I wanna be honest about how y'all treated us was not professional. It started when (alison) your front desk really didn't care. And, it seems like there's a ton of disconnect from what happens on the field and in the office.
The people who actually see the customers are the ones who are educated. They are the ones who are the face of your company. Antony and Jesse were very professional and even said that the office has not been up to par and they have to pick up the pieces. Your field manager runs his own show out on the field. He's severely over worked and yet your own admin / staff don't even know what day it is.
First day speaking on the phone with Alison - she thought it was friday. And, it was Tuesday. She was telling me all about the vacation she just took. (I personally was just focused on getting service requested on the pool) Then, when I asked how much the filter clean would be. (Thinking she would ask for photos to know what state of the pool) she just sent me a link saying it would be $175. She never asked what was going on. The guys that came on location.. I warned the guys like - look, the pool needs some tlc. But, she didn't listen to anything. I wanted to make sure they were prepared for the job!
I also would like to bring up to your attention.. your techs were scheduled to be on site and were a no show on the first day. No one communicated anything to us. I had to pay my staff for waiting. When I called and asked Alison she laughed and said - "we handle our normal customers first before our new customers" then I asked when y'all would be coming out to see our location. She said "I am reaching out to the tech." She never reached back out to us. Your tech didn't have our correct phone number. He showed up at the wrong address. We had to find him. Jesse was very professional through the whole mess.
Antony showed up as well he apologized for not showing up the first day. He said it was due to the postpone construction / build that pushed everything back. (Notice he is doing her job by telling us what's up.) He said we did NOT have to deal with your office. I made it clear about all the issues we had. And, I did not want to do business with Alison because of how she was treating us. And, he said that's fine. He would send us a quote directly. And, I was being pressed by Jason on email for payment which was ridiculous when I am in communication with your staff about quotes. (I can see y'all do not communicate) - I have proof of texts on my end by Antony.
Then, when I was told y'all would be here on friday - he said yes - I asked if would be able to pay all invoices / and handle everything on location. We were in the green. Then, I got an email from Jason directly saying the estimate was declined cause I didn't pay the original invoice of the filter. Wow..
I felt you should hear it directly and hope others can learn from this as well. read more
