He thinks that he should not be questioned about his billing practices and believes that you should pay whatever number he comes up with without question. I also didn't appreciate him trying to goad me into a discussion about politics by saying more than once: "the price of chemicals have gone up since Biden became President." Just tell me how much it will cost to clear my pool, I'm not interested in your political views! He will never tell you how much you can expect to pay per month, only give you some a wide "possible" price range. Also, his utter arrogance was also a turn off. When I said he was too expensive or that questioned the basis for his exorbitant billing practices, he arrogantly told me that: "You want the best services for the cheapest price. And it just doesn't exist. You will always get what you pay for." In other words, if I don't use him and pay his unsubstantiated costs, I will not find other quality pool maintenance service providers. Finally, I offered to pay for July ($500!!!!), but not after, and then he immediately dropped me as a customer and charged me $274 for 1 visit; and my pool still had dirt on the bottom of it. Be careful in dealing with him, his knowledge of pools and pool equipment will distract you from his unqualified and unsubstantiated billing practices. I know he'll get on here an attack everything I've said, further showing his arrogance and inability to listen to customer concerns. Fortunately, I've kept all of the text messages between us as proof of what I've said.

My dogs absolutely love them and James has a way with them that makes it easy for everyone. Totally professional yet friendly. They're there whenever I need them. If I call or text them with a service request or problem they reply within hours and have fixed the problem within days - such a relief. Their monthly charge is very reasonable considering the amount of work they put in each month. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. They started out well, because they had there best guy Chris doing my pool, but he no longer cleans pools, he was a tech, really knowledgeable, did a great job. Then I get my statement for my credit card bill, and it was higher then normal, they replaced my filter basket without asking, if I wanted to have then replace it. when I got the service, I was told that they would never charge me for anything extra with out asking, I called the owner, I told him what had happened, he said my guy said, you said, it was okay, I said no, I wasn't even here, plus they didn't even show me the broken basket, it was brand new, I think his pool guy broke it, he argued with me for 20 min and even said I guess Chris is lying, I said I didn't say that, then he said you may have forgotten, I couldn't believe this guy would argue with me, then he said I do it all the time to my other customers, I said without asking, or showing them the broken part??,, he said yes, I said, I don't want that, and that's not what I was told!!!
