We talked over video so I could show her what we were looking for and within a couple days she sent us some very detailed quotes which included a breakdown of the costs and graphics of the fence. We were very impressed! We decided to hold off for a little while given the current state of inflation and costs of materials. She has been very patient (not pushy at all!) and followed up with me recently, even readjusting the initial expired quote which came in lower as lumbar costs had likely decreased. I am really satisfied with ergeon's customer service. I have a small yard, my fence only 63 feet long. ergeon toke the small job seriously. after installation, I found out there some the work the installer did not good.i texted to project manager Laura about my concerns, she replied immediately, and invited me with a video talk. Then the regional manager came to confirm the problems , and he even found a defective that I didn't know. And the installer came with the regional manager fixed the problems that I concerned. laura is a very nice and dedicated person, taking with her you can feel the sincerity, honesty. through the wonderful employees ,I knew I have chosen a right company. read more

I was looking for someone to build a small concrete pad in my back yard to put a small utility shed on. When I searched Angi, I received info on 3 companies that might give me a quote. Only one called me (Kelly), and she requested details on the size, and pictures of the location. After sending those she quickly replied with a quote including details. I texted one of the others and the submitted a quote. Ergeon was less, but I decided that concrete was not worth it for my 23 Sq ft shed. But Kelly was very helpful, and though I can't speak to their work, I can say their customer service for a quote is excellent. read more
