February of 2022 we put down $30k. We received our pool kit in March 2022. We reached out to Toten Pools every week after we received the kit. We only got brief responses. After months of nothing, Toten pool told us that they would not be able to install our pool nor give our deposit back. We had to get a lawyer in August 2022 and give $30k to another pool contractor to install it. We lost 11k due to a 100% mark up on the kit plus added cost of starting over with new contractor. Our pool was finished in October 2022 by another pool contractor. It was too cold by the time the other contractor installed it, but they did an amazing job! The structure the other contractor used was even better than Toten Pools was planning. Extremely disappointed with them, they left my pool area with piles of old slimy leaves and scum from old liner, they removed and hauled off but left boxes full of old coves laying in yard and stinking slime splattered on side of pool and deck with no attempt to clean it off. Did not reattach pool ladder to deck and did not tighten plumbing on back side of return line, it was not even hand tight when I noticed it leaking. Just poor customer service for what I paid to have this job done, I definitely do not recommend them for pool liner replacement. read more

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Lack consideration for their customers, unprofessional. Waited patiently 6 months for a pool, never got it. Asked for my deposit back, the wife leaves me rude messages about how I am hard to please. Really don't even want to give one star, please save your time and money and go elsewhere. We needed this pool for my daughter who is disabled and cannot walk and uses aquatic therapy during the summer and now we will have to start all over finding a pool for her for next summer. read more

Took a little while to get pool bc of COVID. Got installed a few weeks ago. Only took them 5 hours start to finish! Got it up and they cleaned up all their mess! read more

I experienced an extremely stressful 3 1/3 months for this company to install an above ground pool. Their regulations that they have customers sign literally leave no fault on their part for any problems. Communication was practically nonexistent and their kids were always on the job site helping themselves to my basketball court and swing set for my grandkids. They did no clean up whatsoever even when it was their personal cans of soda left behind. His first day for the job he never showed up or called. His excuse was "I forgot". He was working on other jobs at the same time. One day at my house and the next day in Bryan. The pool had some problems but it was fixed. For the money I paid It is an experience I would not wish on my worst enemy. He would tell me when he was coming and not show up. It was a very long and awful 3 1/2 months. I will say that this all was during Covid so there were delays in shipping equipment but most of the delays were his doing. read more
