The tech that came out was not able to figure out the angle on the pipe that he was replacing and ended up using a putty which I agreed to. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My reason for my review not being a five is that the quote was nearly fifty percent more than anticipated for a simple pvc pipe repair and o ring replacement. I tried to speak to the company and they were not willing to come any closer to their original quote. Beware of the price you are quoted as it may end up much higher than expected.

The vacuum they provide requires you doing 90% of the work, but a robot vacuum does the work for you.

The salt converter wasn't put in correctly, and I had to pay a pool guy to come and fix that. The ladder is still not working right, and their suggestion was to keep drilling holes. I'm not sure what kind of ladder to get, but I'll need a new one for my 2nd season this year. They had some extra artificial turf; I was even willing to level it, but they said no need. Came in and did 3 pieces going different ways. Bumpy and loose with divots. They told me to call them, and they would come back. Ha! Nope. I took pictures and everything, but they never even responded. This winter, critters went under the gaps. Again, I had to replace it, and it cost obviously more money. . They got their money and apparently are one of the few that put these pools in. My fault, I am a stupidly trusting single mom and definitely got taken advantage of. So Service was not good, my opinion, they spread themselves out too thin. Quality of their work, well, since they didn't come in and put it right and then had to come back twice, I'd say their quality is questionable. Value - are you kidding? This is after my family and I had waited for months on another company that was supposed to do the repair. Even with confusion with this other company about the exact location of the leak, David was patient and attentive to the problems at hand. He and his crew efficiently and correctly found the leak, broke up the concrete deck to repair it, and filled it back in to an almost exact concrete match. We were very impressed with the attention David and his crew paid to doing a great job, not only repairing the leak, but also helping us navigate the issues with the other company. After months of nothing, Toten pool told us that they would not be able to install our pool nor give our deposit back. We had to get a lawyer in August 2022 and give $30k to another pool contractor to install it. We lost 11k due to a 100% mark up on the kit plus added cost of starting over with new contractor. Our pool was finished in October 2022 by another pool contractor. It was too cold by the time the other contractor installed it, but they did an amazing job! The structure the other contractor used was even better than Toten Pools was planning. The whole idea to pay for the pool in February 2022 was so we had a pool for the summer of 2022, but instead we got scammed.
