All started with Ryan designing our smaller backyard pool. Hilario was our project manager, always kept us updated with next steps/progress and always answered questions! Both did a great job and can't wait for it to warm up to finally be able to get in! Thanks guys!

We're very glad we went with Denali Pools. Ryan was great at designing and helping us get set with HOA and town approval. Hilario was our project manager and all I can say is Hilario is the man!! We started the day after Labor Day and done just around Halloween. No hiccups, delays, issues. Any questions or concerns was always addressed timely and would provide daily updates.

Ponding due to having part of the pavers removed and replaced. Should have removed all of the pavers to have an even slope.

I replaced a swimming pool due to ASR with a new Denali Pool. Part of the original travertine patio was removed and re-installed during the construction process. The new pool is higher than the old pool which has created a slope from the pool and towards the original patio pavers which creates ponding of water and looks unlevel. I have tried to resolve this issue with Denali at lengths, but they have not agreed to re-level the patio and expect me to live with it. I am obtaining quotes to have this fixed and I do not wish to have ponding and drainage issues. In addition, my sales person recommended abalone shells be added to the plaster for sparkle and I loved this idea. They abalone was never added and my sales person Marc Smith now refused to get back to me. The whole patio is a mess and I'm receiving estimates of around 5k to 10k to fix their mess.

Denali Pools built my family an amazing pool. Sam and Jordan made the process as painless as possible. After evaluating 8 different pool builders in the area we finally landed on Denali and we are so glad we did and you will be too. Thank you Sam and Jordan!

Fun time having our pool project manager (Kenny) and pool designer (Devon) and their families over to celebrate our new pool!

We chose Denali to build our first pool. First dig was beginning of December and we filled April 6. It was a great process. We had a few bumps but NOTHING like the horror stories we've heard from other people that have built with other companies. We would highly recommend Denali and would build with them again! Nothing says a happy customer like when you invite your pool project manager (Kenny) and pool designer (Devon) and their families over to celebrate your new pool (see pic).

Our experience with Denali Pools was fantastic. We had hired Premier Pools couple of years ago to build a pool, but after 9 months, they hadn't even started yet, and we ended up terminating our contract with them. Then we found Denali Pools this year, and within 3 months from the time we first contacted them, our pool is complete. Both Matt (our designer) and Jeremy (our supervisor) were fantastic. They were the pool-building dream team. Jeremy was on top of everything, he always promptly answered our questions and addressed our concerns, and he wasted no time getting work scheduled. Things couldn't have gone better. We originally thought Denali would have been more expensive, but it ended up costing about the same as Premier quoted us, so we got fantastic value for our money, including the amazing service.

I reached out to the top 10 pool companies in Austin and interviewed half of them. When you do that, you start to see who is bs'ing you and who really knows what they're talking about. Travis at Denali proved to be an expert above all others and after I got the renderings, I knew Travis was most aligned with my vision. For the most part, the process went smoothly. We had a neighbor who was strict about our timeline and using his yard and Travis did an excellent job navigating that relationship and getting the crew through on a very short timeline of a few weeks. Where it soured was when tile was installed, some were white and some were light gray making it look very mismatched and as a designer, I could not let that be tied to my name as a lot of people and neighbors look to me for design expertise. When I told my PM, Jeremy, he pushed back on me but I kept pushing and he allowed to switch some out. I marked which ones I wanted swapped out and then the crew swapped them out... with gray tiles again! This time, Jeremy did not relent, nor did he admit that was not right and even worse, as a PM, he offered no real solution. He just refused to genuinely help. What he doesn't understand is as a designer and a very connected person, people always ask for my expertise and recommendations all the time. In fact, before I even started building, a person in my neighborhood reached out to me and I raved about Travis and they quickly proceeded with Denali too along with about 5 other referrals I sent to Denali. People even see my pool from the street and knock on my door to ask me about my thoughts on the pool company I used. Jeremy needs to understand their work speaks for itself too, including if it's mismatched tiles. If I have people come to my house and see mismatched tiles, it'll turn them off from using Denali. This was actually a very small concern in the grand scheme of things so it really could have been resolved more professionally to not sour a relationship. Reached out to Travis and he helped resolved the issue with staining and the tiles look perfect now. Most importantly, he showed that he cared and wanted to help. That's how you keep customers and get referrals and repeat business. The pool turned out beautifully. There were issues with the heating unit not working for a bit and a very large crack that they are waiting to cure and then re-cope it so I'll update the review after. Overall, the pool turned out beautifully, I just wish that the service from Jeremy matched what you would expect when spending six figures on a product at a top company.

Bad, exposed, leaky pipe work.

HARD PASS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!…read more Moved to a new house and shopping for pool service. Submitted an online request on their website Wednesday around 9 AM. Out of the 5 companies I submitted a request to, they were the 2nd ones I reached out to but the last ones to reach out back to me (excluding the auto-generated "thank you" text which the other pool companies sent as well). Lisa from the office called me Wednesday at 5:38 PM and said she could have a tech come out the next day to give me a quote. Jose came out Thursday around noon. He was super nice and professional. He said he would get me 3 different quotes for the 3 type of packages they offer by the end of the day or the next day (Friday) in the morning at the latest. By Friday at 4:25 PM, I had yet to receive anything so I called and spoke to Lisa and she said they'll send it over shortly. They sent 2 quotes (not 3) at 4:40 PM. Monday morning at 10 AM, I called to discuss the quotes for further clarification, especially since the links weren't working. Lisa said she's going to call Jose and call me right back. She never did. Tuesday morning at 8:28 AM, almost a week after I had initially reached out, I called saying they never called me back and asked to speak to a manager. She put me on the phone with Jose and he was a totally different person than the guy that came out to the house. He kept interrupting me and talking over me. He was rude saying I didn't know anything about pools (that might be true but this is not my first house with a pool and that's not something you'd say to a prospective client), and making excuses for their lack of responsiveness. If they're this bad when they're trying to earn my business, I can't imagine how bad they are once they do earn it. Reading some of their other reviews, I should've just never reached out to begin with. TLDR: Unresponsive, unprofessional/rude, overpromise/underdeliver. Ended up going with a different pool company that responded right away and was able to get me on the schedule immediately.

STAY AWAY!!!! If…read moreyou want incompetent workers, who leave trash on property, men who do NOT communicate things at all, dump unwanted sand all over your grass to smother the grass, ring the doorbell incessantly, look no further. They were tasked with emptying our pool's sand filtration system, and as per the line items on the agreement it SAYS 'remove sand and haul off property." So what did these guys do? They DUMPED the entire sand contents onto our grass property next to the pool house. I was livid. We were not informed they'd be doing this (nor did we want random sand spread ALL over our lawn!?), and then they just left like we wouldn't notice mounds of sand?! It wasnt even dumped in one spot, it was SPREAD all over our property like someone was building a sand pit. They left trash next to our pool and around our pool house area (zip ties, cut tubing, screws). I have a 1 year old who eats everything so as a mother, this is obviously insane someone would leave choking hazards around. Not to mention leaving trash in general is unbelievable unprofessional. It was packaging for the pool lights. Oh boy lets talk about that! They installed new pool lights, tested it extensively while here, only for my husband and I to try them out and realize 1 of them flickered like crazy and flat out stopped working. What on earth was this guy testing all that time during the day!? One guy came to do all the chemicals in the pool after fully draining it to pressure wash the pool, he didn't even have a vacuum to remove all the dang sand. He CLAIMS he was informed of it too late and he was already on his way. Don't care, unprofessional, yet again. You mess something up, you fix it immediately. Any respectable company would do this. It's been a week and they said they'd be back to vacuum up the sand on monday. Come Monday, did anyone show up? NOPE. Not even a phone call saying they cannot make it. I'm so pissed Ace Hardware has the audacity to display these guys' business on their front doors, btw. The Ace in Georgetown. Laziest worst communicating business I've ever encountered. These guys are the absolute WORST bothersome stressful group of men I've ever seen run a 'business'. I've lost sleep over how awful these guys are. UPDATE: they came today to "clean up the sand", check the photos. Plenty of sand still present. They clearly didn't vacuum it like promised. I saw the beardy employee just sweep it around looks like he used dirt and leaves to spread it around on top of the sand still present. This isn't even fine sand, it's incredibly thick! What a joke.

These guys have 5 stars for a reason. They may not have "revolutionized" pool care- but they are…read morethe most efficient and effective team assembled in Austin. They do everything, and they do it well. They are transparent and extremely responsive. For your $, you could not get a better service. Thanks so much, Patriot.

I'm kind of baffled by all the positive reviews for this company. We have had consistent problems…read morewith Patriot since not long after we started using them in 2022. The weekly pool service is generally fine, but if anything goes even remotely wrong (which it will because they're scaling rapidly and training new folks), Patriot is nowhere to be found. In the time we've been using them, they've incorrectly cleaned our filter twice, stained our white pool tiles, and caused our skimmer to operate incorrectly. It has been pulling teeth to get them to return to fix it - many calls over many weeks, and at present, our skimmer and pool tile are still not resolved. In the case of the skimmer, our pool has an in-ground cleaning system and generally stays crystal clear throughout the spring months. Twice now, Patriot has come to clean the filter, and the skimmer has stopped operating immediately after. The first time, a tech returned a week or so later and told us their filter crew had forgotten to switch something to do with the skimmer back on (it was immediately fixed once he corrected it). This time, it stopped operating correctly immediately after the filter-cleaning again (same timing, same issue) and Patriot (after failing to return our calls, then sending people who weren't trained to investigate or resolve the issue three separate times) is telling us there's nothing wrong. This has been going on for well over a month at this point, and apparently we're going to need to pay someone else to come out and fix it. In the case of the pool tile (see pics below) Patriot acknowledged fault for the issue, and tried a number of tactics to resolve it, none of which worked. So it seems we're stuck with the stains. There are lots of pool companies in Austin. I'd recommend you go with a company that stands behind their work and fixes their mistakes.

I am very glad we did. Both the main technician, Carlos and his assistant, Maryori, were extremely professional and kept us informed as the process went along. They left our yard clean, and although they are not responsible for our grass or yard, I could not even tell they had worked in our yard! They did a final leak test after the repair to ensure we did not have any additional leaks and we were leak free after their repairs. The repairs also carried a one year warranty and they also include a year of free leak detection from the date our repair was completed. I also found the office staff, Amanda, very friendly and concerned. She made us feel valued as a customer.
