I tried to speak to the company and they were not willing to come any closer to their original quote. Beware of the price you are quoted as it may end up much higher than expected.

Unfortunately that papered off the area by stapling into the ceiling and wall. When they pulled the paper off it removed chunks of paint and left staple holes all over the newly floated and painted ceiling. There were actually some staples still left in the ceiling and walls. I asked them to come back and fix it, and they did fix the holes. But we still had to get back up and repaint the ceiling. All in all, hiring them created more work for us. Not cool. I like the people who work for this place a lot, but after this experience I'm not totally sure I would use them again, for drywall at least. Original Review (5 Stars): We have used these guys once to add blow-in insulation to our attic. We were so pleased. They came out quickly to give us a quote, the prices were totally reasonable, the people were nice. They came out to give an estimate very quickly, the price was very reasonable, and the work was outstanding. You can't even tell that the drywall on the ceiling has been replaced because they were able to perfectly match the texture of the existing ceiling. We got the new cooktop, but it wouldn't fit. The original granite people did a poor job of cutting the opening. The great folks at Italian Granite had their guys come out and, in less than an hour, had the opening sized right and squared up perfectly. I had originally contacted them on Friday afternoon, and the job was done by 2:00 pm on Monday. Can't get much better than that

The worst experience we have ever had! 1st off (this should have been our 1st indication of disappointment), we called to set an appointment and was told they will call us back later in the week. We called Italian Granite to set a stainless steel sink we already had but had fallen from the existing granite countertop, so they only had to reset the sink. After they reset it, the left side sink was not aligned properly causing a sort of lip on the edge of the sink so water could leak from that area. We called them back later that same day and the women at the office was so rude and immediately claimed it wasn't their fault. We asked if they could just come out to look at it (knowing if they saw the sink was not aligned, they would know their error) and she finally agreed someone would come back out later in the week. Several weeks later with no call from them or them coming out, we called them back. They finally agreed to come out the same day of the call. The owner of the company happen to come (wish we would have read the other reviews on here about him), once he saw it he called us (this is a rental home) and he cussed us out left and right!! Saying it wasn't his fault, he called us MF'ers, said our house was $hitty and said it was our sink, that it was old and falling apart even though it's a stainless steel sink! We tried to ask for his name but instead he said F*ck You! This company is ridiculous, PLEASE do not use this company! The disrespect from this company owner and his employees is unbelievable!! I got a prompt reply back when I asked and the gentleman said they'd be available. We set up a time for 4/23. That Monday, I confirmed with them through text that we were still on. The day of the move, around 9am, I texted with them and again confirmed that they were coming. Around 9:30am he said they'd be running about 20 minutes late (which happens, no biggie). From there, I never heard another word from this company. I was left sitting at my storage facility, looking like a fool, with absolutely no one to help me move into my house for an hour and half before I gave up. I called them 24 times with no call back and I received no text back. They clearly decided today wasn't a fun day to move and left me HIGH AND DRY!!! They weren't even considerate enough to even make up a lie, like, "hey, we broke down, etc." This is the behavior of a petulant child, not a professional....or even a grown man. This ended up costing me about $1k over what I had budgeted for the move. I had zero way of getting my fridge, washer/dryer, and essentials moved. Don't even consider reaching out to this company. Sure, they might come help.....or, they'll decide it's not a fun day to work so to heck with the customer. Embarrassing (both for me and this company) and disheartening.
