wabbly, the deck has developed multiple cracks, and the RPZ valve had to be replaced. When we raised concerns, the company attributed the issues to cold weather--yet no freeze occurred during that period. Another issue was the lack of detail in the contract regarding the pool design. Features we specifically requested during the design phase--and saw in renderings--were not included in the final build. These ended up being additional charges we subcontracted out. While the initial quote was competitive, the actual cost was significantly higher than expected. We recommend that future customers ensure every detail is documented clearly in writing and that they get clarification on what is and isn't included. Also, be cautious of companies that don't make their Google customer reviews publicly available. For peace of mind, it may be worth choosing a more reputable builder with transparent feedback and a stronger commitment to follow-through. read more

***ALERT*** Think more than twice before choosing what company will be building your pool and how responsible they will be if you might have any issue during and after construction. Here we are, another victim of Premier's lack of communication and consideration with the customer. Our pool was one of those affected with ARS and what was a dream became a nightmare. Premier simply can't solve absolutely anything, their lifetime warranty became non-existent and the company's lack of responsibility is unbelievable. Our pool is simply falling apart with cracks and leaks everywhere. According to Premier, their insurance company denied the claims and now we have deal with our insurance company, is this really serious? They were wonderful during the process of selling the pool to us, full of promises and acting like they were the best pool company in the area. What now? We just have no idea, the pool needs to be demolished and reconstructed, but who will be covering the cost? We don't build pools and we can't be responsible to fix this. We decided to go with Premier believing they were a reliable company, we paid almost 100K for this pool and now we are here without support, basically begging for communication. But I can guarantee that they still closing deals selling pools acting if they're the best pool company around. read more

These people are absolute clowns. Stay away from them at all costs. They cut corners from the cut corners. We're on week 7 of having them build a patio with zero progress and we've hired an inspector and structural engineer in a vain attempt to get them to fix issues. It's July 23rd and the first inspection report was given to them on June 10th. Yes, they have failed to make corrections for that long. The engineer pointed out that they didn't have enough drainage that our house could flood, since they sloped the patio to our house. Rebar is badly tied or missing. It's embedded in dirt in some cases, which will cause accelerated rusting of the rebar and will eventually lead to spalling (rust stains and cracking) if unaddressed. He called it "dirty work" (his words) and asked the name of the company so he could avoid them, as he said his wife wanted a pool and was looking for a company. He said they'd probably have to undo the forms to make the required corrections. After sending them the report, their latest email asked for the engineer to warranty the patio against cracking or flooding. The tone seemed to imply a desire to avoid making changes unless he warrantied it. Uh, hello? You're building the patio! I called the engineer because you're trying to avoid fixing things! He said it'll flood as is. Are you seriously trying to blame someone else for your poor installation? That's the final straw for me that led me to post this review now rather than after giving them a chance to finish the job. It would be unethical for me to not share my experience so others don't deal with such incompetent at best or deceitful at worst people. They built our pool and rebar was exposed on three sides of the pool bond beam because they didn't cut it to length, which is when I started paying close attention to their craftsmanship or lack thereof. Drains were attached to concrete with wood screws, the wrong kind of screw even if it made sense to drill through a DRAIN that is supposed to hold water. The drain was leaking all along the length due to not being level and globs of silicone were used to attempt to get it to seal. They even cut a nice big hole in a pipe and tried to seal things with tape, as if that's the correct solution. The only pro is they attempt to do things quickly, the major con is they do so by being sloppy. The patio may be pretty now, but it won't be so pretty when it floods your house or you get rust spots from poorly placed rebar. They've lied about things being "good" repeatedly. After getting the engineer's report I've paid them $30k for a patio and pool equipment and they haven't made any progress towards completion in nearly two months. Even work that isn't connected to the patio, like pouring an equipment pad or running plumbing and electrical, isn't being done. Do not use this company. They'll build you your pool and patio, and it might even look good, but they're cutting corners everywhere. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible, but had to give at least one. Premier Pools and Spas has admitted to faulty installation of my pool, as presented in filed insurance documents, but still refuse to assist, repair, or communicate. No more than 10 days after completion of the pool (Aug 2022), rust began to appear and to this day has never been fixed. Less than a year later cracks appeared (Jun 2023). When someone finally came out, they patched the rust spots and cut the cracks then left. They claimed I have "concrete cancer" and will require reinstallation of entire pool. One year later, the cracks and rust has grown and all communications from premier has ceased. They have no intentions of fixing their mistake but continue to advertise the best customer service and warranty in the business. This is a flat out lie and once they have your money, you will receive zero help with any "real" problems you have with your pool. Do your homework and find a reputable and honest pool builder. Our pool is beautiful and turned out amazing. The communication and speed bumps along the way were never acknowledged by the company or the super. After multiple requests to meet with management after the pool was completed, they ignored my emails and failed to acknowledge and follow through on the request to hear my concerns. Our pool was installed with several issues, including our plumbing being installed backwards, our auto fill pipes full of rocks from construction, and multiple leaks/weeps in the gunnite that had to be repaired. The education and communication loops that come with purchase of your pool are minimal, and often the super would say he would do something/look into an issue, then not respond or forget.
